I dropped off one shirt to be laundered & pressed and two ties to be drycleaned before leaving for a trip out of the country. I paid almost $20 in total. After picking up, I noticed my gold tie had a dirt streak going across the part that curved around the hanger. The same dirt streak was also on the hanger itself making it obvious that they brushed up against something or dropped it, while it was on the hanger but before it was covered in the traditional plastic covering. The other two items were perfectly fine, so I took the tie back a few days later after noticing, so they could remove the dirt mark they put on it. To my surprise, they said because my laundry was left for more than 30 days (I was out of the country) they were no longer responsible for the tie and I would have to pay another drycleaning fee to have the mark removed. I argued that if they gave me back a tie that was dirtier than they received it, then they should be responsible for cleaning it. They refused even at the cost of losing a good customer. read more

The girl who runs the cleaner Victoria is very rude to her staff and continues to argue with the staff with customers on site. It's very awkward to be there. You can be a regular customer of years, which I was yet Victoria will not help with simple requests and if she does, she asks for quadruple the cost. this place is around the corner from my home, however I will no longer ever go there again. I am giving this business 1 star because I cannot give anything lower. I took a suit, 1 shirt for laundry and 1 polo shirt. I dropped these items off on Tuesday and was told that it would be ready on Friday. We went to pick up the items today and they cannot find my one shirt for laundry service. They indicated that the staff didn't bring it back. There is also a bleach stain on my polo shirt now and they indicated that it was there already and the shirt was defective. That shirt did not have any defects when I dropped it off. So now I have to wait until the manager arrives on Monday to discuss my lost shirt and the bleach stain on my shirt. They don't ever, ever, ever have to worry about me taking anymore of of dry cleaning and laundry to this business again!!! read more

Looks like a change of ownership again since my last visit.....the ladies I met are bubbly and seem more happy to help.... 5 stars . Text messaged me when my clothes were ready....yes! The ladies were friendly. 3 stars - 3.99 for most items (I believe men's dress shirts are less) I guess less than other chain places....dry cleaning seems a bit of a racket to me anyway...hubby's suit pants were clean and neatly pressed.....not sure if they were laundered or chemically cleaned....... Coat cleaned 9.99 - I reluctantly took in an almost 30 yr old, very thick warm field army coat with the snorkel fox fur lined hood.......the coat appeared clean on the outside, it smelled slightly chemically but there was lint and little crap in some of the pockets. Suspicious. Because of the results of my coat, I would only take basic clothes, nothing fancy or expensive. 3.5 but I rounded it up, the ladies now are really friendly. read more

Figured I'd give this place a try since it was about a dollar cheaper per shirt as the place I have been going at Sunset Strip and University. Well, I took five white long sleeve button down shirts that I use as a limo driver there. They did them pretty quick, but the collars still have ring around the collar and other spots were not removed. This place is nothing special. Guess I'll be going back to my guy Ram over at the other place. I guess you get what you pay for as they say. My usual guy uses some kind of special soap from Germany which actually removes the stains. That's all I got. read more

I paid the super high price of rush for next day cleaning because if you don't pay for a rush it's 7 days to get your dry cleaning. You would think it would be fabulous dry cleaning and my clothes would be perfect for the price. Absolutely NOT !!!! Terrible. I should have just pressed the clothes myself. read more

Never had an issues with this place. The girls in the front are great. Gets you in and out. The Tuesday and Thursdays specials are great, 5 pieces for the price of 4. And the loyalty card, 10 stamps for $10 off is also very helpful. You get a text when the clothes is ready for pick up, usually before the stated time that it would be ready. I would highly recommend for your dry cleaning needs. read more

Came to this place because it was highly recommend after my old place blew up. I brought 7 pieces and prepaid. COVID hit and was not able to come until now. Only to find out that if you don't pick up laundry within a month, the owner donates it to goodwill. They tell you they text the customer first, but of course it doesn't work if they have a landline that doesn't take texts. I'd like to know how much the owner takes off his taxes by claiming the donation dollars that belong to the customers! You suck! read more

Expensive and seriously horrible work- and the worst part is the nice people at the cleaners don't stand by the work- seamstress (if you can call them that,) not on site and machine straight line stitches looks like it was done on a machine from the mid 1900's. Quoted 3.99 a piece for a uniform then get a call 5 minutes later stating its $8.99 a piece to have it ready by Tuesday because they won't be pressing on Monday today is Saturday sat Monday Tuesday is 3 days but as a consumer I have to pay extra because they won't be pressing anything on one day so your total for a students uniform goes from 8.82 to 19 and change that is ridiculous they are crooks and the manager tells me if you get it Wednesday after 5 it will be the $8.82 they quoted I wish I could give them negative stars read more

I dropped off a rush order this morning before 10am, like I was told over the phone before I brought it in. They took all my info, including my phone number and said it would be ready after 5. I'm here now at 6:08pm and my dry cleaning is not ready bc their machine is broken. Ok, that's fine BUT according to the woman running the place, the machine has been broken since this morning when I dropped off my clothes and these people didn't even THINK to call me? They just waited for my 8 month pregnant self to waddle in and figure it out?! I could've taken it somewhere else. They gave me money back and I have to wait to get the clothes which are stuck in a machine and they aren't going to be dry cleaned, even as a courtesy to me for the inconvenience these people have put me through. Don't ever take your clothes to this cleaner! They are rude and ruin your clothes and will not compensate. They throw in your face that you signed the disclaimer (I threatened them that I am an attorney and that was his response). The manager is Omar and the owner is some woman named Pat. They don't even call you when you take something back that they ruined. They ruined my $300 dress and said they would replace the ornament that they ruined and I told them this was a dress from Neiman Marcus and you can't just find the ornament. Worst experience ever! - this place running by a manager called Victoria who not only lacks professionalism but also is rude dealing with customers. having a coupon of $10 for loyalty credit which was given to me about 3 months ago she had the audacity and with a horrible attitude to tell me that the coupon was over a year old.fine no coupon ( a totally joke getting stamped with no expiration date!). When asking when my garment was to be ready she told me Saturday and I asked what time they close and was told 6 pm. The day came and at 5:45 called knowing that I was 5 mins away to make sure I called and, with another terrible attitude and yelling she told me that I must be there in max 5 minutes because she was shutting down the computer and that the owner doesn't pay her any minute more than 6 pm ( information that wasn't necessary) and that her Uber ride was outside waiting! - I showed up at the store 5:53 pm and all I wanted was to get my clothes and leave and then she started "lecturing" me for being at the last minute. Told her that the sign at door says till 6 PM and other details like her computer timer and uber rides was no needed and that she needed to be Professional. I promise that I will never come back to such horrible atmosphere store running by a person who has no idea of what is customer service is and how to deal with clients. This placed no only lost my account but my entire family which is large forever! Don't waste your energy and time coming to a place like this!!! read more

I've been a customer here over 20 years on again/off again. A turnover of ownership from time to time has led this place to vacillate between being the best value in town and also the worst place ever. Currently, the employees are good and friendly, especially Darlene, but the owner is never around (out of town/out of the country) and service is unpredictable at best. They lose things a LOT and send home the wrong clothes a LOT. When you go to pick up your order, you are often asked to return later or another day. They blame it all on the 3rd party business where they send their clothes (the place that actually does the laundry/dry cleaning). Getting a refund, getting a return phone call is difficult. And apparently it is a constant issue. When our clothes weren't ready and they'd given us someone else's clothes, my son returned the strange clothes and was told, "this has been happening a lot lately." UGH...not the best info to share w/ customers esp. when our clothes are missing. The 3rd party company is "always to blame" so WHY DOESN'T THE OWNER GET INVOLVED AND MAKE A CHANGE?!! Then when the clothes were found, the ironing was atrocious and no starch had been added to our shirts, even though "medium starch" was clearly on the receipt. I asked for the "found" shirts to be ironed while I waited and they happily complied. This is Thursday and my order was to be p/u Monday by the way. While I sat and waited for the ironing, a man came in to p/u his order and 2 items were missing, it was blamed on the "3rd party company" and he was told to come back tomorrow "after 5". I just shook my head and laughed and got out my phone and started googling for my new dry cleaners. Also I visited the facebook page and noticed that someone w/ the same last name as the owner (his wife?) "likes" all the posts. Charming. read more
