She took her time examining and had us return promptly when things progressed very rapidly. She listened to our concerns, worked with the options we were willing to use, and was there checking in, consoling us, giving necessary information, compassion and understanding tye entire time. We said goodbye to our baby and she helped in every way. Dr Jan understands how our pets are family and the connection that's shared. Our pup was her first concern.
