Parking is abundant Friendliness from employees varies, but at the service desk inside their actual office they're all super friendly. As for the gas station, vacuums, and car wash employees, they can be helpful, sassy, or not but regardless a lot of your experience doesn't have to rely on them. It doesn't make sense to get 1 time washes unless you're really not in the area and just need to wash your car. They have multiple packages and from time to time they run promotions for awesome values. I recently got their $40 package for $10 bucks a month over 3 months. That's a steal, it consists of washing and vacuum your car for free once a day and it's a good time. Their gas pumps are in partnership with Irving and I'm a fan of their rewards program. You get a 10 cent discount. I also love Rojos food choice and they have a chef that makes breakfast and dinner meals for cheap. Overall this is a stellar place to go! Only complaint the vacuums and car wash periodically don't work but besides that it's awesome! read more

Went here to wash my own car and 3 out of 5 bays were broken, with no indication of them being out of service. When I finally found a bay that wasn't broken I finally got my car washed, but it was fully incased in some greasy film that I had to wipe off with rags. Decided to try Rojo for the first time and could not believe what a bad experience it was. I got the platinum exterior wash and my car was not at all clean when it came out. My tires were filthy, it was like the car wash didn't even touch them. I had to go around and use my own towel to scrub them after the wash. There was dirt and bugs all over my car, I was appalled at the terrible wash job. The wash not only stripped the rubber off one of my wipers, which has never happened at another cat wash, but it caused a rubber piece to dislodge off of my windshield and the staff could not locate it when I asked them to look. Both staff members were friendly and tried to find the missing piece for me to no avail. This is not an easily replaceable piece and my car now looks ridiculous without it. Their kindness and apologetics are the only reason this isn't a one star review. Don't bring your car here, go to Reign further down on 28. Each time I go through the tunnel on my diamond plan Wheels don't seem to get cleaned , employees don't rinse vehicle usually engaged in conversation amongst themselves. Spoke to Tracy in Corp office who said , only allowed 1 wash per day whether it's cleans or not . Just tell them to make sure it's clean the next time lol. Do I really pay to sit in line because Rojo cannot keep machinery working? It surprises me. They must simple not care

I usually go to a self-serve wash in Dorchester, but was on rte 1 last winter and decided to swing into this place. I drove into a self-service bay and what looked like a pile of foam was frozen ice. Luckily it just scraped the bottom of my car and didn't break anything. I swipe my credit card and the timer starts going, but nothing is coming out of the trigger on the hose. I walk over to an attendant who is managing the regular car wash line and he tells me "that bay is broken, only one bay is working right now. The credit card will max out at $20 and then credit you a refund." Well, I wasn't about to swipe my credit card again, so drove off without anything. I get home and the charge is pending for days, then it actually charges me $14 and some change for nothing. I thought about calling and trying to explain what happened, but remembered the level of the incompetence with the employee and said forget it, my loss. My advice, don't trust swiping your card here. If you absolutely have to go here, use the drive thru wash, but I wouldn't even do that. They should've taped off the broken bays and trained their staff better. read more

I have attempted to use the self- service bays on multiple occasions with no luck. Credit cards don't work. Attendants are polite but not helpful other than saying maintenance will be called. Walpole location. Hands down the worst car wash I've ever been to. Now, I got the Silver wash, which is their lowest priced wash. But I assumed (incorrectly) that I'd at least come out with a clean car (not shiny and perfect, just clean).  Attached are pictures of my car immediately after coming out. Bird droppings that are still there, dirty windshield (driver's and passenger side), hood still covered with small leaves that were stuck to it. It basically looked like it had been through a rainstorm. But I got to pay $14 for it. So, save yourself some money and stay away from Rojo. If you use a hose in your driveway, or wait for some rain, your car will get cleaner. read more

I'm completely shocked at the experience I had here today. I've been a monthly subscriber here for almost a year, and have had mostly good experiences. I use the touchless wash and always bring my car through twice, unless there's a long line. Today, however, as I was pulling my car around to go through a second time, I was stopped by an employee who said the wash was closed. I told him I'd like to bring my car through twice. He said I was only allowed to go through once. However, since I come here all the time I knew that I was able to use it twice in a row. This was a blatant lie. He started to yell at me to move my car, and then went and got a second employee to come yell at me some more. I do not use the word yell lightly-- both of these middle aged men were screaming at the top of their lungs: "MOVE!!!! GO!!!" I was totally in shock at what was happening in front of me. I got out of there and immediately called the Rojo office to cancel my membership and tell them what had happened. I urge you to think twice before supporting this business. This goes beyond bad customer service. EDIT in response to the owner's reply: If that's your policy, then your machine is broken, because it has always allowed me to go in twice in a row for the last year. I do this because the touchless wash doesn't always clean effectively. Like I said, I only do this when there's not a line of people waiting. But that's really not the point. I cannot count how many times I've come to use my monthly car wash to just have the license plate reader come up with something wrong and reject my wash. Funniest thing was they had a customer satisfaction survey and the QR code was just as broken as their equipment. Terrible, to a point of being fraudulent. I swiped my credit card at the automated kiosk once, in August 2024, for 1 time car wash and RoJo kept charging my credit card fraudulently an unauthorized $29.99 each month for car wash membership of some sort that I have never signed up for. Luckily, my CC Company has liability protection against fraudulent transactions, have reversed all changes and blocked the RoJo who tried again today. Rojo means RED in Spanish, isn't it? Wow! I just got my car cleaned at ROJO, Route1, Norwood, and they did an excellent job. I almost wish that I had taken a "before cleaning" photo, but I'm a sure that I would have been too embarrassed,as the car was disgusting! It really needed a good cleaning! I opted for the more expensive ($200) treatment that included shampoo, etc. of interior. (There was also a far less expensive option,but the car needs it!. Oh,, my gosh! In about an hour and a half, they made my car look brand new! The seats and floor were sparkling clean.Everything had been washed-- steering wheel. Floors,seats, special compartments...,and it seemed polished. The car smelled great! Even the paper placed onto the floor had a message asking customers for input about how they could improve. Although I thought it was already excellent, I loved how motivated they were. . Service was excellent and efficient. Also,the lady at the desk (register) was extremely kind. They had products for sale such as mats and deodorizers for those who wished to further spiffy up their car. There is a small plaza next door to pass the time, or one could wait at the car wash. All in all,these were employees who clearly take pride in their work and strive to do a great job with excellent service. I highly recommend this business. It is excellent! read more

So sad. This place has become a train wreck. I started the platinum monthly membership a while ago and have witnessed this place go down hill. Hardly anything you are suppose to get with the platinum plan works. The following options do not work consistently. Ultra conditioner hasn't worked in Months. Carnauba wash and shine only covers 1/4 of the left side of my car. Tire shine when working only does the left side of my car. Underbody wash does work Rim cleaner hasn't worked in months. Desalt and bug cleaner works sporadically and only on one side. The dryer does not dry the car as well as when I first went there. The center blower does not work anymore. I pointed this out to management and nothing was ever fixed. So sad because when I joined it was a great place to get my car washed. read more

Stay away I used to have three memberships at the same time for multiple cars I have cancelled them all The auto plate reader is lousy at best The wash doesn't clean the wheels at all The rest is mediocre at best This includes the touch less and drive through Forget about asking the attendant to spay wheel cleaner on at the drive thru, he will acts like he will bite your head off I have gone there multiple time when both touch-less were broken, when I called the office, I received nothing but a rude response from the lady who answered the phone I explained this happens all the time, what about the value of my time 10 miles to get there, 10 minutes to try and get a wash ( screwing around with the plate reader, which often times does not work) and 10 miles back home This almost 45 minutes and a gallon of gas at $4 to $5 per gallon wasted multiple times It is a shame, I love the fact that there is a 24 hour wash available. I leave for work at 4:30 in the morning and it would be very convenient for me, if the wash actually cleaned, when it was working. This car wash is an absolute nightmare!!! The car wash attendant was rushing cars in too quickly and had the car behind me pull up so close it rammed into me while in the middle of the car wash. Both cars were damaged! After exchanging information with the other vehicle owner I offered to go into the Rojo office to report the incident. I told the woman in the Rojo office what happened and asked that she step outside to observe the damage to both cars. The woman in the Rojo office immediately acted agitated, and angrily announced whatever damage that took place inside the car wash was not their responsibility and she refused to look at the cars. I simply asked for a business card and went to take a photo for my insurance carrier to show that I made every effort to report the incident to Rojo and the woman working in the Rojo not only refused to give me a business card, she started yelling and ranting, and eventually charged at me from behind the counter! You just see employees walking around endlessly....have to continuously push the "request assistant", just to get someone over for 5mins....the machines barely have soap in them, seems it sprays water all over your car to get it cleaned...which I can simply do on my own...this place was amazing when I signed up for the monthly subscription. UGH. I have a brand new car and decided to try out local car washes before signing up for a monthly wash program. Headed over to the Rojo on Rte. 1 North, near the Stadium. There were lines, but they seemed to be moving, and there was an attendant. The attendant had helped some customers in the line in front of me, and I didn't think much of it until I got up to the pay station, and it didn't seem to work. And there I sat. And sat. And sat. Seems to me that if the attendant knew people in this line needed help, he might have stuck around. As it came close to *seven minutes* of sitting there and nothing, I backed up to get out of line and leave. And here comes the attendant! Yelling "Sir! Sir!" (I'm a woman with very short hair.) (down goes my window) "Excuse me???" He informs me I ran over his cone. So this guy could drop a cone behind my car to close a line, but not bother to see why the line (literally just me) never moved?!? He then tells me I need to drive up to free the ever-important cone and asks what I'm trying to do. I explain I'm leaving. He says if i want a car wash, he can do that. I tell him he's at least five minutes too late for that; I'm going elsewhere. He tries one more time to make a sale as I power up window and drive away. Came in when it started to get cold outside to ask if they could put salt out on their driveway to prevent ice. I pass every day on my bike and have almost gotten injured multiple times. As soon as I ask nicely, four guys come out of the back and start arguing at me in spanish, which I hardly speak. One person was translating a few sentences and they were basically getting very defensive about it, suggesting I was the problem because I go over their driveway on my way to work. Legally, it is their responsibility to prevent slips and falls due to ice and snow as defined by Papadopoulos v. Target Corp, 457 Mass. 368 (2010). If I get injured, I have a very clear case to claim compensation for damages. read more
