However. The lady repeatedly told me I had to have a ring to determine the size of my daughter finger. Which is completely stupid. So she refused to size my kids fingers. I realize if we were to buy a wide band for my daughter it would be a 1/2 size up however that's still no excuse for arguing with us over something as so easy as to size a kids finger. Maybe its because I ask them to give us a free service. But then again I had planned to purchase a ri g for them but I won't now. I wont recommend them to anyone. I wrote Rachel Patton, owner of Taylor's Leatherware an email explaining what was wrong and sent a picture. After two days, she said bring it to "Lynchburg square". I asked her to confirm the address as it was different from the one in her signature. This was her response: "I literally said in Lynchburg on the square next to the bank. Not sure how anyone could get confused by that." This is a business owner mind you. I told her that I am not from the state and have no idea what she meant. I also told her that she was rude. She proceeded to tell me: Rachel Patton 7:21AM (28 minutes ago) to me Sounds good. Don't bring your backpack in. I'm not going to fix it. You're the rude one. I have the full email exchange for anyone that wants to read it. I highly recommend you do not shop here. They have zero customer service skills and frankly, a very shoddy product. In fact there is even some nice clothes pairings on display to show you how to combine some of the items. A couple of very well stocked sale racks can be found near the back of the store near the dressing/fitting rooms. Dressing rooms - Very nice! Plenty of room to try on your stuff and get a feel for how it fits. Well done! Customer service - Extremely well done! The owner is so friendly and took such great care of my wife, helping her get a dressing room set up so she could try stuff on. Overall, you really can't have a better experience. Spent an afternoon in "downtown" Lynchburg checking out the shops. All the shop workers were…read morefriendly except this one. I know the recommendation regarding masks. I have a mask and try to wear it in areas that social distancing is not possible (even though I have had the COVID19 vaccine). We were the only 2 people in the shop and no one else including the worker was any where around. When she did come in--she asked if we had masks and offered to give us one. If we needed masks it was to keep from smelling the cigarette smoke smell that filled the room. We left without purchasing the $189 vest we were looking at. I would not recommend this business!!

They carry "high end" (lululemon, Vouri, Patagonia, OnClouds, etc) outdoor clothing/shoes/accessories. Everything is reasonably priced and comparative to normal pricing. They ALWAYS have a great sale going upstairs and there's always a couple gems marked down I find on clearance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is well kept, we will be back!
