Everyone was wearing masks. They do a temperature check when you walk in. People are NOT distancing at all. While getting a manicure, I had a woman on both sides of me, less than 6 feet away. I must say, that I was okay with this and felt comfortable their. The chik who did my toes did not do a top coat, which I didn't notice till the next day. I had a sparkle polish, so you could clearly feel the difference from my nails and toes... zero top cost on the toes. I had to buy my own top coat. NOT APPRECIATED! We come here way too often to experience problems repeatedly. Might be time to go somewhere else...hoping they can fix their overpriced $10 for cuticles... and uninformed employees!!!
