I am very sensitive to odors and cannot tolerate the smell of most new carpeting. The Columbus flooring sales advisor was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. She brought samples and also met me several times at a local carpeting retailer to show me a new type of carpet which has low VOC's. It was easy to contact the sales advisor by phone, text or email. The owner of the company lives in a different state but is reachable by email and phone. Both ladies tried their best to accommodate me. The price of the carpet and installation was on par with other companies that I investigated. They are all about customer service. I definitely recommend them. Pat

Had company come review and indicated they felt it was from dog collar. Have removed collar and still having issues. They were supposed to come do stress test but can't get them to answer call. I can't believe they think parking in this way is ok -- they may have destroyed my hedge! The plants were dislodged and it's possible now that they'll be dead within days. The installers were rude to the point of being aggressive and denied that they had anything wrong. I can't believe I have to write this, but they did nothing to fix the situation and made no offer to compensate for the damages. A simple "sorry!" and an attempt to understand where I'm coming from would have gone a long way. I have photos of the truck running over my landscaping, and the company's denial of the facts doesn't mean they're right. They've done nothing to rectify the situation. Their hostile towards the public and they run roughshod over people's property. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau, Angie's List, Home Advisor, and Google to communiciate my concerns with this company.
