Very disappointed with the manager. I have been coming to this only car wash for 8 years. The service has always been good, but today, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes and then I informed the manager with the glasses and black hair that I was on my lunch break and had never waited that long to get my car wash, he told me that he was by himself and he had to take care another customer. After back and forth between the two of us he declined to wash my car because of my attitude. He became angry, raised he voice and said I was using the race card. I will never return to this car wash again. I work in customer service, the customer is not always right but they are always the customer. Every customer should have an excellent experience especially when gas prices, car prices, food prices, housing prices are up. He said that he was the manager and a very unprofessional one at that. Your role is to go to the comfy lounge area that sells soft drinks, air fresheners, college team car flags and... Christmas decorations (?!? in the summer). Free wifi is offered for you to do important things like Facebook, watch silliness on YouTube or I dunno... Email. Soon enough, someone will come get you to present you a clean ride that you should inspect to see if it meets your standards. DO NOT COME HERE FOR WINDOW TINT! I went here to have my windows tinted and to start with they charged me a $55 fee for tint removal even though my truck only had factory tint on it and they just went over it. I gave the tint two weeks to cure before cleaning or rolling the windows down. When I did finally clean and inspect the job they did I was very disappointed. All four doors and one of the three panels on the rear had to be redone because they either scratched it during installation or left bubbles that were too big and residue formed while drying. So I dropped my truck off to have the windows redone free of charge and three hours later picked it up and when inspecting the work the SECOND TIME I found a long scratch on one of the pieces they just replaced and dirty foot prints all over my rear seats. Very aggravated I drove back the same day and had the window tint replaced on one of my doors for the THIRD TIME. Time will tell after the others have time to cure if I have to go back again and get more of my windows redone. I would think a $400+ dollar job would come out better than this. If you have them tint your windows and you only have factory tint pay before they start and if they charge you the $55 tint removal fee than tell them you want to watch them remove it or take off the fee because I promise they are planning on just going over the factory tint read more

A friend recommended Diamond Auto after we had a few harrowing experiences elsewhere. We needed a place that could change the oil and do so without pushing a thousand other "needed" fixes on us. The people at Diamond were very friendly. While they did mention a few things the car could use at some point they were very "un"-pushy about it which was a relief. Apparently most car places see women and think we must be stupid and will fall for any service they say is mission critical. This place was a nice change in pace there. In addition the car we brought in (a 12 year old beater) hasn't looked this nice in ages. The wash and vacuum package upgrade was well worth the investment. We will be back. read more

**Note if there was a negative rating for this business-I would pick it I had my oil changed along with a car wash. I was alerted to the fact that I needed a new serpentine belt-which I immediately ok'd. I keep my SUV in great running condition. I had a couple other issues with Diamond (this was my 1st time at this location), I will not mention them here. My main issue is the fact that because of this company my oil plug came lose and all the oil emptied onto the interstate. My SUV broke down on the side of the road (at night) a little over 1 week after I had my oil changed. My engine was locked up because it had no oil in it-and the oil plug was missing. The next day I called Diamond, and was basically given the run around for days. They needed to contact their "insurance company". They needed to complete the review of my car. They needed to take photos and speak to the dealership that had my car. *I had given them an estimate for repair from the dealership. I have no form of transportation to my work and have a huge bill for a replacement motor. The run around was continued for 6 days ---for example on Sunday the 29th -I called because the shop was supposed to contact the dealership that had my car (on Saturday)to take pics/etc. I called and asked for the manager on duty and was told he was "kinda" busy and would call me back in 5 minutes. Needless to say, I never heard back from him and my call was not answered for 2 hrs straight as I continued to call(this was during business hours-they just refused to pick up when I called). The phone kept going to voicemail. When I finally got in touch with the general manager (on Monday 6 days later)he stated that the owner said "I had to prove" they did spotty work and didn't ratchet down my oil plug. The owner refused to speak to me and used his General manager to speak with me. This is by far the WORST experience that I have ever had with a company not standing behind their work and service. My car is in the shop with thousands worth of damages due to this business. Diamond refuses to help with the situation that they caused. Do yourself a favor and skip this carwash/oil lube. read more

Usually do a decent job here but after this visit it's doubtful I'll return. I got an oil change and told the staff they never send my truck through for a wash due to the wide body and wheel base which I'm okay with being that I prefer to wash it myself. I'm usually given a rain check for the wash which my wife then uses. They sent it through anyway and got it stuck. It took several of the staff and it seems some friends of the staff to wrestle it out while big laughs and fun were had by all. It was then pulled around back where it sat running with soap caked all over it and the doors open. One of the end caps to my roof rack was knocked off and resting on the running boards. All while staff, friends and family were having pre-closing social hour. I had to go inside and ask what was going on. I was told they were going to have to hand wash it but no one had been informed to do so. Eventually one woman painstakingly rinsed, wiped down and vacuumed the truck out alone which is no small task due to its size. I give her, Deborah, five stars. The circus had also engaged 4WD when getting it out and failed to return it back before driving around the concrete parking lot.....Brilliance! I Came in at 4:30 for an oil change with no one in line and didn't leave until 6:40. read more

Came by on a slow Thursday afternoon, 8/24/17 at 12:46pm. Bought the "Manager's Special" for $40. Well, it should have been $20. Only 1/2 of the interior was cleaned, 1/2 of the windows wiped and 1/2 of the side waxed. They should run a "1/2 of your Car" special. Go somewhere else if you want your WHOLE car cleaned! read more

I always get my oral changes here. I only get the basic one though with no wash so I'm not sure how good they are at that. There are always friendly cashiers but every now and then there is a bad apple. This time it was a manager that just kept having conversation with a customer about random things while I was waiting to pay for my oil change in line. I thought it was pretty unprofessional. He didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. Luckily the friendly young cashier girl immediately approached me when she saw me standing there waiting. read more

WASTED MONEY. $179.95 interior and exterior detail - advertised as the best service they can offer. There is absolutely no way the result is worth anything more than $45-$55 at best. Not a chance I will return for even a lower value service; they were closing down for the day and I didn't have the opportunity to talk to anyone, I was given my key and went out to find my car on my own. For some unexplainable reason by previous review has disappeared. The owner responded and said to call - he would make it right. NOT !!!! I called explained the problem and nothing has been done. They made marks all across the hood of my white Jeep then charged me $200 to remove it then wax because they dulled the finish. Did nothing to correct the problem even through I called twelve other car washes and the most any charged is $85. Beware of auto damage at this completely substandard business !!!! read more

1hr wait for a $20 wash and vacuum. Won't go back there. Cactus car wash a lot cheaper and in and out service.

I don't even know where to begin. First off, Johnny that works there in the auto repair part, HE IS THE BIGGEST LIAR I HAVE EVER MET! I had someone recommend me to go here to get my power steering fixed, and I wasted so much money and time here! When I took my car here, Johnny(supposedly a senior mechanic) said he was giving me a great deal to fix my power steering for 460$. Yes 460$. Well I literally had to bring my car back and forth to him about 7 times because each time it still was not fixed! After the 7th time, I told him I wanted a refund, and I only got 100$ back from labor! So I wasted 360$ at this stupid place for him to tell me it's my fault my car isn't fixed!!! The customer service sucks here and Johnny should not have the job he has because he sucks!! And he pretty much kept lying and trying to avoid me from coming back! I hope this place shuts down!
