We had a very disappointing experience with this laundry service and would not recommend this business to anyone. Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!! read more

I would also pay close attention to all the reviews on here. Out of these number of reviews. Two people have advised this company has lost their laundry out of the small sample of reviews here that's enough of a percentage to be cautious. I don't believe all these five star reviews be very cautious with this company and the minute something goes wrong. The owner is very unprofessional and is a horrible business. My washing machine broke recently and I found out about this service. Creating a account online was very easy it was immediate communication by text from the company to confirm my order and go over details. I scheduled to pick up it was about 20 minutes behind schedule. the delivery was right on time the next day to drop off my clothes. This service began terrific and used them for about 8 months. Then they lost half of my laundry. The owner even admitted fault and said they would compensate me for my missing items as well as refund the entire order. I was told to email a list and that It would be taken care of. Among the missing clothes was my work scrubs. Healthcare Scrubs are not cheap. Im a single mom who used this service because my own washer/ dryer was broken and I didn't have reliable transportation. Long story short, they never compensated me for my losses or refunded the order and in fact they just ignored me. My advice to anyone that decides to use them. It was haunting me every day. Everywhere I turned, another pile of laundry was staring at me. I couldn't take it much longer. I just returned from vacation on the east coast and the moment I stepped foot in my apartment I knew on top of my dirty clothes from vacation that I would have to deal with all of my dirty clothes before I left. I saw a few facebook ads for this place and decided to check them out. What I love is that they offer to either fold your shirts or they can hang them on hangers at no extra charge. It was 4pm and I set a pickup time between 7pm and 8pm that same day. Yes they actually will come to your door and grab your laundry and will deliver your freshly washed laundry to your door no matter what time it is. The people who are in charge of this business are the friendliest and happiest people I have encountered and they deal with tons of dirty laundry. Prices are very reasonable and I'm happy to not have to deal with the literal 100 pounds of laundry that I gave to them. You have a lifelong customer! read more

My laundry pile Had grown to the Size of Mount Everest. You would have to hire a Sherpa just to scale the massive pile of shorts, socks, and shirts. Luckily GoGet my laundry was significantly closer and a heck of a lot cheaper than a Sherpa from Nepal. They were fast, friendly, affordable and did a great job. Both my husband and I have very demanding jobs and recently dealing with our older dogs health and children's summer activities just caused us to put some of our laundry chores on the back burner. I guess sometimes life just gets crazy. We took a chance and decided to try a wash and fold service. I'm so glad we did. Having the laundry done and easily put away reduced our stress and anxiety. We are now able to focus on other things. Money well spent. We booked same day. Picked up at 6 am and returned 8pm. We also requested almost all clothes to be hung up and they did exactly that. I've used Go Get My Laundry 3x and I really love it and their customer service! I live in an apartment unit with no personal laundry set up and I really don't like to use the laundry places miles away from where I live, so I gave GGML a try - now I'm hooked! My clothes get picked up, washed, folded and delivered back to me pretty fast! The longest it took to get my clothes back to me has been less than 48 hours and it was two weeks worth of clothes from my wife + I after a vacation. When I get my clothes they're clean (my wife loves that you can choose the scent, I'm not as crazy about scents as she is)and folded perfectly which I appreciate so I don't have to steam my clothes before work. I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but I feel this one is completely warranted. I set up a time, sent my clothes out and all of this was seamless. The first problem started with the drop off, I noticed all my blue towels were missing and informed them delivery driver. He checked the van and nothing, so he said he would check the warehouse and call me. Ok, I wasn't thrilled, but I wasn't mad. They called me to inform me they had the towels, great! I then go to take the plastic off the clothes (like they told me to) and realize they aren't mine- I was too distracted by the missing towels I hadn't even realized. I called them and they said they had my clothes and they would exchange them for the strangers clothes when they dropped off the towels, that they had also forgotten. The owner called me afterwards and profusely apologized. He informed me they would be giving me a $50 refund. I noticed it still wasn't there at the end of March, 3 weeks after this whole incident. I've tried to call them directly 3 times and each time I've been told the owner will call back. He hasn't. I'm tired of trying to chase them down. I almost feel as though they just said that so I didn't leave a bad review, but they never intended to refund my money at all. I was hoping they forgot, but that does not seem to be the case. This is not how business should be conducted, especially when they just informed me I would be getting a refund, I had never even asked. On top of all this, the towels they washed smell terrible. They were brand new from the store and had no scent prior to being washed. I am thoroughly disappointed in how all of this was handled. Highly recommend avoiding this business. read more

I used the services for the first time this past Friday and was blown away at the ease of the entire process. I have been using Go get my laundry for about 9 months. The last time was three weeks ago and my foldable, shorts, underwear, bathing suit were missing. I called right away and was told someone would call me. The owner called and said he would check the truck that was in the shop and call next day. No call, I followed up and was told he had a family emergency and manager would call me. No call, a week later I send text for information. Owner called me and he was leaving family to come back the next day and his manager quit. He promised he would call the following Monday. No call. In the meantime I am missing significant clothing. I also had noticed a was missing a bra here, a shirt there. My advise is if you use a laundry service inventory precisely. I guess I just file in small claims court. read more

Man am I thankful for "Go Get My Laundry" service and care during this time in our lives. We had a flood in our home and have been in a hotel for over a month now. Having 4 kids and running my own business, the idea of going to a laundry mat was overwhelming and clearly time I didn't have to give up. I googled laundry services and found this company and ordered their service immediately! Such an easy website to navigate. Within the hour they were at my hotel door.... when they say anytime, day or night, they mean it! I think it was 11pm that I requested them. Not only did I get our clothes back smelling amazing and looking great, but they were also all on hangers and protected in a plastic bag. I felt like a true VIP! Since then we had them come to our house and literally collect the rest of our clothes and household items like blankets, sheets, towels and dog beds to wash. They had everything washed and boxed them up in wardrobe boxes hung on hangers and drove them to our storage facility until we can move back into our home! WOW, JUST WOW! Can we say customer service? They have been coming to our hotel every week and now I call them our laundry fairies. They are a mom's dream LOL... I am SO SO happy to have been told about this company & to know they service my area. I had been using another company since 2014 but their service went down recently, & the washed laundry I was receiving back wasn't the quality it once was. Having a busy schedule & active family I needed this service for bulk laundry that I didn't have time for. Then last week, by chance, my hair stylist told me about this service (she heard about it from her sister). So I thought I'd try it. Well.. wow! The process was very thorough from start to finish. The intake form online is amazing, the customer service is top notch, the "door to door" service is great, and the laundry is the best it's ever been!! It's very clean, nicely folded (or hung if you prefer), soft, and smells great!! All my washing preferences (from intake form) were done & nothing skipped!! No cutting corners here! And it shows!! I believe I sent out 5 or 6 bags of laundry, and 24 hours later it was returned to my doorstep!! Amazing!! And the price is absolutely reasonable! I would pay more for this service honestly (but happy to feel like I'm getting a good deal). Honestly, what is my time worth? Unfortunately the service we got was third world. I was sooooo excited to find these guys online! Needed help with a lot of laundry from our move. We noticed a discrepancy on our invoice of 80$ and the Owner refused to email us about it rather called & while on speaker phone with husband and kids listening - proceeded to tell me that I was wrong for inquiring, and should suck it up and pay what they asked. He said I got special pricing for happy hour and that happy hour pricing was no longer valid as I had requested a pickup on Saturday instead via customer service who told me nothing about the price hike. Had I known I would incur 80$ more on Saturday vs waiting till Monday for pickup - you'd be stupid to do that unless resources are unlimited. Devin the owner proceeded to repeat himself not acknowledging the facts and our point of view and became very unprofessional and condescending. I was 100% shocked at his response and attitude, so caution buyer beware. read more

I found this service after my laundry lady left me in a pinch one too many times! I have never looked back! Stellar customer service, no delays if anything they've been early. They will pick up and deliver with no contact if preferred during this time and have even waived the delivery fees, what a blessing for our large tribe! You won't be disappointed. read more

My first experience with them was great. I then sent a large amount of clothing to them. I received MOST of my clothes back and someone else's items. When I called, the owner/manager said someone else had called as well and we probably got each other's items do to new employees being trained that night. He said to leave the items which weren't mine in bag outside and they would pick them up. Four days later I called again and finally someone picked them up. After 8 phone calls and a month or so of waiting, I still have not received the rest of my clothes and the owner/manager will not return my calls. I have been patient and polite to no avail.
