Sloppy. When I got my car home and opened the passenger door, the door handle fell off because they didn't install it properly . I also noticed a small piece of my car's interior trim missing, apparently they had left it in accidentally in their shop. I also found another part of my car missing sitting in my trunk which they had failed to reinstall. Sticker city has wrapped 2 of my cars, a GT500 and a Model X and as usual finish is nothing but perfection. If you're looking for proper quality and no comebacks sticker city should be your choice. If you're looking for cheap, this is not it and well you get what you pay for. GT500 is not an easy car to wrap and I swear I can't find a single problem with the PPF. 6 years ago before Tesla offered the chrome delete from the factory, I had my 2019 Tesla Model S wrapped with PPF and did a chrome delete at Sticker City. They did great work on the car and it looked brand new the whole time I owned it. Jason took great care of me then. So, when I recently got a 2026 Rivian R1S, I took it back to him. When you think of the terms going "above and beyond" that is how I would describe the customer service Jason provided. I can't recommend sticker city enough. Against my better judgment I first went to another PPF installer the other installer did a horrible job trapping lint and dirt all while doing uneven cuts and damaging my car. I than went to Sticker City to have them redo the PPF and Jason and Alexa beyond took care of my car. StickerCitys install looks like magic the install is super clean and the few needed seems are virtually invisible. Jason really spent extra time taking care of me and my car even though I first went to another vendor and I can't say enough about his work ethic and the quality of the install that I received from Sticker City! 100% of all my future car purchases will go straight to Sticker City. I contacted Alexa late last year when I was looking to buy a Tesla model Y and she took me through the options to wrap and protect the car. I had a little wait for Tesla to update the interior as I didn't want to buy the old style just before the update came out and through that Alexa stayed in touch to check how things were going.
