The gentleman at the counter assured me that since it was before 12 PM, it would be ready that day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked what time I could expect it to be done, and he told me I'd receive a call or text when it was ready. [[HIGHLIGHT]]By 6 PM, I still hadn't received any communication, so I went in person to check.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The place was empty except for one person at the counter. My laundry was still sitting in a basket--wet. She told me it would be done in two more hours. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried calling before going, but no one answered the phone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ended up picking it up the next day around 3 PM. Although the clothes were folded and placed in a plastic bag, it was not the quality I expected. The laundry bag I brought it in was washed (which I didn't ask for), and the clothes didn't even smell fresh or clean. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Came here because my washing machine is currently not working. Dryers dry extremely fast and you have the option to pick your heat level. There are various size washing machines. The soap, bleach and dryer sheet dispenser has always been out of order and I've been coming here for a few years off and on. They offer drop off and fold service. Really don't have any complaints it's semi clean and there's an attendant on site. She's not the friendliest but she will answer questions when asked. read more

As a frequent traveler it's a must that laundromats accept Apple Pay or other forms of contactless payments. This laundromat advertises contactless payments and free Wi-Fi. However, neither services are available. The attendant on duty was very nice, but unable to provide a Wi-Fi password on account that "owner does not want customers to use the Wi-Fi." Perhaps the owner should refrain from advertising amenities that are not available to its consumers. Furthermore the establishment is dingy and outdated. read more

I've come here multiple times and the owner has always been pleasant and helpful, but this time that I came, I was hugely disappointed. I put in a king sized comforter that normally dries nearly completely in 30 min and when I checked it to fluff it after 15 minutes, it was soaking wet still. The glass was a bit warm but not hot like it normally is. I told the attendant (not sure what her name was but she is a petite older black woman) and she argued that the machine was still working. I explained that I have brought this same comforter many times and dried it with $1 and she told me that a comforter like that would not dry with $1. I told her I have done it multiple times and she continued to argue with me and said since the glass was hot (which it was barely warm) that the machine was working. I asked for my $1 back since it did not dry the comforter and wasted nearly 30 min of my time, and she told me no. I asked if the owner was around so I could talk to him and she said no. She wouldn't even put a sign on the machine saying it was broken! So multiple people are now going to waste their time and money using that machine. It's not about the cost, it's about the principle of listening to customers and attending to something when it needs to be fixed. I'm not coming back here again. read more

The facility is clean; however the prices for each machine aren't listed anywhere and when I asked the ONE attendant about pricing for a machine, she was curt and a little rude with her answer, in my opinion - but she was that way with quite a few customers so it might just be her personality. Very expensive. Washers dirty and ruined two Shirts, a pair of pants, and two underwear - spotted with bleach from the washer. No I didn't use bleach. When I told staff and showed the attendant she responded "oh that happens sometimes?" 3 loads at $4.25x3=$13.25. Then three washers at $1.00x3=$3.00 and the total was $16.25 and the clothes were still not dry and I took them out anyway because I wasn't paying any more. Several cars parked out front in a no parking zone the entire time I was there so I couldn't pull my car up to load or unload my laundry. I will not be returning. read more

This is by far the WORST laundromat I'be ever been to. the machines I chose to utilized did NOT produce ANY water for my clothes to get properly washed. When I requested to speak to the manager, the employee call the manager and handed me the phone to speak to him after informing him of my complaint. The manager hung the phone up on me and arrived to the laundromat with a whole ATTITUDE. I explained to the manager that I was extremely bothered and frustrated at the fact I basically wasted my money (detergent, softener, etc.) on his machines and the manager displayed NO SYMPATHY. The operation policy and procedures set by management and the owner is unrealistic and cheats the customer. yesterday I was using one of the machine and at the final rinse I notice that the detergent was still in the dispense. when brought to the attention of the attendants for a restart of the machine, I was told that that machine only dispense water from the inside and not on top. I asked, how would I know that as there's no displayed notification and was told that the owner does not want any restart or reimbursement to occur, so next time use another machin, and she then walked away! Terrible machines, dirty, slightly rusted. duct taped over, towels on floors- for laundry leaks. If you choose warm or hot----Which there is not hot water-really. That'll take a few extra minutes for your machine to fill up----eating into the time of the actual laundry agitation. $1.50 per load. Guys do destroy the bathrooms, guys do. But you leave floaters in the tank? You didn't clean yourself, wash your hands or flush. Leaving up to the next unsuspecting victim! Hello, I came here because my washer broke and waiting for parts. The staff was nice she helped me. I haven't used a coin laundry in years. The machines worked well and did the job. Please update your review. Yes you can buy Laundry soap and softener. They had small/ regular size bottles with price around $15. Yes they have drop off laundry service. No free Wifi. My son could not use his iPad. The AC worked so I was happy. I didn't see anywhere you could use a credit card. The machines only take quarters. I brought my own with me. The only thing I didn't like was the floors were very dirty. The one employee was so busy with laundry service she was not able to keep up with the maintenance of the place. She was working hard, hire some help. would come back to do my big quilts, heavy blankets and rugs because machines looked maintained and this coin laundry is close to my house. read more

The laundry clerk was on her phone & stated (without looking up) I don't have change. So I came back today to try again. I got a Groupon for Wash and Fold and they did an amazing job! I had 40lbs of laundry (mostly from my kids), and everything came back perfect! My clothes smelled amazing, came back professionally folded, and most importantly, every single item of clothing came back without any sort of damage (that was my biggest concern). DO NOT GO HERE!! I would go here to wash my king size comforter/mattress cover. The last time I went I put my comforter/cover to dry on low heat for 42 mins like I always do. For some reason, the dryer wasn't working properly and dried it on high heat (even though it said low heat). I knew this the minute I opened the dryer because I felt how hot it was and then I noticed my cover was all stuck together and melted!! This is one of those expensive water proof covers that protects your mattress. I tell the guy in charge there who saw the dryer was clearly on Low Heat and also noticed how hot it was and how it melted my cover. He calls the owner, puts him on the phone and the owner starts going back and forth with me telling me that I wasn't suppose to put the cover in there for that long. Mind you, I've gone there several times and have always dried the cover on low heat for 42 mins!! I explained this to him and the guy just kept going back and forth with me without taking accountability that his dryer may not be functioning properly...RIDICULOUS!! I was a regular there until my $80 mattress cover was ruined so I told him I won't step foot in his establishment again but he did not care one bit. If I could I would give them 0 stars!! read more

First time going here last week, well kept, and clean. All the machines and dryers I used were clean as ever and they worked fine. Hot water takes a little bit to come on, but patience is a virtue. Yes I brought my own wipes to wipe ish down, just in case and it wasn't dirty at all multiple TVs, cameras, WiFi, and vending machines. Friday's after 10am good luck it gets busy as hell. Now for the bad. bathroom is locked, people take the carts and bring their laundry in and then put there purses and soap and just wait till there laundry is finished. somebody else could be using the carts in the meantime. out of the 4 or 6 carts 2 of them did not have broken wheels.
