I had come here before and had a good experience. So I came back expecting the same. I walked in and the guy that cut my hair was the 4th back from the register. Before reading this, I will give props to his beard and line up. If you're coming in for a beard and a fade and short hair on top, then this it is prob fine for you. I've been growing out my hair for almost a year so I could perm it. Hair needs to be long in order for curl to take. My hair is 5-6" but I buz the sizes. Medium skin fade. He asked me what I wanted off the top and I told him not to touch the top. After doing the fade I look and see grips of my locks on the ground and on the apron. I asked him where it came from and why he cut it off. He said "I'm following the line that's where your line was at" If that's where my fade line was, then why was there just inches of hair cut from that same "line" so now, my sides are uneven and shorter than the rest of my hair, now I will have to wait longer to perm it because he short hair won't take curls unless I do tiny ass rods/tight curls. Seems he completely didn't take into consideration of the long hair and was going along with the clippers and didn't care what they touched. Every other place I've been to they either clip my hair in the middle or hold it to the opposite side to prevent from accidentally clipping it. Also after that had already bummed me out, he started shaving my neck dry. It hurt and I will bleed if shaved dry so finally it hurt enough where I asked if he had water or shaving creme. He kinda laughed and smirked like I was annoying him. I still paid for my haircut in the end because I didn't want them to reply to this saying I just wanted a free cut. This totally killed my day and I was going to go get my hair permed this week and now I have to wait months again for the side hairs to grow back to normal. Then he had the nerve to take pictures and give me a business card to ask to spread the word. I will not ever be coming here again. For those of us who put in months of growing hair to have it ruined is not worth me ever coming here again or risking it. My fade and beard came our great but it was not a pleasant experience. If you have long hair on top, I wouldn't recommend going here or at least having that guy cut it. I attached pictures to see how short the cut parts are compared to my other hair. read more

Angelo took me in as a walk in, very satisfied with the cut. $35 and they're not at all pushy for a tip. Of course you should tip anyway but it's a nice touch. If you like a barbershop with a bit of grit, culture and local atmosphere, this is the one for you. It's not one of those brand new barber shop chains with the fancy marble floors and leather couches, they have standard mirrors, a cool mural, good equipment, nice chairs and most importantly a good cut. It's a nice local barbershop that you should visit and support. 10/10 read more

This barber shop does not listen to their customers at all. A client of mine went in for a trim for a big event that he is a scare actor in. He has a very specific look the requires a longer top to tease into a Mohawk. He advised for them to take no more of an inch when at least two or three were taken on AND it was an uneven cut off the top. The fade on the sides were brought down to a zero when instructed not to do so. The barber stops mid cut when my actor said it was done wrong as if to leave it undone. If you need your hair to look a specific way and need an educated and precise barber DO NOT COME HERE. The photoshoot that we had scheduled today is now canceled until further notice due to this haircut. Keep your $25 and pay for a better haircut. read more

The most mediocre barber in the valley, the shop is cheap at best and the barbers are unprofessional rookies. My hair line was pushed so far back and the person who gave me the cut was coked out. They got a 1$ tip but he didn't even deserve that. My fault for not leaving when they started smoking in the back, my fault for not leaving when he didn't have a clue how to raise the chair. Mediocre unprofessional amateurs, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere, I'm embarrassed to show my hairline, I'm embarrassed for this shop and anyone associated with it. If I could give 0 stars I would! I walked in took a seat and wasn't prepared for the abysmal quality of cut I was going to receive. The barber was uninterested, acted as if he was cutting my hair for free and was pretty rude. On top of that he didn't cross check my haircut and upon getting home and styling my hair I found that I had a couple of patches of hair that were SIGNIFICANTLY longer than the rest. My favorite part was when he cut me while using the razor. Not once, but 4 separate times! I had a cut on my lip, back of the neck, by my ear and directly under my nostril. He didn't even bother using any alcohol after the fact. I most definitely had to pay for this horrible haircut and he even made a comment when I refused to tip! I will not be returning and will most definitely not recommend them to anyone I know. read more

Worst of the Worst just got a Kut by this guy James and he totally screw me up badly ask for a low fade and line up and he did practically a military fade so high like who doesn't understand what a damn low fade is!? Never coming back again was trying to get a cut by Alex which his a good barber but he had to jam out so he put me with the worst barber ever even after I ask him to put me with one of his best barbers of what he put me was one of his barbers Then they became super low end on there barbers. I just took my 1 and a half year old to have his first hair cut. He suffers from old-man hair and it had to go. Upon arrival there was a strong weed odor and loud hip hop, but we're super cool and not jealous haters so it didn't bother us. It may affect others.
