All the employees that work here are very informative and sweet! They all make sure you know what the treatment consists of :)

Clinical care is not an issue. Issue is lack of professionalism and accountability with administration. They got insurance coverage incorrect, was told braces would be more money on the day of placement when they had over a month to give me a call. Then, a few months later, my bank account was over charged by $500 and trying to get my money back has been a challenge. There seems to be no management and the billing department doesn't have a phone as per customer service. I am disappointed with their service. read more

I'm really disappointed because my daughter was excited to get her braces here. Unfortunately, the office is extremely unprofessional. They give you the runaround if you're using insurance. No one returns your calls, and it feels like you have to constantly hassle them to do the job they promised. This is super inconvenient. We will have to find another orthodontist because they refused to provide any updates about whether our insurance will cover the costs. It seems they prefer everyone to pay cash; they should just be upfront about not accepting insurance and stop wasting people's time. I've already wasted a month waiting for an "update." read more

6 months after my son braces were removed by Diamond Braces in Englewood and today he had his first dental cleaning after braces. The dentist said, "I'm sorry to say this but whomever did your son's braces did a horrible job" My heart dropped because you immediately think about all the money and time put into a nice smile for your child. I have to admit I did notice the asymmetrical shape of his teeth and smile but I was told it was because he never wore his rubber band, yes it was a struggle to get him to keep them on, however our pediatric dentist today said, "No, I've seen way better setting of the teeth with kids who did not consistently or ever wore their rubber bands". I'm so disappointed. There are different Orthodontist every visit, never the same, that should have been a red flag. Also, in the contract the braces are removed in 2 years regardless of the teeth setting process. I wasted $6,000. A TOTAL WASTE. read more

Please do your due diligence in researching this company. I've paid a total of $2500 the past 10 months and was informed by my dentist that I need to stop treatment because I'm at risk of losing my bottom tooth, something which DB neglected to share during my follow up. You would think that because this is the case and I cannot continue treatment that partial money of the total $4500 would be deducted but I was told that the actual bill now increased from $4500 to $5000 because I'm now using my insurance to cover some of the costs, something which of course is not stated in the contract. You cannot make this up- my insurance stated they paid out $2000 and they are claiming that they have not received anything but yet are increasing my final cost from $4500 to $5000 because I'm using my insurance- DESPITE the fact that I cannot continue treatment on my bottom teeth. My dentist flat out told me couldn't believe they continued treatment after seeing my gums and shared the right course of treatment would've been to change trays every two weeks for my bottom teeth. Luckily I have lawyer/paralegals in my family so I will be suing this company which will be easy because if you look at this location specifically, they have had issues with non license people working. Stay clear and stay away- I actually work locally and had recommend students here and am currently following up with their families to make sure they do not do this to their teeth and their pockets. Mariana was helpful but the current manager Anne has no clue what she is doing and Kate and Samantha at Corporate have been unsupportive and flat out unresponsive. If you've had a similar situation please do not take this lying down and pursue your options- trust me, it's worth it. read more

Myself and my two daughter have been going here for over a year now. I love all of the staff! Everyone is so nice. I have maybe waited 15-20 mins once or twice because it was right after school which tends to be the busiest time. Otherwise we are seen in about 10 mins. Anytime I've had an issue with a bracket breaking they have gotten me in right away. I especially appreciated them today more then ever! They are closing the office after tomorrow for two weeks because of COVID-19. I called to see if my new Invisalign were in so I could get them before the closing. The woman on the phone was amazing...calmed my anxiety down about what the future holds and got me in. I can't say enough great things about Diamond Braces! read more

I don't know where to begin. They are thieves and extremely unprofessional. Due to COVID i missed some appointments as I realized that, although much improved COVID rates were still going up and these are very uncertain times. I was not comfortable going into the office. When I finally went to my appointment they are trying to charge me $500 for rescanning because, according to very cold and unemotional receptionist, my treatment was for 24 months. Did she forget that in that time we had a world-wide pandemic??? They had me go to an appointment and I specified on the phone to who I thought would communicate with the dental office, that i wanted an appointment to remove the placements on my teeth as I would no longer continue with treatment. I did not want to continue anymore because I realized, that due to COVID i could not make it into the office as I have underlying medical issues and did not want to risk it. Since I did not want to start treatment over I decided to terminate. It turns out that I would have to pay $2,000 and another like $900 for terminating! I asked to speak with dentist but of course he kept sending messages with receptionist and never came out to talk to me. They are so unprofessional. All they care about is money. Not to mention that when you call with any questions or concerns or to even make an appointment you get a central office with a bunch of what appears to be high school students and you don't actually get to talk to the office staff or the dentist. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this place. Save your money and go someplace where you will actually deal with professional and reasonable staff.
