No attention to detail, no quality control. Look at the photos I posted. The first time I had my car's wrap repaired here it came back with bubbles everywhere, overlapping on trim and molding, not tucked into seams etc. I had my body shop take it back to Diamond Black two more times to fix their own work and each time that it came back it looked awful in a new way. I actually had people offering to fix it for me in the street. This was a few months ago. For whatever reason my body shop decided to use Diamond Black again to re-wrap my front bumper after it was damaged. They had four days to wrap a front bumper and AGAIN, none of the seams between the bumper and fender are properly tucked. To be fair, the wrap job on my car doesn't look quite as bad as if a 12 year old using his mother's hair dryer and a meat tenderizer had applied it, but it almost does. Maybe they decided to do a half-assed job because this was through my insurance? Maybe they are capable of quality work but slacked off or used their interns or D squad because it was an S4 avant and not something nicer? Either way, there's no reason that justifies the terrible work done to my car and no reason why it should have EVER left their shop looking the way it does. If I would have received a phone call from them asking if they could hang onto my car and re-wrap it until they got it right, I would have gladly waited and given them all the time they needed as well as my respect. Instead, they delivered a car that I'm embarrassed to drive and have to take elsewhere to get fixed. I'm a reasonable person, I didn't want to post this review, but DBX has already had multiple chances to get it right and they disappointed every time. I am surprised at some of the other reviews posted on yelp, but I must say that my experience was nothing other than amazing. I always take the approach that you only live once, and for working hard, I want only the finest things in life. With that said, I am incredibly picky, and can generally find criticisms with most things. These guys are not only the most honorable and personable guys, but the quality of the work is the best I have ever seen. I have had disastrous experiences with wraps, and I was almost certain that the process was never going to live up to my standards. These guys proved me wrong. The attention to detail, each line, each seam, each piece of trim was caringly handled, and when you look at my Maserati, not one person in the world would think this is anything other than a 12k dollar paint job. The elaborate curves on the car, especially the front and back bumpers, were wrapped with 1 piece that was perfectly laid down, and again, looks like nothing other than a real paint job. The bottom line is, for competitive prices, the quality of their work is nothing but the best. I push myself to be the best, and therefore expect the best in return, and I have found a lifelong partnership with these guys and will be bringing every single car I ever own to them. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST WRAP SPOT IN LA!!! I previously got my 2014 M5 wrapped at a different shop and was very dissapointed in "wraps" i had bubbles on all ends and tears on almost every corner. I was on the verge of tearing off the Wrap after paying thousands of dollars to literally destroy my own car. A friend of mine told me about DBX and showed me some of there videos on youtube, I decided to go see there shop located in NOHO. They offered to fix all the errors in the previous wrap i had got locally and they did an excellent job i was at a point of hating my own car but after the guys at DBX put there touch on my car I LOVED IT!! I cant drive a mile without getting compliments. I just recently returned my vehicle because the lease was up. I plan on taking my New 2017 S63 coupe here to get it wrapped in Matte White.
