John and his helper did a fantastic job getting our things out of our home, besides helping with some packing, on November 30. Lassen Transfer & Storage delivered our belongings to our new home on December 2, 2020. This transport involved 268 miles in total. The company was challenged by our high hill, and their 42' moving van made it to the top of our hill without any problems. Their customer service was outstanding, and they did a great job of safely protecting all of our items, while in transport. I highly recommend them to anyone in CA that is moving within the state. I am not certain if they go out of state, but Nevada would probably be within their jurisdiction, too. This is a family business, and even the father, Arlan, dropped by on December 2 to make sure the move of our items into our home and garage was going smoothly. The fact that this company would go all the way to Stockton to get our belongings of over 6 tons, and bring them to our new community near Susanville was phenomenal. Thank you again, John, helper (Shawn?), and your lovely Dad for giving us a warm welcome to our new community. My family is truly grateful!!!

They set up gorgeous backdrops for pictures, have an awesome corn maze, and their pick your own pumpkin patch is the best I've ever been to. Where else can you pull over 10 different types of pumpkins, and numerous types of gourds, right off the vine?! Their location right off Highway 395 makes it an easy drive from Reno, and a scenic one at that! Their food shack has some pretty amazing choices too. They have a cute general store with lots of gift items that are reasonably priced. They have a snack shack with great barbecue hamburgers and hotdogs. Meals with chips and soda run from $7+. They take visa and MasterCard. You can get pumpkin pie which was amazing, caramel apples and hot chocolate and coffee. There are plenty of picnic tables and lots of green grass to lay down a blanket and relax. Small hay-bale maze for the Little's. Pumpkin games and large corn maze which was awesome. The corn maze is $4 per person and take a minimum hour to get through so well worth it. The tractor ride is $2 and worth it as well. Big field to grab a red wagon, which they supply to go out and get a pumpkin. Small animal petting zoo. This is an inexpensive fun thing to do with your family and well worth the drive. Plenty of photo opportunities to snap of your Little's as well. We had a great time today. Wear comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting a little dust on. Pumpkins are priced per size and range from $1-20+ the bigger round the more expensive, but just remember it helps support a great "Local" farm that your kids can continue to enjoy year after year.
