We went by there unannounced to check it out, and we were given a tour on the spot, and their process was completely explained to us, and they answered every question we asked without any hesitation. This impressed us. We first took our older pups for a daycare play day, and they loved it. It went very well. We then boarded all 3 of our pups for a weekend, and all went great. We have met many of the people that work there, and they are all so nice and pleasant. You can tell they really care about the pets they care for. Our pups have all been back for daycare since, and will go back more in the future. They get so excited when we take them. We completely trust them with our fur babies, and know that our babies are receiving great care. I highly recommend them.

I understand they are busy so YOU will have to email or even call to ask and have them send a pic or see how they are doing. My dog seemed to like it there and was tired both time while sleeping on the way home. The staff are really nice and answers your questions but you do have to get the canine influenza shot now so ask your Vet if they have that specific shot since my Vet didn't so had to take my dog to another Vet for that shot . I got in my car and traveled around Shawnee looking for a pet store that might sell dog boots (I had plenty of warm clothes for them, but no boots!). The store I found on Yelp had recently closed down. Disheartened I continued driving up Harrison and went past Best Friends Animal Clinic. Eureka! They will know where I can get dog boots! I went in and from the moment I walked in the door I felt taken care of. I could tell this was a really great clinic by the kinds of food, treats and products they had on display in the waiting room, and the front desk receptionist was just lovely. While we talked, people came and went with their cats and dogs - everybody was happy with how they were treated. While the receptionist was on the phone, the vet came out and asked if we were all taken care of. THE VET came and checked on people in the waiting room. Awesome. As we chatted, the receptionist told him why I was there and he hand wrote me a map of the pet supply places in Shawnee. Seriously, how sweet was that?! I think you'll like this place. Friendly, well kept and really nice staff and vet. Definitely was a place I would take my dogs if I lived there!

These jerks deserves zero stars. I had to have my baby girl put to sleep because of her heart…read moregiving out. They wanted to charge me an extra $70 for me to be in there when they put her down, I was told they would sedate her then put her down but today when I went to pick her up I was told when the owner is not present they do what they call masking and sometimes it can cause pain to the animal, but when I checked around other vets told me they don't charge extra and the encourage the owner to be present, because not only does it make the pet more comfortable it also helps the owners with the final goodbyes. So DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS TO THESE AHOLES
