HORRIBLE TINT JOB! I…read moretook my brand new car to this place back in September 2024. Seven windows to be exact. Took 50 minutes to complete the job which I though was kinda fast but ok. The young man parked my car outside as an indication that the job was complete. After I paid, I walked around to inspect the job and there were some corners where the tint was already peeling. I brought it up and he said it's normal, while simultaneously applying squeegee on the surface. (I personally thought it wasnt normal to leave those peeling corners left alone). Also noted to him the there was a big bubble in the rear window and before he took a look at it, he was already explaining that it's normal. But sure enough, he felt the need to make some adjustment to get rid of the bubble, indicating it needed attention. He also said that I will see tiny bubbles but rest assure that it will cure after a week. I didn't believe him and left the shop with a lot of curiosity in my mind. Fast forward to today, February 2026, those bubbles still exist. The bigger bubble in the back window is still there. Although I'm over it, I feel the need to explain their work and the money I paid for the job wasn't justified.

The customer service was genuinely exceptional. They kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. As for the tinting itself... flawless. The installation is incredibly clean with no bubbles, no dust spots, and perfect edges. My car looks fantastic. The quality is exactly what I was hoping for. My wife was super happy with the results. Overall, I couldn't be happier. If you want professional window tinting done right with customer service that goes above and beyond, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend! Harut and the team at LA Duty exceeded my expectations! Their dedication and the caliber of their work were exceptional. They installed a state-of-the-art touchscreen radio upgrade in my 2011 C300 Benz and persuaded me to add tint and chrome blackout, all at a significantly lower cost than other providers. Their attention to detail was evident--they replaced the grille multiple times at no additional charge when it didn't meet their high standards. Throughout the process, they maintained excellent communication, offering pick-up and drop-off services for a nominal fee and even providing a loaner car. When the grille issue arose, they promptly returned my car and completed the replacement on-site. Additionally, they graciously assisted with custom details like replacing the shift knob and carbon fiber detailing, which I had purchased separately but hadn't tackled myself. Scheduled an appointment same day and was super happy with the results. Service was amazing. Showed me how the tint looks on actual cars instead of just a little display. Took a little longer than I thought but was well worth it. Got my 2023 Honda civic tinted all the way around on all 6 windows. Amazing price for ceramic tint done clean and well. So I came across these guys when I noticed they do tinting etc. since there shop is next to my shop I met Harut really cool guy and they always back there jobs with there warranty if your not satisfied they will make it right. I was going back and forth on windshield tint options, and Taz was responsive/quick with communications to share the options he had available, as well as sending some pictures of vehicles with the options I was considering. He was flexible with scheduling, and was very accurate with the time estimate, all while offering a very competitive rate for the installation. He was great to chat with while he was getting set up, and kept in communication as he was working on my truck. He hooked me up with some great info, and some tips for making sure the tint dried and looked perfect. He also made a recommendation on one aspect of the install that I was initially unsure of, but I'm glad I took his advice. His work was top notch, and everything looks fantastic. This is also the first tint shop I've been to where I didn't notice any water spillage inside the car, which I really appreciated. I was connected up with Element Customs through my company, needed to get tint on the front of my…read moretruck windows. The team here was great, everyone was so friendly and seemed to care about every customer. Not sure, but seems like a family business and for sure repeat customers coming back to get other vehicles tinted or customized. They are very hands on and walk you through everything. I ended up getting a 35% ceramic XR black tint on the front and then a clear was added to my already tinted rear windows to help cool the truck down and prevent UV penetration. The team did a great job, original quote was to allow for 3 hours, but they put two technicians on my truck and they were done within an hour. I was worried with the speed, but they did an excellent job. There were a number of bubbles left, but that is normal and they assured me they would go away. A few days in they were completely gone and just had a beautiful tint job. The tint comes with a limited lifetime warranty, so it is a great value when it comes to protecting your vehicle. They have a fairly small parking lot, but they pull your car into a very nice showroom to do the work. Complete with decorative lighting, sleek modern interior and lounge area, as well some really nice custom cars being worked on inside. The lounge area is relaxing and they have an espresso pod machine, which unfortunately I could not get to work. If you are looking for customization on your vehicle or tint, give Element Customs the chance to do the work, you will be happy you did. Enjoy!
