I was recomended by my hygienist to have it removed before cavities begin to form due to the difficulty of brushing the area so I did some research and looked for referrals from friends. I previously removed a wisdom tooth a few years ago but put off removing the other three as I didn't want to be stuck eating soft foods for another three weeks again. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Dolman and that was when I knew Dr. Dolman was extremely knowledgeable and I could trust him with this procedure. Dr. Dolman is not pushy like a number of doctors are. Rather, he explains what would happen if you don't remove certain teeth and what would happen if you do. His explanations were clear and helped me prepare mentally for what I was about to go through. Doing any sort of dental work is usually pretty scary and pulling wisdom teeth is one of the scariest procedures for me due to the fears of dry sockets and things going wrong. However, Dr. Dolman is very experienced and goes above and beyond to make sure that his patients are safe, comfortable, and at ease before, during and after the procedure.
