I absolutely adored this place!! My friend and I went after work to get our nails done. I'm not 100% what my gal's name was, but she was so, so sweet and she kept making sure I liked my nails. Made sure the length was ok and the color. She was very careful and did a perfect job. It was $30 for just a manicure. My friend got a full set done and I'm not sure how much she paid but they also turned out perfect! I'm not sure if it was Danny that did her nails, but he was also very nice. I was in from out of town for a wedding and browsed through the local options. Based on the good reviews I chose Diamond Nail & Tan and I'm so glad I did! I walked in and it looked like it would be a wait but they sat me within 5 min! Its was well-kept, clean and organized. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Excellent service for my natural nails. Not all salons handle natural nails with care. My mother and I have beautiful, strong natural nails that grow very long and require trimming and filing without ruining the nail bed. We both got manicures with gel polish. I wish I had the technician's name. She finished my manicure in 40 minutes. My mother's manicure required removing old gel polish. She completed my Mom's manicure in under and hour. I usually do my own pedicures but I decided i wanted to treat myself. This pedicure lasted 2 days and was NOT worth my $50. I came here for a "pedicure" with an acrylic overlay on my big toes. I just would like to say the sanitation in this salon was terrible. I watched this lady go from customer to customer with the same instruments without cleaning or putting them in the autoclave to be sanitized. Here i am only 2 days later with the whole acrylic coming off my big toes. There should be no reason i have lifting if it was applied correctly. I do a better job and im not a licensed nail tech. Im not sure if the lady knew what she was doing. As I explained my concerns to the technician she just keeps saying "its going to look good dont worry". I was very worried as i told her i wanted natural looking toes which she did not give me. Needless to say i don't recommend this salon. read more

Was looking for a nail salon closer to my fiancé's place. I took a leap of faith, and I am so happy that I did. The staff is very friendly. I observed how they greeted other clients on a first name basis (even with masks on) which told me that they truly love their clientele. They have been in this location 15 years. Danny (the business owner) did my nails. We had a really nice get to know one another conversation. I also received a Geography lesson about Vietnam :)) I had a full set done (nail biter). They look like my natural nails compared to the train wreck they were when I stepped thru the door. Lisa did my pedicure. Such a sweetie. I chose the classic pedicure w/ gel. My feet look incredible. The color I chose is perfect- a light iridescent mauve. Masks are not required, but be nice and wear one anyways. They are using the usual barriers between technician and client as well as between clients. Outstanding service, services, very clean and organized. I will definitely be back. read more

I was not satisfied with my refill. The guy who did my nail literally popped off my old acrylic nail with a nail tip (ouch). My nails were cracked and super tacky. The guy that did my nail was super rude and rough. Definitely will not be going back. Paid $40 for a unglued refill that I had to get a different nail salon to fix. read more

My last visit to this salon was 3 months ago. I wanted a French pedicure with a glittery pink tone and pearl-colored edging for a special wedding. Lisa did an OK pedicure. My friend who does nails professionally said that she had cut the sides of the toenails which is not healthy and can cause ingrown toenails. My complaint was that though, she showed me on my pinky fingernail what the finished look would be... but... my toenails looked awful and I had her repaint them. They looked almost as awful... nothing like the test nail. The paint was thick and gummy... bot thin and pretty. I had to have my friend redo the nail color the day before her daughter's wedding... my Goddaughter. I won't come back to this salon again. It was a very bad experience for me at a very important time and I made this clear to Lisa. (Because I did not take a photo at the salon, posting one from home will invalidate this post. I had this happen once before stating that I was posting a photo of the left-overs of a restaurant at home.) read more

My husband and I are in town vacationing and needed a good pedicure. They were very professional and friendly! Our feet feel wonderful and toes are perfect!! I have found my new place to get a pedicure. They did a great job on my callouses and making my feet look good.

I'm in Winter Haven for the holidays and chose this place for my mani and pedi and so glad I chose right. Everyone was professional and so very friendly. They went out of their way and stayed past closing time and still made me feel extremely welcome. Toes and nails are perfect. Will def be back every time I'm in town! read more

I have been going here for 6 years. I love Danny and Missy they always do a great job. Right now with the way the world is, I was hesitant about getting my nails done. When I called to make my appointment they told me I would need to wear a mask while I was there. They have hand sanitizer and take your temperature outside. The shop is clean and they sanitize everything when you are done. read more

The mani/pedi special for $30.00 lured me in, but I'd pay a few bucks more somewhere else. The girl that did my service was nice, but she did basically no callous work on my feet so they still felt rough when I left. The polish work was okay. I saw a bug walk across the floor, though it was near the front door so it could have come from outside. They seem to do a lot of tanning business. The chair I was in for my pedicure had a broken remote that was wrapped in a plastic bag. They cleaned the chair thoroughly after I used it, though. Overall, meh. I doubt I'll be back. read more

Absolutely love this nail salon! They are very nice people and have the most reasonable prices! I refuse to go anywhere else.
