Freestanding locations are more inexpensive, especially if you have not met your deductible or you need to pay it cash. I was able to get into this location faster than the other ones. They were very nice starting from the reception desk, and next I was taken into the back and the nurse was very kind. The MRI technician was also very explanatory and kind and friendly. They have new technology where the MRI only took eight minutes, which is a huge plus. The Care was exceptional, and I would definitely choose the facility again for any further imaging. My husband had used the facility for an ultrasound and he was also very happy with it. They also take walk-ins I believe for certain imaging. Their pricing is much better than most places and I believe I will get my results in one day on my portal. The facility was also very clean. It is located in the building of an urgent care. Upon entrance, it is the first doorway to the left.

My husband would have died if we hadn't arrived in time. This woman is a DANGER. She either doesn't know how or refuses to order tests for her patients. There seems to be a real aversion to actually answering phone calls, but instead referring every inquiry to a promised return call back. The "IT" staff instead provides a very faulty and hard to reach platform supposedly occupied by a bot named Klara instead of facilitating calls with a real person. For lack of better, more complimentary terms in describing Klara, I'd have to say the practice bought a faulty system regarding sign-ins and messaging. Klara seems to be a real Klutz in the communication department. Klara and the actual patient service humans denying contact by actual voice contact with staff are seriously harming this otherwise professional practice!
