I just don't get it. I guess there's not much around here in the way of burrito places, but to me, this place isn't the place that I got excited to go to after reading the reviews. Everything tasted really prepackaged to me. The menu was unique, and they're trying with the different sauces, but the honey Siracha just fell flat. The owners are really nice and the place is cool, but it's just not for us. We won't be back, the authentic Mexican places in glassboro and Washington Township are better choices. read more

This is simply not good food. I've been to this location several times and it's been a disappointment each time. As a Pitman local, I really want to like this place. In addition, I'm really not sure what is up with the positive reviews on here? I had the Chicken Ginger Sriracha tacos on my last visit a few days ago (a menu item that has been listed for a while now) the chicken was so overdone it was a paste like texture. The Ginger Sriracha flavor was the sauce for the Pinto beans. Yup, beans in a taco which was just straight up bad. The meat did not have any flavoring on it whatsoever- just dusty bland white filler. Lastly, the staff was just sitting in the back and laughing so I couldn't talk to anyone about my dissatisfaction with the food or get a fork for my lunch companion. At around $9 for lunch this is a complete waste of money. read more

This place was way better than I had expected! The paper order form made ordering way easier than at places like Chipotle where you have to decide as you go. My boyfriend and I frequent this place often and each time we are so amazed by how GREAT the food is!!! All the ingredients are always fresh and we love the chicken tacos especially the bacon ranch ones!!! We always leave with a ton of food because the portions are huge as well!!! Do yourself a favor and go eat here because not only is the food amazing but the staff is incredibly friendly too!!! This place is a very nice addition to Pitman. It had good service and the food was fresh and good. It's very small inside and not suitable for a large group. We ordered the chips with guacamole, salsa, and queso. All were good but felt that each could be improved upon. I ordered the chicken taco sampler. I'd order the classic and bacon ranch again but the honey srircaha was not to my liking. Very sweet. It's very hard for me to judge this place after I've been to some of the finest Mexican restaurants in the Philadelphia area. It's hard to compare this place to them but overall it was a good experience and I'd go back for a future lunch. read more

Came in with my friend for lunch, around 1:30. There were probably 5 people already there waiting for food and then a few people came in after us. The decor and lighting was really nice. The seating was somewhat limited but not bad for a relatively small place. We ordered a burrito to split and a side of chips with queso + salsa. The chips came out first after like 10 minutes of waiting. 10 minutes for chips? For the price, the portion was okay, but they went pretty stingy on the sauces. They were served in those tiny plastic condiment cups. We waited another 15-20 minutes for the burrito. It was decent but the wait was kindof ridiculous to me. They didn't really put much chicken in it, and the rice they used almost seemed like sticky sushi rice? Kindof weird. Also they didn't offer brown rice which is a huge bummer. Decent food but maybe not worth it if you're looking for something quick (especially around lunch time on a Saturday). The atmosphere was nice though. read more

I heard good things about this place. Came her with a friend who loved it the first time! I ordered chicken tacos. The chicken seemed like what would be served in a cafeteria, the salsa tasted like it was jarred, and there was a ton of lettuce. The tacos or the chips had no flavor what so ever. great local spot for surprisingly tasty Mexican with a modern twist. even though it's a "burrito" spot, I have yet to make my way through all the other stuff in the menu to actually eat a burrito here. the hubs gets their burritos, which are a "kitchen sink" style- you get an adorable mini clipboard and create your own deciding what ingredients you want in it. he gets the "kitchen sink"- put it all in that tortilla! they finish the burrito with a few turns in the griddle for texture. looks lovely! Ever since we went into quarantine my family has made it a tradition to get weekly take out. I have to say Dia de los Burritos is the worst food I have had since the covid quarantine started. Let me explain my experience because I was honestly looking forward to this meal. Let's start with actually picking up our food. If you want me to call a number to have my food brought out at least be able to answer a phone call. We tried for about 20 minutes and it was busy the whole time. We ordered two burritos, a quesadilla, and a few salsa and queso. You would think if you had two items that look the same in a bag together you would label them, but nope. Neither my wife or my burrito had half the ingredients we asked for. We even got a few we didn't want. Now let's talk about the fillings. The rice, beans, steak, chicken, etc had no flavor. Just bland and boring. I am not sure how it's possible but all the ingredients were together and not combined. I would complain about the size but honestly I'm glad there wasn't more. The queso was good but tiny and the three bags of chips were mostly hard. My daughter seemed to enjoy her quesadilla. Overall this was a terrible experience.
