I realize that I tried this treatment at my own risk. I reached out on two separate occasions to the Skin Agency to try to help me navigate a path forward, and they have not acknowledged me. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for a consultation and a potential pivot to a different treatment that would be better suited for my skin. I was really disappointed to learn that The Skin Agency is not interested in helping me develop a skincare plan or navigate treatment plans moving forward.
