Brought in my 2025 Rivian R1S for a full front PPF and to wrap the top trim in black. They got me in the very next day, and I dropped it off in the morning and had it back that night! While it was there, they offered ceramic tint for the windshield and front windows at a great price, so I added that on. Everything came out looking clean, and the pricing was very fair. The clips in the frunk lining ended up breaking during the install. They let me know it's a common issue and they usually keep extras, but since this was their first 2025 model, the clip design had changed. They ordered the correct ones and had me come back the following week to install them--also fixed a small peel on the side mirror PPF at the same time. I do hear a slight rattle when opening the frunk now. I doubt there was anything they could've done to fix that, but worth mentioning. Overall, the car looks great and the team was easy to work with.
