What really stood out to me was the customer service. The owner went above and beyond and even offered to drive me home in his own car while mine was being worked on, which I really appreciated. Can I give 6 stars? Harut and his team are phenomenal. And he is such a gentleman. We needed to replace a couple of very dry rotted decal raising stripes on my wife's car. And I was having to be cost effective. Harut took the car in and within 1/2 a day from dropoff had it ready. Not only did he replace the 3 pieces of the black stripes that I asked, but they replaced all the other pieces so that the entire raising stripe all matched color and newness - from bumper to bumper, literally. THEN he likewise replaced the red pin stripes as well so that all of them were new and consistent looking. Just blown away. And then for the icing on the cake, his team went around the entire car (a Mini Cooper) and washed, buffed, and protected the black vinyl. Oh and then they cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car (which they had absolutely no need to do, but it was sooooo appreciated). I have found my new bodywork, tinting, and wrap shop. They're so professional. Already think I have found my next project - my cracked windshield. read more

Got a great quote for tinting my whole car - we confirmed 11am for today and when I showed up the shop wasn't open and I called both the number listed on Google and the one listed on Yelp and neither answered. Says they opened at 9am on Google, but the shop wasn't open. Ended up going somewhere else. Bummer! read more

O M G! If I could give this business 10 stars I would! Phenomenal customer service! I reached out to Harut back in May to get a quote for a tint job for my vehicle, but life got in the way and I wasn't able to follow up. Yesterday I finally contacted him again. Not only was he able to schedule me in as soon as today, but he also honored the original price he quoted me. Him and his team were very pleasant to deal with. Upon arriving he greeted me and was very friendly. He asked whether I'd be waiting or if I'd just drop off the vehicle; when I mentioned I was dropping off he asked if I lived far away or close by, when I said I lived close by he offered to have one of his team members drop me off. To my surprise they offered to pick me up as well. I am at a loss for words at how amazing his customer service is. The window trim on my 2001 Ferrari 360 was peeling so LA Duty to the rescue. They were able to sand down the area and install a wrap on both sides to make them match. They were quick and very reasonable. Additionally they noticed that the tint in my car was damaged so they offered to replace the tint on my windows at a very affordable price. HORRIBLE TINT JOB! I…read moretook my brand new car to this place back in September 2024. Seven windows to be exact. Took 50 minutes to complete the job which I though was kinda fast but ok. The young man parked my car outside as an indication that the job was complete. After I paid, I walked around to inspect the job and there were some corners where the tint was already peeling. I brought it up and he said it's normal, while simultaneously applying squeegee on the surface. (I personally thought it wasnt normal to leave those peeling corners left alone). Also noted to him the there was a big bubble in the rear window and before he took a look at it, he was already explaining that it's normal. But sure enough, he felt the need to make some adjustment to get rid of the bubble, indicating it needed attention. He also said that I will see tiny bubbles but rest assure that it will cure after a week. I didn't believe him and left the shop with a lot of curiosity in my mind. Fast forward to today, February 2026, those bubbles still exist. The bigger bubble in the back window is still there. Although I'm over it, I feel the need to explain their work and the money I paid for the job wasn't justified.

Ed answered the line and offered to give me quotes over phone. When I told him I could leave the car all day, he welcomed my business and was enthusiastic about taking my car in. Harut and the team at LA Duty exceeded my expectations! Their dedication and the caliber of their work were exceptional. They installed a state-of-the-art touchscreen radio upgrade in my 2011 C300 Benz and persuaded me to add tint and chrome blackout, all at a significantly lower cost than other providers. Their attention to detail was evident--they replaced the grille multiple times at no additional charge when it didn't meet their high standards. Throughout the process, they maintained excellent communication, offering pick-up and drop-off services for a nominal fee and even providing a loaner car. When the grille issue arose, they promptly returned my car and completed the replacement on-site. Additionally, they graciously assisted with custom details like replacing the shift knob and carbon fiber detailing, which I had purchased separately but hadn't tackled myself. Scheduled an appointment same day and was super happy with the results. Service was amazing. Showed me how the tint looks on actual cars instead of just a little display. Took a little longer than I thought but was well worth it. Got my 2023 Honda civic tinted all the way around on all 6 windows. Amazing price for ceramic tint done clean and well. Even offered to pick me up when it was done because of the wait. Honest and friendly people with good price. I have had a lot of cars and this is the best tint for that price I've had. The team was prompt, professional and did an exceptional job, making sure there were no damage to the windows that usually occurs when cutting the tint film on the glass, done the traditional way. To my surprise, a computerized cutting system was used to create accurate patterns specific to my car, resulting in a seamless and precise fit for my car window. So I came across these guys when I noticed they do tinting etc. since there shop is next to my shop I met Harut really cool guy and they always back there jobs with there warranty if your not satisfied they will make it right. They tinted my dodge charger windshield my mom car as well and they tinted my honda prologue. highly recommend them. read more
