They put a tear in my leather console while doing a detail inside the car. While I was initially upset and the staff present would not acknowledge it, I heard back from one of the owners a couple days later who was helpful, understood my frustration, and had it repaired. She also said she would work with her staff to listen to customers and contact her more immediately in the future. I really appreciate the help. read more

I'm a 15 year long customer and I've never been treated so disrespectfully. Three of the four workers I engaged with did not speak English so I struggled to understand how to operate my free vacuum. I was laughed at in my face by the three employees, one of which appeared to be in charge as well as whistled at to walk across the lot and fetch my own additional free vacuum coin. I just drove through this car wash. The guys out front that scrub your car down First are of course super lazy and make you feel as bough you are inconveniencing them. New ownership needs to take care of this. Same with the guys drying the car. I just watched the guy wipe his sweaty face with the same towel he is drying my $60,00 truck with. This was my first experience here and it was not a good one. I definitely will not be back. When I came out of the car wash my car was still dripping wet and I didn't know there was anyone out there to dry your car off because when I came around the corner there was a girl sitting on a bench playing with her phone and when I got out of my car to see how clean it came out I noticed some scratches on the hood of my car which were not there when I went in so I asked the girl several times that was just sitting there do you work here and she just kept on staring at me. So I wasn't sure if she didn't understand me or not because as I kept asking do you work her and she walked away. So anyways I pulled up to where you first go in and I explained to another girl who was working there that my car did not have these scratches on the hood when I first went into the wash yes there were other little wear and tear scratches on my car but not these big scratches on the hood of my car I never had them there before. So they end up sending out this man who proceeds to raise his voice and say that those were there when I know for a fact they weren't. I keep my car very clean and in very good shape I watch over where I park my car and I notice what my car looks like. This was on the front part of my hood. I am not sure if the man was trying to be intimidating because I was a female but he kept coming back at me raising his voice saying it was there before when it Definitely was not. Another thing I didn't know they were gonna wipe down my car because like I mentioned when I came out and around the corner the girl was just sitting there playing on her phone never mentioned anything to me so I had no idea until when I went over to speak to someone else I seen her start wiping down another car. read more

The vacuum suction was awful at best. About 3 of the machines ate my quarters. I know it's crazy to complain about a few quarters but I figured I would be honest with the yelp world. Place sucks and the car wash wasn't even that good. A Girl Scout cat wash is better than this place. read more

I did a drive by on a mid week morning. The staff was courteous and helpful. I got the 10k detail, which included a wash, clay bar and express wax. PLUS A FREE PASTRY AND COFFEE FROM COUNTRY KITCHEN DONUTS. (Located across the street) I was very pleased with the exterior of my truck upon approach. I didn't think life could get any better after gorging on a monster apple fritter and coffee. The interior was not only vacuumed but windows and doors were cleaned too. I went in today to do a quick version of the detail for $40 color I did not think they did a great job just in the front seat alone I took away and like a bunch of stuff down the guy moved my car with dirty boots so he left the rugs dirty in the front seat and they did not do a thorough vacuuming job. I can do a better vacuum job for five bucks at the do it ur self vacuum, It was definitely not worth my $40 read more

After many rave reviews from co-workers, I made an appt for a full interior/exterior detail for my 2015 Cherokee that I am in the process of selling. Nicole was very helpful just 24 hours prior with an appt already going the same day. They were able to fit me in and the result was better than I ever expected. Wilson was awesome and my car looked better inside and out than it did when I drove it off the lot 4 years ago. Bottom line, well worth the money if your looking for a top notch place to get a detail. read more

This used to be my favorite self service car wash in the area. Recently, I've had nothing but issues with the vacuums not working due to clogged pipes or them being totally snapped off. I've lost several dollars in the vacuums not to mention the $5 I lost in the self service car wash last week. This "new management" needs to step up their game! read more

I have to agree with the reviewer who is complaining about the foaming brushes. The last three times I visited this facility over the summer the brushes did not foam, all that came out was a small dribble of water with some soap mixed in. This makes the brushes unusable, the foam is supposed to make the brush glide over the paint to help prevent damage. I am not going to go through the trouble of washing my car by hand with a brush that has the potential to scratch my paint. I see that the owner replied to one post saying that they have returned to the original foam. This has not been my experience since I was there several weeks ago and the brushes did not foam. I sure hope that The Walpole Wash House fixes this problem because everything else about the self service bays is great but I won't use them unless the foaming brushes actually foam. read more

This car wash does not give you the services they advertise. I have 3 vehicles and pay for the 15.00 2nd floor wash (Over 310.00 per year in wash books) they never take the wheel bright nozzle down and spray the wheels, even thought it is advertised. This has been every time I have gone through for the past year with my vehicles, today was the first time I mentioned it to the attendant (that they never use the wheel bright) You ask the help about it and they smirk and laugh. Also, this is the 2nd or 3rd time I have been through there recently that the big side brushes are just hanging there not spinning, I let smiley (attendant) know about it and got another smart ass answer. Stay away from this business, go to Dr Detail in East Walpole. I have always been a loyal customer to Walpole Wash House since the original opened in that space. I don't like being laughed at when asking for a service I paid for. It may be that the help neither understands or speaks English, or they need a lot of training in how to act with customers in this country. read more

NEVER AGAIN. I have used the wash bays about five times but this time it didn't work. I put in my money and after the third bill the timer starts to count down, it didn't. I told the one person that was wiping down cars from the machine wash that it took my money and didn't work. he came into the bay and tried all the buttons like I had not done this?. I ask him if someone was going to fix it or give me a refund? Because the less than good English I did not know what the answer was after ten minuets I left and will never go back. When it does work it's good for a quick rinse. read more
