I had a Groupon that included a full(interior and exterior) car wash with a full synthetic oil change. The staff was kind and courteous and the process was "semi" seamless. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, because my car required a different oil change and that was not detailed in the Groupon. Otherwise great service from wash attendent, to mechanic to inside clerk. This review is for the Jiffy Lube attached to the car wash. I've been to this Jiffy Lube twice for oil changes, and it comes with a free car wash. The second time I came, it was not time to get an oil change, but the oil life on my car read 4%, and I had been seeing some puddles under my car whenever I left the parking spaces I was in. I had no idea what the leak was, but assumed it might be oil since I got the change oil note on my dash. The manager, Alex, walked up to service me. I told him it was not time for an oil change, but I wanted to see if the notification was due to the leak. He informed me that it could just be that my oil life was not being reset for past oil changes, and walked me through the steps to reset it to 100. I drove into the bay and he told one of his men to look under and see if there wasn't a leak. Since there wasn't one, he said that I should not waste money on an unnecessary oil change, and that when it IS time, to come back, and he would try and reset it to 100% again so that it would not be out of sync next time. I just appreciated this because many times when you are a woman, car shops try to get you to spend more money when you don't need to, especially once they realize you don't know anything about cars. Alex was honest, helpful and friendly! He made sure that I didn't pay for a service that I did not need. read more

The worst business on Holcomb Bridge ! It was cold and drizzly today so I thought the car wash would be slow. I have some bird Shit on my windshield and was gonna run it thru the $10.00 wash - when I pulled into the far left lane I thought maybe it was closed as there was no attendant- ( the self serve lanes touch screens never work ) I waited about 5 minutes and finally saw a guy who was leaning on the fence by the entrance of the car wash - he noticed me but didn't seem to care. After another few minutes and as I was getting ready to back out and leave he finally woke up and realized how unacceptable it was to leave me waiting for some service and slowly started to walk over to me. I paid for the $10.00 wash and proceeded to the entrance of the car wash - there we 2 cars ahead of me with absolutely nothing happening- I proceeded to wait another 5-10 minutes as the staff did nothing - nobody cared enough to reach out to the car ahead of me or myself to say hey it might be a minute or so before you get in can I refund your money sir - so unbelievably rude and disrespectful- I finally just pulled out and left and yes that was me flying the bird to the nasty workers who could care less about the customer This dump is never gonna see me again - and as far as the $10.00 is concerned give it to the owner for some customer service classes - maybe he can train his staff on the nuances of caring about the people who spend their hard earned money at his dump read more

Second time here. Second time I got the VERY BEST package. Second time I wondered WTF you get for the VERY CHEAPEST package. LAST TIME I come to (ha) "Mr. Clean." The nerve! This second time, I brought my new (1500 miles) two-seater that was already pretty clean (I generally wash my car at home, but yada yada, I needed a quick clean. The previous time was for a similar reason, but with my equally-nice and fairly new SUV.) My car was already clean by most standards, and again, it's a SMALL car. In other words: Along with buying the "best" package, this dinky, always hand-detailed coupe was about as easy a car as you could hope to wash--all the more reason to put even the slightest amount of detail into the job. When my car was ready (which, to be fair, got done pretty quickly--but perhaps TOO quickly?), I could see from a solid 100 feet away that the front was wet and still has dirt/bugs on it. I don't want to blame the person that did the drying 'n' stuff. That person works very hard all day and is just trying to get on to the next car. I get it, believe me. However, I blame the "traffic cop" guy that calls out your car's make when it's ready. At most half-decent car washes, this person does a basic inspection before to ensure the car meets some kind of standard. In this case: NOTHING. I want my car clean, and I'm not gonna make a stink. Instead, I asked for a towel, and I started scrubbing/wiping the bugs the "best" package didn't get off the front. The first person offered to help, but I VERY politely said to her, " "Don't worry, I got it, no problem." But the SECOND person? The "traffic cop"? He saw what was going on. Took a little bit of time, but eventually came over (after I was done getting the car to a respectable level of cleanliness) and acted all "Is everything OK?" No, you sorry slob, everything was NOT "OK," and you know it. And before he could blame the first person, I gave her a very generous tip--both because she did earn it (because we all know they don't pay these people well), and to let the guy know that she wasn't the reason I was dissatisifed. read more

This review is for the Jiffy Lube oil change that is attached to the Mr. Clean Car Wash. I was in need for an oil change and purchased a Groupon. It was easy to redeem and they were knowledgeable about my package as soon as I had arrived. They do not take appointments for oil changes; it's a first come first served basis. Upon arrival I was a bit confused on where to go. A lady walked around to my car to give me directions and to let me know where to go after the car wash was done. Every one who works here was so friendly and efficient. They all know the role they play and that makes for a very customer experience. It took about 30 minutes to get my oil changed and tires rotated. There is a very clean and spacious waiting area with tvs, snacks and free coffee. There is also outdoor seating. I would 100% patron this place again! read more

I visit so often, that I even purchased a monthly plan. It seems they still haven't fixed the front wheel sprayer as half of my front wheels are un-shined every time. The sprayer doesn't turn on soon enough is my highly technical comment. I will say that they did an outstanding job polishing my wife's car recently. The new cars don't appear to have wax on them at all and when they finished with it, it was a shiny as mine. We will wait for six months or so to see if it remains, but it looks great now. read more

I came in for an oil change which included a free car wash and car inspection. I thought this was a great deal- but of course, too good to be true. The car wash itself was very mediocre, but considering it was free, I was still very pleased to have my car cleaner for the same price as an oil change elsewhere. They definitely don't clean off any smudges on your car from bugs or bird poop. I can still see all the spots where my car was dirty from those, but normal wear and tear from dirt and rain was cleaned off. My interior was vacuumed and wiped down, but once again not a thorough job. I'm definitely pleased with the wash since it was free, but I wouldn't pay for that car wash service otherwise. The wait time was longer than what I was told to expect, but I was okay with it due to the free inspection and wash. Overall, before leaving, I was a satisfied customer planning to come back in the future. My disappointment comes from what happened after leaving this place. As soon as I pulled out of the lot and drove down to the street light, my tire pressure light turned on. I kind of thought maybe something happened during the wash or inspection, but I also thought maybe it was just a coincidence. Even though nothing had been wrong with my tires prior to coming. And my car is still a very new 2018. I pulled over and checked the pressure on all my tires. They were all fine, so I got back in my car and turned off the warning. As I was driving home, it turned on again, but instead of turning back, I dismissed it knowing that I could just make an appointment at Discount Tires by my house and have my tires checked out for free. So I headed home and went to Discount Tires. They told me my tires were fine and turned off the warning for me. As I was driving home from Discount Tires, my warning turned on again. I got home, checked my pressures (still the same), and turned off the warning again. To conclude, my sensors were probably damaged somehow when I brought my car in for the oil change, wash, and inspection though I have no idea how. I was willing to give Mr. Clean Car Wash the benefit of the doubt even though it is such an odd coincidence that could have happened literally right when leaving this facility. But, I tried to call twice and did not get an answer. I wanted to leave them a voicemail, but apparently there's no voicemail system to leave a message on. Either that or they kept hanging up my calls. So I proceeded to send an email instead hoping to talk to someone about the issue. No response. Now I definitely feel like they were responsible and avoiding conflict. And even if they thought they weren't, as a customer, I feel like I should have still gotten a call or email back. I highly recommend not coming here, and I certainly will not be back. Terrible customer service. read more

I have come here since opening and has always been a great experience. Lately the finishing is not up to par. They don't towel dry the whole car as once they did --even though you pay for it. I have a dark car so the missed spots and swirls show badly in the sunlight. Also they haven't been getting all the bugs off. They're only as good as their finishing and delivery team. read more

I only used the automated wash. I did not use the hand wash service nor the oil change. It was a notch above most other automated car washes. You pay for that, but my entire SUV was left clean and well waxed. Good vacuums as well with two different shaped nozzles. Was it worth $20? My car was in dire need of a car wash esp. under my car to get rid of the salt and sand from the two ice storms. I happened to drive by this car wash, saw other cars there and I was also attracted to the Mr. Clean brand name. They have a $7 exterior wash but I got the $10 exterior wash b/c it also included the under body wash and tire shine. The tunnel car wash did a nice job. Also includes self-service vacuum cleaning. This was my first time at a Mr Clean car wash. The tunnel wash was absolutely the best I have ever used. The soap was THICK and even got the tree sat off the roof. The rinse was complete and by the time the car was hand dried, perfect. I did not pay for the expensive detailing and I got what I paid for. My car was exceptionally dirty and I did not expect perfection. From the cleaning I did get, the expensive detailing would be perfect. I am going to buy a 6 ticket service and keep my car clean from now on. I'm very happy and satisfied. read more

What is the job of a car wash? This might seem like an obvious question, but it is one the the team at Mr. Clean Car Wash do not seem to know the answer. I went to Mr. Clean to get (an expensive) car wash. The total for the car wash was $28, which is really steep, but I wanted the car to look nice and for them to wipe down the interior, so I went with one of their more expensive options. At Mr. Clean, you ride through the car wash tube while in your vehicle and then if you are getting full service (them to dry it and clean the inside) you pull it into a special area and they take care of your car while you wait inside. Once my car was "done" they pulled it up near the indoor seating area and I went to look at my car. My car was not very dirty, but it had some spots where bird droppings or bugs were on the paint. This car wash removed almost none of these spots. When I asked the guy why they didn't spray and wipe down these spots before giving me my car back his answer was "the machine is supposed to clean the car." Thanks, very helpful. He then argued with me that it was not reasonable for me to expect the car to be perfectly clean. I told him that I expected them to make the exterior of my car clean for $28. He was missing the point of going to the car wash. It was completely unacceptable. I wanted a good car wash and was willing to pay for it. Mr. Clean could not come through. They did not offer to run it through the car wash again so I asked for my money back. After initially refusing, they refunded me my money, and because of this I am giving them a 2 star review instead of the 1 star review they deserve based on the quality of their work. read more

I've been a consistent customer here for years and was fairly pleased with the service I received between washes and oil changes. The last time I went through they had not done a very good job of cleaning my truck. I nicely asked them to touch up spots and they did. Even the young man was very helpful. However the lady at the front and the lady cleaning my car (both Spanish speaking) were aloof and even rude to me for asking questions and requesting a better job. When I approached the manager Miguel about it he also seemed aloof and miffed at me. I've always been pleasant to deal with and I expect to be treated VERY WELL as a consistent customer! Customer service is why I was coming here. If I do not get a better experience next time I come (if I come) I will be gone for life. read more

This is very close to my new home in Roswell. I drive for Uber and LYFT on the side sometimes so I tend to keep my car clean and washed more than the average person. The first few months in the area, I stopped by a couple of times, paid for the one time wash and self service which was much more than I had been paying at my fav place in Johns Creek. I had a membership for a long time there for $20 unlimited with all the supplies included. Mr Clean is $40 with no supplies included at all. They even try to get you to pay for someone to hand dry your car after the wash to get all the soap off that is left on your car even after the final rinse. So my fav spot is no longer on my commute route so I finally bite the bullet and purchase a monthly unlimited from Mr Clean. I had to go inside for 20 minutes and wait for the cashier to do what ever she needed to do to sign me up. I walk out of the door with a receipt in my hand. I didn't look at it until I got home. The receipt says recurring $20 monthly fee for Platinum unlimited membership. I paid $40 and $40 is deducted from my account every month. Yet each time I go through the car wash, I am given a receipt that consistently says $20 for platinum recurring membership. I have been stuck in the car wash on 2 occasions. One of which was for over 15 mins. It was a good 7-8mins before any of the staff realized the car was had stalled and cars were in it. So I'm paying twice the price for half the service already. I go through this evening at 6:50. They close at 7:00 which I was aware of. I go through the wash. I pull up to the vacuum area and proceed to vacuum my car. At exactly 7:15, as Ian hustling to vacuum out the last seat in my car, I hear a gentleman yelling something at me. A few seconds later the vacuum shuts off while I am still vacuuming. The rude gentleman yelled at me that it was 15 after and walked away with another man that looked like the manager. How many times have you stayed at your job for 15 mins after your supposed to leave in order to make sure that your clients are satisfied? Well that doesn't happen at Mr Clean. That get a big fat one star from me . read more

I had not been to Mr. clean in a while. I wash my car and looked for cloths/window wash liquid, etc and they were not available where they used to be. I asked and employee where the cloths were to clean the interior of my car and he said," we stopped providing that because customers were abusing the privilege. you can buy a cloth in our vending machine if you'd like." Really? every other self-service car wash that I've ever been to includes that with price of car wash. as a matter of fact, there's a self-service car wash less than 4 miles from this location and I will certainly be going there in the future. read more

I read a lot of reviews and was unsure if I wanted to come but I'm so glad I did. One of the manager I believe his name was Amelio was amazing, I had tons of dog hair that was embedded into in the back of my SUV. He was able to do a phenomenal job. Yes there was still very very little still there, but if you seen what he had to deal with man they don't charge enough for what he did. It was an all day job, It took about an hour for my interior but I can understand why; He really wanted to do a great job. I highly recommend going here and having reasonable expectations. read more

I have gone to this facility for a little over a year now. I always pay $8 for a self-service wash and have been super pleased. For whatever reason, I somehow accidentally selected a $20 Bronze wash today, which included a vaccuum service for the inside of my car. I own a minivan and use my car to transport our dogs. The dogs are always crated, but unfortunately, they still shed and hair falls outside of the crate. The car is a minivan, so I understand that it's larger than a regular sedan and that it takes more time for the staff to get the dog hair out; however, I was a little disappointed with one of the associates, who informed me that because of the condition of my car and all the dog hair that next time I would need to pay at least $60. I offered to give the associate the additional $40 (keep in mind, I originally just came for an $8 car wash and vaccuum the car out myself), but she said it was ok, just to keep in mind for next time that I was basically asking for a detail service...No "thank you for offering" or anything along those lines. I didn't want a detail service. She said the extra money they would be charging me had nothing to do with tipping, which I found a little rude...I ended up tipping the staff $40. Total visit was $60, when I really just wanted a basic $8 wash. In hindsight, if this happens again at any car wash where I accidentally select the wrong wash type, I will just proceed to the self service area. They did a beautiful job on my car, just wasn't very appreciative of the interaction with the one associate. The gentleman that actually worked on my car were WONDERFUL. Super nice, and I apologized to them directly and explained it was my error. Sometimes it's not what you say, it's how you say it. This is the type of car wash where you drive up to a computer screen and select which type of wash you want.
