Not only does he know how to connect with the kids easily, but he also knows how to provide constructive feedback and help support the kids when they make necessary adjustments in a way that it just clicks. As the earlier comment expressed, they give you absolutely nothing except a space with nets in an unmarked building. No machines, no equipment, nothing. They basically partner regularly with travel baseball teams and sublet the open nets to unsuspecting customers expecting the standard batting cage experience. The website intentionally misleads with vague and unclear information. They have a strict cancellation policy to take full advantage of this scam. There are literally free nets outside in the park next door.

My child is able to train and grow with like minded players who love the game. We can definitely see her skill level and game has only improved since she arrived. She now has joined the outdoor league (great competition), and has really benefited from doing the indoor small group training. I can't say that we don't love the Coaches as they are all equally amazing. I remember when we got to Uscore, Coach Ken was an instant favorite, then we met Coach Ray and Coach Lee (he's a fav too), and have you guys seen Coach Jimmy in action?! He understands what each team member needs to be successful and doesn't use the cookie cutter approach. He also doesn't let them just skate through it, holding the boys accountable and showing them he cares. The results are the proof. He is greatly appreciated by these parent. The office manager is your go to if you have anything that needs to be addressed. Always see a smile and she is ready to take on whatever your issue may be.

I've yet to find a place that's organized in a curriculum for toddlers/kids that is hands on and active - yet doesn't require direct parent involvement. Unfortunately for me - that really limits my ability to engage my kids. The coaches and the owner are very pleasant and the 2 times I've taken my kids (albeit on trial classes) - they've displayed great levels of patience with my two year old triplets! That in itself deserves a couple stars - as my boys are forces to be reckoned with! I love the way they've engaged them and have been super understanding and accommodating of my requests/questions. I'm really struggling here because the only reason I can't give a 5th star is the cost. For me - it's a little expensive. But then again, I have three toddlers! Most things are costly. I'm still on the fence about signing up, but I think the value for one child is fantastic! You surely can't go wrong! My review or lack of that 5th star is in no way discounting the place or its services - it's merely to say if you have multiple children, you might want to think hard about the scheduling aspect. Indeed - You get ALOT for your money, but if you're like me - finding the time to corral all those children several times a week to really grasp the worth, is a struggle in itself! The program was good despite having a few sessions inside where the building was near 100 degrees as the building owner refused to turn on the A/C. I would have given them 3 or 4 starts but the earned 1 star because of the following: The program was delayed two weeks without reason, a class was cancelled the day-of without reason (or refund), and the last two weeks of the program were cancelled without refund. Eventually, I was emailed offering a refund for two of the three cancelled classes, but I was never given a refund. Can't recommend the program to anyone now for Memorial (Warriors), Belaire, or Tomball.
