My tires were filthy, it was like the car wash didn't even touch them. I had to go around and use my own towel to scrub them after the wash. There was dirt and bugs all over my car, I was appalled at the terrible wash job. The wash not only stripped the rubber off one of my wipers, which has never happened at another cat wash, but it caused a rubber piece to dislodge off of my windshield and the staff could not locate it when I asked them to look. Both staff members were friendly and tried to find the missing piece for me to no avail. This is not an easily replaceable piece and my car now looks ridiculous without it. Their kindness and apologetics are the only reason this isn't a one star review. Don't bring your car here, go to Reign further down on 28. They are affordable, actually clean your car well, and offer free towels and unlimited vacuum time.

I stopped at a store after and when I returned to the store parking lot, I almost couldn't find my car. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor. My car is 17 years old. It is beautiful, even the rims sparkeled. Every worker at Dean Street Car Wash was very friendly and worked very fast. It was a pleasure having them work on my car. I've been to Prestige in Stoughton twice, and both times the wash failed to clean the back of my car, especially the rear window and trunk. The first time I mentioned it, the only solution offered was a quick wipe with a dirty rag--nothing was done for the rest of the car, which was still dirty. When an issue like this happens, there should at least be a courtesy rewash or some effort to make it right. Instead, I paid for a service that didn't deliver. I kept my subscription hoping it was a one-time issue, but after it happened again--and with prices increasing--I decided to cancel. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. Very disappointing experience.

He offered me a free detail with wax which only hid the scratches until the wax wore off. I don't recommend this place for anyone with a nice paint job. This car wash will destroy it no matter how much they claim it's not their fault.
