I was quoted $300 for this service.I messaged Bryan about the floor and baseboards, since we recently painted the home ourselves, some paint got on the floor and baseboard's and I wanted to know if there was something his crew could do. Bryan reassured me they would use a chemical to get it off and I felt good about it until the day of service, because there was more work than anticipated by his team, they wanted to charge an additional $150. I was okay with the new total $450 since I had the money and I hoped everything that was asked would be handled. After His team Patricia and Henry did an amazing job with the job, My only complaint was that they did not get the paint off the floor or baseboards in my living room. I noticed the floor was mopped and the the baseboards wiped but the paint was there still. I messaged Bryan to let him know this happened and was curious why they did not get the paint off especially since I paid an additional $150 for that. After some exchanged messages , he did call me to let me know that they did use the chemical to remove the paint from the bathroom baseboard but some paint was lifting from the wall and they did not want to damage the baseboard, floor or wall. Though I appreciate the call and explanation, the other area such as the floor and living room baseboards, I found I was able to scratch it off. His team did not seem prepared upon arrival when I showed them the areas I wanted focus on. I felt that there was lack of communication on Bryan end with them about the paint. I also did not like him messaging to tip the staff( I did tip them since they did a great job with everything else ) but If Im paying for a service, there shouldn't be any expectation for tips. I feel that for the future of this company, they should see the property or at least get pictures before giving a flat rate price and also letting the customer know in advance that if they ask about paint removal or any additional work, prior to the day of service , they should be notified of additional costs. Overall the job is for the larger areas are done. Bryan crew, Patricia and Henry did a great job getting the place cleaned. Bryan is quick to respond, good communication, I was able to use Zelle and I did appreciate the phone call to explain what happened with the service.

The cleaning crew did an amazing job with the caked-on soap scum in the shower and another tub, dusted just about everything. Missed just a few minor spots but that was on me because they gave me the chance to walk around and point out anything that was missed. Jodi arrived with two other cleaners from her team, and the two team members handled the majority of the house. Jodi herself focused on the master bedroom and master bathroom. I have a ~2,100 sq ft home, and I intentionally excluded two rooms (a home office and guest room) from the cleaning, which was agreed upon in advance. For the areas that were included, the finished result looked great, and I was happy with almost everything from a cleaning standpoint. Unfortunately, the communication and billing practices from the owner made the experience frustrating. Although I disclosed ahead of time that I have pets and understood there would be a $50 pet fee, that charge was applied twice, once to the base cleaning and again to an add-on, resulting in an additional $50 charge that was not clearly explained beforehand. Prior to the appointment, pricing shifted multiple times with add-ons and conditions that were not clearly outlined. During the walkthrough, I was asked to upgrade my bathroom to a "deep clean," which I believed I had already booked as part of the initial service. I was also offered mold-related add-ons for two very small specks in the bathtub grout, which felt unnecessary.
