We never heard back. Nonetheless, they put us on an annual maintenance program and proceeded to send message after message, even after we unsubscribed. When I emailed to say that we had previously requested contact, were ignored, and that we were not interested in further services, the representative simply sent a thumbs up. The lack of professional integrity is stunning. Our concerns could have been addressed in a professional and prompt manner. We were misled by Google reviews and a really talented salesperson. Our experience more closely matches the Yelp reviews.

A low pump, a higher pump if that first pump fails or cant keep up. And then a higher battery backup pump. I feel great knowing that my basement will stay dry no matter what. Shane did a great job today and even called to see if he could come a few minutes early. Its money spent but insurance that my basement stays perfectly healthy.

Mike Smith of the company inspected the issue proposed a fix that included a drainage system and sump pump. He also assured me that they could take care what ever issue they may find down there. His estimate was very reasonable. The work started when they said it would. WHAT A WEIGHT LIFTED FROM MY SHOULDERS. When the three man crew arrived and introduced themselves and the supervisor outlined what they would be doing and when they expected to complete the job. The supervisor, Efrain, and Salvador and Eddie gave me confidence I was in great hands. Now this is something you hardly ever hear anyone say anymore; but I have never seen three men work so hard and professionally as those three did. Efrain kept me totally abreast of the progress with before and after videos. I know I have restricted myself in the past to restaurant reviews as my wife and I are foodies. But I learned there are "artists" in other fields of work as well. Swain Co and their people are one class act as ND I would hghly recommend them for any crawl space, foundation or basement issues. You won't see them advertising on TV like other companies because they don't need to. Word of mouth by previous customer service have kept them very very busy.

So, as a final attempt, I called 9/10 to follow up about my emails, and he said he has been too busy to answer calls and emails (due to a storm that happened over that weekend- 9/7-9/10... which it is understandable that he was busy due to flooding in homes from the weather, however I had been trying to contact for 3 weeks...) Any way, during that phone conversation he requested that I AGAIN forward him the inspection via email (which I did that same day), and he assured me he would return my call by lunch time 9/11/18. Guess what- no call or email! This operation doesn't seem very professional, or reliable... Can't speak on the actual work that they do, as I never got to experience that aspect of this business. Update: 2 days after posting this review, I received the email response I had been waiting for. I'm not sure if my review was viewed prior to the response or not- but the email said "I reviewed your inspection and our current schedule of job. We are not interested in bidding you crawl repairs at this time." & they suggested other possible businesses. I appreciate the response at least- but overall, still very disappointed with the experience as a whole. 2 other businesses I contacted earlier in the week responded immediately and I've got in person consultations scheduled..
