BUT the chemical package was incomplete, the handrail was not delivered and installed, nor was the water treated by the workers as promised. The lady was assured the handrail would be deivered and installed and the water would be treated and checked. Workers have failed to show on the days promised. Seems this store when they receive their money could care less if the job is complete. If you buy from this store, be sure the job is complete before you pay them.
