I brought my dog when he was a baby at the first location and even when there were inconvenience, the staff was always polite when dealing with me. On 2 occasions s my dog got the whooping cough from being there at the location but we handled it quickly. Anyway today I was in for refills and although it wasn't busy the receptionist wasn't very pleasant. I asked questions and she again was just not up to talking with me. My doodles ears don't seem to have been plucked and were still wet when I picked her up which is an absolute no-no for floppy-eared pups as it promotes ear infections not to mention matting with her curly hair. Also, the bridge of her nose was completely shaved down when I specifically asked for a trim so now we get to look at that for a few weeks till it shags back out to match the rest of her hair length. They did however, do a great job on trimming her pads so she's not slipping and sliding around anymore but that's not enough to keep my as a repeat customer.

She had a shampoo, de-shedding, and a nail trim and polish, all for a very reasonable price! The whole appointment was completed in around an hour to boot.
