My rating is still a 5 star review! I honestly wish I could give them more. The entire atmosphere they create at this farm is spectacular. They set up gorgeous backdrops for pictures, have an awesome corn maze, and their pick your own pumpkin patch is the best I've ever been to. Where else can you pull over 10 different types of pumpkins, and numerous types of gourds, right off the vine?! Their location right off Highway 395 makes it an easy drive from Reno, and a scenic one at that! Their food shack has some pretty amazing choices too. Great place to take your kids. About an hour drive from Reno. The farm is near the back from the main highway. Large place for kids to run around and play. Pretty inexpensive. They have a cute general store with lots of gift items that are reasonably priced. They have a snack shack with great barbecue hamburgers and hotdogs. Meals with chips and soda run from $7+. They take visa and MasterCard. You can get pumpkin pie which was amazing, caramel apples and hot chocolate and coffee. There are plenty of picnic tables and lots of green grass to lay down a blanket and relax. Small hay-bale maze for the Little's. Pumpkin games and large corn maze which was awesome. The corn maze is $4 per person and take a minimum hour to get through so well worth it. The tractor ride is $2 and worth it as well. Big field to grab a red wagon, which they supply to go out and get a pumpkin. Small animal petting zoo. This is an inexpensive fun thing to do with your family and well worth the drive. Plenty of photo opportunities to snap of your Little's as well. We had a great time today. Wear comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting a little dust on. Pumpkins are priced per size and range from $1-20+ the bigger round the more expensive, but just remember it helps support a great "Local" farm that your kids can continue to enjoy year after year. read more

What a great experience! We just moved here from Chicago and weren't sure we'd find a great pumpkin patch experience. It didn't need to have slides and super fancy stuff, but we wanted to PICK our own pumpkins, have a fun fall treat and sit on some tractors. We found that here. Not only did we pick the best quality pumpkins, but what a great price! The people were just so kind and welcoming. We pulled the wagon out, picked our own, played on some tractors, ate some pumpkin pie, did a maze, saw some animals. It's about an hour outside of Reno and we loved the drive. We'd love to come back. And even better, dinner is cooking right now in the oven-- spaghetti squash and mashed potato squash! Yum. read more

Wemples is agreat place to visit for your Autumn pumpkins. Its a great place for the kids to visit before Hallowee and Thanksgiving. It's family owned and located just off Highway 395 in Milford Ca. read more
