After picking my vehicle up the first time, there were black marks on the hood in multiple spots that were not there when I dropped it off. I brought this to their attention and they said they would get this issue fixed. Also, my door visor was removed and reinstalled incorrectly causing the rubber gasket around the window to be damaged. When it was raining, water was dripping into my vehicle from their poor repair. When I brought it to them to check my issues, they scratched my door visor. I again left my vehicle there to have their mistakes repaired and was called by the manager who said my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving, the same black marks were on my hood, clearly the work wasn't checked before having the manager call to tell me my vehicle was ready. I yet again left my vehicle with them last week and was told it would be ready today. I went to pick up my vehicle today and the black marks on the hood were fixed but my vehicle was left a mess. There was buffing compound all over my windshield and windshield wipers, there is dirty marks on the fabric inside, green marker still on my vehicle, trash from the repairs left in the back seat, and an oily substance on my driver side floor matt that has caused the break and gas pedal to become very slippery. The manager stated they assessed the damage of the Explorer through walking around the Explorer when parked and not checking underneath such as the rear suspension and rear tires. They missed a catastrophic crack on the inside wheel rim of rear tire placing my daughter and the drivers around her while she was driving from Bloomington IN to Chicago. The four wheel alignment was not done correctly and had to be fixed by a different Ford Service On Feb.11, the Final Bill provided when the car was completed yet, on Feb.20th a new Final Bill was sent to State Farm requesting additinal payments for new line items expenses. When comparing the two Final Bills, the discrepancies also included changing the name of the initial claims adjuster

They went out of their way to accommodate me. They were very clear about what needed to be done and they worked directly with my insurance company which was great. And from the moment I walked in they guided the whole process. Because the door handle didn't work, they expedited the process, got insurance company approval, and gave us a rental car within an hour (they have an Enterprise rental office right there). They knew what would be covered by insurance (the rental car often is, for instance), whether we could get original parts, etc. Car is beautiful. No sign of any damage or paint job. But sure enough, I found myself on the other end when some idiot rear-ended me a little while ago. It contorted the bumper, knocked out my rear lights, and dented the entire back. I am not one to like having anyone touch my car, so the fact that somebody destroyed the back didn't sit well with me. And I didn't really look forward at all to calling a body shop for a quote. But, when I called Curry Collision Center, they answered courteously and gave me a free estimate. I I can honestly say that I have never been that happy with any sort of automobile service. They fixed it all, they were nice, and they got the job done quickly. I almost want to get in another crash just to go back, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.
