She responded with "I think it's better you find someone more local" and then proceeds to give me the "I fell asleep" excuse. I can't comment on her actual work because I will not be hiring her, but this was a waste of my time and find her to be extremely unprofessional. They actually changed my outlook on cleaning services entirely. Brazican is the first cleaning service to actually care about their work. They want to do a good job, and they want their customer to be happy. Many cleaning services act like this for the first 3 - 6 months, but become more lax with repeat cleanings. They also always have service with a smile! Which I know can't be easy when you're cleaning houses for hours and hours every day, and when you've sat in over an hour of rush hour traffic to get to me. But it is noticed and appreciated.
