Food is always decent, never had a bad meal. The price is great, service is always friendly and helpful.

Meh. It could be worse I suppose but it got also be a lot better. They do charge a surcharge for using your debit card which is ridiculous. It's 2025, debit cards are prevalent there shouldn't be a surcharge, it's ludicrous. Although they do have a drive up window which is convenient, their timing isn't always great and they ask you to drive around and do laps until it's ready. There are some strange things. If you order a cheeseburger grinder it's made with meatballs. If you order a cheeseburger it's actually a cheeseburger. Also it is completely inconsistent. Never order there on a Sunday, it's quite obviously their b team and the quality is never good. Unfortunately no consistency, and now with higher prices leading to less value It's just not a choice in this area that I would make. read more

I consider myself a pretty good judgment of pizza. This pizza for NH is okay. For my tastes the crust is too thick and the sauce is too spiced for pizza. Will try again when I am hungry cos you have to buy a pie when I only want a slice!! read more

Walking in to pick up our order, Diamond Pizza really looked and felt like the pizza joints of my youth. Dark, worn booths; no buffet or fake Eyetalian decor. I immediately had a good feeling. The cashier was very cheerful, and I walked out with our family size sausage and onion, small half pepperoni, and Greek salad with an even better feeling. The greek salad was pretty cheap--iceberg lettuce, dry feta, tomato, onion, a few kalamata olives--but they were smart enough to put the dressing on the side so it wasn't a soggy mess. Both the mister and I were quite pleased with it. The small pizza was absolutely delicious! Crisp crust, fried on the bottom, not overwhelmed with sauce or herbs with good cheese and good pepperoni. We wish we had ordered all smalls, though, since the family size pizza didn't have any of the friedness. Sadly the drive home was enough to make the crust start to turn stale, so most of the edge went uneaten. The sausage was...different. Instead of the usual fennel or red pepper or other seasonings, this sausage was very sage-y, which gave the pizza an unusual almost-breakfast-sausage flavor. Luckily the onion helped balance that out, and we would probably order the sausage again, if we were in that kind of herbacious mood. Note: I drove right past Diamond Pizza on my first foray--their sign is quite small, and difficult to read. They are located just south of the Shaw's/Job Lot shopping plaza, on the opposite side of Route 12. It also looked like you could pick up your pizza via drive-thru, though I went inside to scope it out and pick up a new menu (we had inherited ours from the previous house owners). Have eaten here 3 times out of necessity, driving by and hungry. I first tried the meatball and cheese sub. My personal indicator of a sub shop. These were clearly not homemade. Likely frozen and sliced in half before putting on the sub. Not much flavor. Next was chicken parm. Not grilled, yet not quite fried either. Lots of cheese. Again average. The grilled chicken was ok. I asked for BBQ sauce. Think I got spicy ketchup or something similar. Again, just plain average. Maybe I should try the pizza next time. Also, was surprised to see them adding ingredients to salads by reaching into bins with their bare hands. Is this code? Maybe this is the best this area has to offer so, people accept it. I'm glad I'm only passing through occasionally and not relying in it for take out for the family. read more

Diamond is our go to! Wonderful family place. Consistent, good food. Greek salads are excellent and really generous portion. Salad with chicken is also excellent. My son loves the chicken burgers. Pizzas are good, and so are grinders. Cash only but they do take checks. read more

The pizza here isn't great, and it isn't awful, but it's where a lot of us locals go to satisfy our cravings, or sometimes where we go just to go out when Burdicks or Walpole Tavern isn't calling. It is what it is, and while the food is quite acceptable in our view, it's also a neighborly place, friendly and comfy. The pizza is very cheesy with tomato paste, and the pepperoni is plentiful (alas, so is the grease). The crust is ok, though the end crust particularly can seem bland and a bit chewy. You can order a variety of other items including calzones, chicken wings (moderately spicy and very tasty) and French fries, which they will do in the extra crusty manner we prefer. We might give them higher marks, but the drink selection is terrible: they have Pepsi products (we're Coke people) and the beers are Michelob Lite and Bud, meaning they have no beers that taste remotely like any beer ought to taste. On the plus side: the servers are friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and as long as you're not too insistent on a memorable slice of pie, you should be happy here. And -- they have a drive-thru window for your pizza takeout. Is that not wonderful? Be aware, however, they don't take credit/debit cards. My husband and I stopped for lunch this past Saturday. We were early, 11:45, and there were no other customers yet. We were greeted by a young girl who was very pleasant. Decided on a large Italian sub which we split. It consisted of one thick piece of meat and one piece of cheese with a generous portion of lettuce. It was terrible.. I have tried Athens, Diamond and Charlestown house of pizza. I would rate them as Chralestown first, Diamond second and than Athens only if we had no choice. I find the atmospher in Diamond pizza very friendly, the prices are nice and the pizza is the best in the area.
