We left a couple of messages on their voicemail before we took a Lyft to their office. Yelp showed their office opened at 7am. Jose, the security guard in the building was friendly as we waited patiently for a call back. The remote receptionist returned our call around 7:30am and said the earliest appt would be 8:40am. We took it and waited patiently... IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! Colleen gave my daughter: Exam Adjustment Massage Laser red light Dry needle acupuncture ... exercises to do at home. She said that she would like to see her again in a couple of days. My daughter's neck flexibility and SMILE at the end of this appointment said it all.
