Usually when I take something in they have a hard time finding it in their system as we have purchased over the years at different locations including other states, also under different phone numbers due to moving over the years. Well, yesterday Nika Durham the store manager spent several hours with us and was able to locate every piece of my jewelry with the exception of two pieces! This was not an easy process but she was determined and willing to make the effort and spend the time with us. She was absolutely precious! The weekend prior we were in the store just looking at possibly upgrading my wedding set after 27 years of marriage. Amanda Ruparelia was the associate we worked with. She was absolutely the sweetest! She knew very quickly what I was looking for and what I wanted. She found the perfect ring for me! It was everything I had hoped to find! She came in yesterday while we were there and picked up right where we left off when we inquired about the ring. So, yesterday after spending 3 to 4 hours in the store we had all of my jewelry located in the system and under my name, cleaned and inspected and I walked out with "The Ring" I always dreamed of as well as a new chain to replace one I had broken.
