In the Puppy Perks class, we learned how to best socialize our pups, teach them the basics of being a good canine citizen, and we felt confident in our ability to be great dog owners. The retail section of the store is chock filled with Made in America products, ranging from treats, pet food, training supplies and pet toys. She was so well raised that, at 9 weeks old, she did not shake or whimper for one second when Valerie gave her to me. She sat with me at the airport, fell asleep in her carrier and handled the plane ride like a champ. She has fallen into a routine at home very easily (completely ignored the blender and the vacuum). She lets us know when she needs to go out and appears fearless when checking out new things. She went to the vet today, no whimpering or crying - she stole the hearts of everyone there - and had a great check-up. I am looking forward to many years of joy brought by this little one. I would wholeheartedly recommend Valerie and her puppies to anyone looking for a wonderful fur baby.

I called June 4th and 6th regarding a pet I…read morerecently adopted and yet they are too busy to follow up with me regarding simple things lile what was their weight and did they notice a lump, etc. They cleared this animal as so healthy they don't need labs, but I would like to know what she weighed at the time and see how much if weight loss had occurred and if they notice anything in their comprehensive report that I don't have access to at this time and can forward to her new vet under my care but they are just too busy to get back with me. Also, they did not provide any options for me to get the health records of the pet I adopted. When asked if they could email me, it still have the previous owners information and just said "sorry". As if they can't redact that info? As if the vet couldn't call me personally? I do not think they did their job in adequately clearing the pet I adopted and maybe their records would prove that. I would never bring my animal here. It does not take weeks to get back to someone when in reality, all I need to know is if labs were done, how much did the pet weigh, and if they noticed the lump during their exam. It really isn't that hard.

I brought my dog when he was a baby at the first location and even when there were inconvenience, the staff was always polite when dealing with me. On 2 occasions s my dog got the whooping cough from being there at the location but we handled it quickly. Anyway today I was in for refills and although it wasn't busy the receptionist wasn't very pleasant. I asked questions and she again was just not up to talking with me.
