The building was quiet, I was temp checked by someone at the door and directed to the elevator. I easily found Quest on the second floor and walked in. They had a scan station for the QR Code they emailed me. I wanted for a minute or two and then Shauna came to get me. She was kind and calm and explained everything in a soft but knowing voice. She talked me through the prep work and gave clear instruction. She asked about me weekend and we giggled about something and then she's applying a bandage. It was over. Not pain, barely a pinch. She had me confirm my name on all of the vials and sent me off with "be safe" wishes. She was wonderful. I don't know if you can request technicians but I would absolutely see Shauna again. Update: went back again and saw Rosalind. She was punctual, kind, funny, and just as quick and gentle as Shauna. Thank you!

There are two women that I've seen that draw blood here, one white and one black; I have used both and now I will not go back. They both are most UNSKILLED, UNPROFESSIONAL, and blatantly HATEFUL women to encounter. It was NOT an accident when the first woman after filling the vials, lifted the needle up before backing it out and tore my vein. After my scream, she then dropped my arm and just walked away without asking or checking to see if I was okay. She came back, and without looking at it, applied a patch of gauze and tape and only said "you can go". This bled for a couple of hours and took about 10 days to heal to where it wasn't red, and another week or more for the lump to disappear. Recently, the second woman threatened to do something of the same if I moved, then kept sticking me from inside the vein sliding it forward and pressing down for the whole time while filling the vials. I didn't move but my whole body was trembling to endure the constant pain until she finished. These two demonic women purposely inflict pain just for sport and should be investigated for elder abuse.

I specifically asked her if we wouldn need an appt. and she said no, just knock on the door and we'll take it from you. 4 hours later we drove back to the facility and knocked on the door. A lady looked at me and told me to go sign in. I tried to explain (through the door as she wasn't about to open it!) I was just dropping off my husband's test and she said "go sign in". So I did and got put on a wait list for 1 hour and 40 minutes later as a "walk in". When she finally did open the door to call the next scheduled appointment, I nicely explained to her face to face that the nice lady who drew his blood just hours ago told us to come drop off the urine test and in no uncertain terms would we have to have an appt. or sign in. She said, "what lady?" and I pointed out the room where she had been this morning. She looked me dead in the eye and said, "GO SIGN IN". Very very rude person. We left and threw away the specimen in their trash and will go to a different lab from now on. If you have a choice, don't go to North Oak Quest.

This lab released, not only the confidential results of my test to an unauthorized party, but the details of the private dialogue during the test. I did NOT authorize Any Lab Test Now to release my information to anyone but ME. From the minute I walked in I could see that neither of the staff (owners) had a clue what they were doing. From handling specimen cups without gloves to contaminating the "sterile environment " where tests are conducted by touching surfaces without gloves (or even washing their hands) it's obvious that neither has had any training, or they choose to ignore universal safety precautions. Either way, my test, my trust and my privacy were compromised. It should have been apparent when the owner (receptionist) didn't know if they offered the test i needed (or the price of the test so he made it up on the spot and charged my card twice) that i should have left then and there, but I thought I'd give them a shot. After researching the cost of the same test at other labs I found I was charged almost twice the average rate. Please be wary of any business/ medical provider/ lab that would sell your information... and especially one that charges you double to give it away FOR FREE.

I told him the issue with my car and wanting an estimate to decide whether to repair the problem or trade my car in for a new one. When I took my car in, they did an initial inspection and gave me a detail visual of the issues and written estimate via text. Unfortunately, for my situation, the expense was more than I wanted to spend on the repair opting to trade in for another car. The service I receive from this shop was excellent and will do a good job on any repairs. I will definitely come back to this shop again for all my auto repair service.
