I was recommended by a friend but never made it past the receptionist was in a lot of pain but still could work me in the schedule. Made several attempts and calls to see if there was an open appointment anywhere during that week or the week after that and nothing. Beware. All they see are $ bills. Financial lady( very rude) bragged after I complained that this is why they have been in business for 38 years. On my way out she said, "This is how we do business here"! Twice she stated BUSINESS! Woah, so much for making PATIENTS feel better. Her true colors came out. It's such a shame. Nice friendly staff. Dr is awesome. Very thorough. But very rude financial person. Needs a lesson on Customer Service. But she may be related to Dr. Brewer because she's too rude. Must have job security with him. I have been going to Dr. Brewer for over 17 years. I have a very bad back that requires maintance monthly to keep my spine straight enough to keep me walking and using my back. I am very impressed with the skills and care of him and his staff. When I drive long distances, he will make room for me to get my back, arm and neck back to working pain free. I really don't know what I would do or what shape I would be in, if I did not have the care and skills that are provided at Diagnostic Chiropractic Center. The office staff is excellent and very friendly. David is an excellent massage therapist and they have added Krystal, who is also excellent. Irma and Barbara will greet you at the front desk with big smiles and clear instructions. I have never had a long wait to get seen for my appointments. I have a family history of back problems in my family. To add to mine, I survived being paralyzed for 6 weeks, after a bad wreck when I was 18. To say the least, Dr. Brewer and his team have kept me upright and walking and that is a miracle for me. read more
