It was awhile ago that I had a facial in Garden City location. After it was over the aesthetician said the the discount I was supposed to receive should be used NEXT time. What? Next time? I said no, this is what I expected to pay. Of course they tell you what to tip also. I don't remember her name now. Of course I tip properly. I had also attended an information event at Garden City. Was not a pleasant experience. All of this left a very bad taste in my mouth. I do like their Babylon location. Although further away the experience I've had there was much more pleasant. Also, I've since learned you NEVER have botox, juvederm or any injectable done by anyone but a dr-plastic surgeon. Not ANY dr. Charging $1000 for laser hair removal, which is what stated right now on this website doesn't do anything and that's an exorbitant amount of money to charge for such a poor experience. Literally using words like removal versus reduction is a sneaky way of saying it really doesn't work at all. Very disappointed I called and they really don't care. one and done for me. I went for a certain wrinkle/crease (apparently from sleeping) and was talked into a whole assortment of Botox I didn't even need! I ended up getting my 11s done and around my eyes. I don't even know what around the eyes was supposed to do bc it didn't work. I overpaid by almost double based on other local med spas. So annoyed with myself. The girl at the front desk was rude and not pleasant. I left with nothing. I had a facial done the month prior by a different spa and was given a new patient bag of goodies. This place couldn't care less if I was there or not. You are just $$ walking in to them. They never offered to make a follow up appt so I never even got to go back in and have the Botox looked at to see if it worked (seriously wasted over $400 on the around the eye garbage). I'll never go back and I'll be taking my business elsewhere, where my money is appreciated. read more

Not only is she super sweet and compassionate to my needs and my budget but she always does an amazing job!! On September 18, 2025 I purchased SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ serum for $295 at Deep Blue Med Spa in Garden City. I. was told that it lasts a long time and to use one pump in the morning and one pump at night. By November 18th, 2025 there wasn't anymore product left in the container. I called the SkinMedica company and they told me to have the seller call the 1-800 number to answer some questions. When I went to the spa Leah, the manager, told me the container was empty but the pump was working. My complaint was that I paid $295 for two months use. Leah said well you got 60 days use. I filed a complaint with SkinMedica and told them that $295 for only two months use outrageous. I do not recommend this product. This is robbery. I used the serum very sparingly. I will not be going back to Deep Blue Med Spa for any products or services. Leah tried to sell me another line which she said was more economical. Outrageous! They lost my business. Also there was not any place for me to leave a review on the Deep Blue Med Spa site or the SkinMedica site. Buyer be ware! read more

I have been seeing the same woman for years in Brooklyn for my skincare and fillers but since I moved to Long Island the drive to Brooklyn was just too long , so I decided to visit Lauren at deep blue after following her Instagram for quite some time . I've seen her twice for some skin care and lip fillers , she's really talented and honest . If you don't need something done she will tell you . The first time with her I did juvederm , the second time we did restylane Kysse and I absolutely loved it ! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered , she numbs you with a cream first so you barely feel anything ,my lips came out so beautiful , she gave me the perfect pout I was looking for and I'm so happy . Setting up an appointment is easy and quick , waiting time is not bad and it's a gorgeous office ,very clean . Everyone is super friendly and helpful . Last time I was there I told her I wanted to consult with a plastic surgeon about the bags under my eyes so when I was leaving i scheduled an appointment with the surgeon Lauren recommended. When I was in my car leaving , Lauren called me to tell me he had some free time now if I wanted to come back in for the consult , that was super sweet of her . During the winter I will be going back for a skin care procedure /routine since I can't be in the sun while doing it and I love the summer and sun so we shall wait ! Clean - short wait - relaxing I came to this location for the first time for my second facial with Szilvia (first facial at East Hills location). Parking here was much more convenient, as there is a big lot right behind the entrance (much less spots at East Hills). Check in was quick, the receptionists were nice and my appointment started promptly. Szilvia took time to hear my skin concerns/goals. She used pregnancy safe products and ensured that I was 100% comfortable before, during and after - offering me water and adjusting the bed recline so that I could lay at an optimal position while she stood during my facial treatment. After my appointment, Szilvia recommended at-home skincare routines to maintain in between appointments. She did not push products or other treatments. I genuinely felt very comfortable with her and trust her with my facial treatments. I will certainly be returning! read more

I was going to the Deep blue Med Spa in Garden City for 2 years, used Melissa Colletti, botox was never right, and lip injections were lopsided. I kept giving it another chance until one time I forgot to tip her (There is tip cup at the front desk). I was going to tip her at my next appointment, when I called to set it up, a nasty receptionist told me there was a note in my chart not to book with Melissa anymore. I spoke to Management, she told me she did not know who wrote that note, all staff denied writing it, she told me she would check wit IT and get back to me , that never happened. Of course, I stopped going there and started scheduling my appointments with Dr. Barry Douglas, I am so happy, my injections never looked better, his staff is warm and professional. (There is no tip cup for Botox). I have referred friends and family to Dr. Douglas ! read more

I am a new customer at Deep Blue Med Spa and I give this Spa 5 stars. I have always struggled with ingrown hairs and hyperpigmentation in my bikini area. I was referred to this spa by my dermatologist for laser hair removal after trying several hair removal options. I was able to purchase a 5 session laser hair removal package while they were having a special. I saved about $300!! Marianna is my laser specialist and makes you so at ease during your session. I have completed three out of the five sessions and I have seen a tremendous improvement. My skin has lightened, I don't have anymore ingrown hairs and I have little to no hair growth in that area. I am so excited to finish my sessions and see the final result. Get laser because it is worth it! read more

My complaint is NOT with the ladies and gents performing the services. My complaint IS WITH THE RECEPTIONISTS WHO ARE NOT INFORMING THE customers over the phone with the correct information. My skin was in need of some TLC, and I read mostly good reviews on Deep Blue Med Spa here on Yelp. Getting an appointment was very easy and the staff was helpful in explaining pricing, etc. Based on my esthetician's recommendations, I just got a regular cleansing facial. I liked the facial, but there are a couple of reasons why I am hesitant/do not plan to come back: 1. I have been told by several skin experts that it is best to NOT use abrasive exfoliants on my face. My aesthetician used a scrub, and it felt a bit rough on my skin. She did this knowing I had sensitive skin. 2. WAY too much rubbing of my skin! My Dermatologist has always told me to massage, not rub, moisturizers, serums, etc., on my face. My aesthetician aggressively rubbed each product into my skin! Overall, I left noticing a slight glow to my face and satisfied with the facial. It wasn't the best I've received, though, and the price isn't overly competitive. read more

My facial started about 20 minutes after appt time. She cut my forehead with one of her tools by accident leaving a two inch scratch on my face. She apologized but for 130 + tip for a 45 minute facial and a below average massage... I expect better. She was nice, but I feel I should have received a discount for the huge scratch. Normally I am a very patient person. However I booked an appointment with Melissa always she's wonderful and she's set on price every time I come see her. She's fully booked and I understand it's "tax season" but I tried somebody else and they want to charge me a complete different amount. Overpriced. This is why I'll rather stick to the same person. Money isn't an issue but it is an issue when they custom who and how much for each individual. Second if I booked an appointment or 9 am why are you seeing other people before me? Am I not a paying customer? I'm really getting tired of how this place treats me this is the second time I had to wait an hour technically for them to start anything. Great experience. Lauren M. is amazing. Patient, kind and knows her stuff even though she looks to young to have that much expeience! LOL I've been getting Juvederm in my lips about once a year for the past 5 years and the place I was using was never giving me the results I wanted. I would spend $600-700 and the results would be gone after a few weeks and usually the first few weeks I would have lumping and unevenness. I thought it was just me and that was normal for some patients. Lauren's work is precise, looks natural and for the first time I have lasting results. It was even and placed properly for the first time, finally! The botox even seemed better than the other place too. I will definitely be back and recommend friends too. read more

Had the worst experience. I had an appointment but waited an hour to be seen. After finally getting a room I was told the services I booked were not prepared. I was then left in a room for another 45 minutes and was forgotten about just to be told the receptionist made an error when booking and that I would have to come back another day. They then tried to still charge me. No accommodation was made for their error just an oops. No attempt to rectify the error. The receptionist talked to me as if I should just be okay with their error instead of being sympathetic and empathetic to the unconvinced. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. I spent $2,000 on Botox and lip fillers. (Highest price I've ever spent) The lip filler lasted ONE month and the Botox did absolutely nothing. I would bet my bank account they mix saline in their syringes to make their product go a long way. That's why they don't fill the syringes in front of you. I went to another place to have my Botox done again and it took Affect in 2 days. After all this I still attempted to get micro needling done because I had a gift card. I got 3 emails saying "book your micro needling appointment today and you will get 25% off for Black Friday". I did exactly that, I booked it. When I called to confirm they told me I will not get the discount because I didn't pay first. It's laughable because there is nowhere to even pay when making appointment online nor did it say that anywhere. Such a shame. People work hard for their money to treat themselves and this is how they "take care" of people. read more

Thrilled with my results today with Lauren the PA. Came in for a laser consult and asked if we could talk fillers. I ended up getting Juvederm Voluma and Juvderm injected in my lips, cheeks, chin, laugh lines. Came out incredible! I am a minimal makeup girl with really good skin for my age--and just turned 42. I didn't want to look like a Kardashian or Lana Del Rey--and Lauren totally understood that. I walked in a 42 year old and left looking like the 30yr old version of myself that I have not seen in years. The results are subtle and that's what you want, and Lauren was able to give that to me. Horrible customer service. Made me wait an hr for my appointment. Came in on time and was told and hr later they was running late. The receptionist here was so rude about it. When I was upset about my time being wasted they blamed me and said I took long to fill out paper work when I came 15 minutes before to fill it out. This is why all shops is closing and everyone prefers online shopping and dealing with a computer. Your paying your hard earned money for a service but yet there isn't any customer service. Laura Brucculeri is a medical aesthetician working at Deep Blue Med Spa's Babylon and Garden City locations and I can't say enough good things about her. I met her for the first time when I was new to the area and she first did their complimentary Visia Complexion Analysis. It showed exactly where my wrinkles, large pores, etc are. We discussed both skincare routine and my goals for my skin. She listened and gave her feedback, never trying to upsell me on more expensive services or products. We first changed some of my skin care routine (she honestly told me to keep most of my remaining products that were comparable to Deep Blue Med Spa's products), then did a fire and ice peel, and now are doing series of Clear and Brilliant laser services. She has excellent bedside manner, spends good amount of time with me and is a great conversationalist. I already see results and my skin feels healthier. My goal is to not have to wear makeup to cover up my acne scars and I trust Laura's professional advice will get me there. I highly recommend Laura. No matter what your skin goals are, you'll be in great hands with her! read more
