From far away it is okay but when I look in the mirror the eyebrows look like fish ones. She also gave me a black color when I kept telling her I wanted a dark brown because I know from drawing in my eyebrows that black looks unnatural on my skin. The eyebrows are also too thick even though she reassured me that they would look thinner than the actual outline. My eyebrows look nothing like the photos she has online. The eyebrow lines are much thinker than what you see in her photos. The worst part is that there are spaces that she did not even fill in. I hate to leave a bad review but this is just not good work. So unflattering and did not take into account my face and eye shape.

Reached out via dm & the responses were super fast, you have to go through vagaro and book your appointments which isn't pretty bad. I actually called in instead and spoke with the lovely manager Cassidy, she was very professional and super helpful with all 99 of my questions lol. She even booked my complimentary session for the same week & I made it my business on self love to go take care of me. Traveling & Greeting: Coming from Canarsie it was about a 45 min drive not too bad. I arrived to my appointment about 15 min early & was still greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Cassidy told me to take a seat and Miranda greeted me about 5 min earlier. Hospitality: The customer service was phenomenal I was so happy with how I was treated. Miranda made me feel super comfortable from the beginning to the end. She explained the equipment & the process and it was the best laser experience I've had so far. Laser Experience: It had some pain which is normal like pinches the process is still burning the hairs away, ( not a walk in the park lol ) but as Miranda used the laser machine she rubbed the area, like with a motherly rub. This was comforting because Im not the best at taking any type of pain lol. I was told by Miranda that her and Cassidy are best friends I thought this was cool, they worked great together, was told even Cassidy goes in to hold a hand for comfort. These ladies understand the pain of Beauty. I was even able to speak during the process my last laser process at another place I was in real tears at the end and ended up with burns. Going through that and coming to Laser express truly made me appreciate the experience more. Compassion goes far. I originally was supposed to do my eyelashes yesterday but something came up. She was nice enough to squeeze me into the schedule today before my photoshoot and it's honestly greatly appreciated! I can't wait to see how my eyebrows will look tomorrow. Today, I got the silk eyelashes w C-curl (90 pieces on each side). I chose the cat eye look for a more dramatic look. I also loved how they had us sign a couple of papers and had us read some of the terms and conditions prior to getting the eyelashes done because I found out that the glue had some latex in it. I'm allergic to latex but it's not to a point where a small amount is a huge concern. It's definitely important to let them know of any allergies you might possibly have before getting anything done to your face!
