Came with a friend because they were the closets one taking walk-in's I was gonna get the top pedicure since I just worked 8 shifts on my feet 12+hrs and didn't even get asked she just did a basic. Told the girl I was specific about my toenails being filed and they are completely wrong. I asked her not to put those dumb floppy sandals on me since we were going to the store and what did she do. Oh I though I picked a gel polish guess not. By the point I realized I was already unhappy snd just wanted out of the chair. Guess I'm buying stuff at the store to do it myself. read more

AWFUL AND ILLEGAL! I moved to Temple a couple of months ago and didn't have a place to get my nails done. First time in there I got my nails done by Heather since I had an awful set from another salon and they were pretty fair 6/10, really nice lady so next month I went back to get a new set and sadly she wasn't working and since I was already there, I got them done w someone else. BIG MISTAKE! When she was removing my previous acrylic set, first she tried to pull them out with a thread. Thing that I stopped right away because of the pain and CAUSE YOU NEVER SHOUD DO THAT. Then she never flipped my hand to cut the previous set so she ended up cutting too high and cut part of the skin under the nail. TWICE! And ofc multiple cuts (some of them bleeding) on my fingers by the nail file. Don't even wanna talk about ugly the claws (cause that how they looked like) I ended up leaving with but sadly I had an important meeting the next day so I HAD to get them done. Oh and wait... it gets worse!! Yesterday I went to get a new set with a girl I'm currently obsessed (ig: _nailsby_fatima wink wink) and when she tried to remove the old acrylic it came out like gum MAYOR RED FLAG, she explained to me that's a really toxic and ILLEGAL acrylic that it's completely banned in the US because of how dangerous it is for your nails and personal health. It took her OVER AN HOUR to remove it and my nails ended up stained. That could shut down the whole salon. So no, if you want to get your nails done DON'T GO THERE! You will get an overpriced Chernobyl set of claws. Go with my girl Will definitely go for the legal road if I don't get an answer from them. read more

Do not bother going here. I went twice and both times were a bust! Told the guy I wanted a new set of acrylics with gel. Nope...I got solar nails plus they were really long and thick. Next time, she shortened my nails which was fine, but they weren't even. They did solar nails when I asked for gel and then another time the paint chipped off 2 days after the fill. The owner was rude when I went in a third time to see if he would make it right. His words to me were I'll make sure you don't come back. Okay then-See ya! read more

Moved here 8 months ago & I really like this business. Anna is the tech I've used every time & she is careful & caring and does exactly as I want. She is timely & efficient & very friendly. She interacts with customers. She speaks good English & this shops employees doesn't talk to each other in their own language. It's more like 2nd generation crowd. I wish people would say what service they got and the name of their technician. I got dip done by Liz. She might be good for other things but not doing dip. My nails are soooo thick with product it looks mutant. I asked her to grind them down a bit and it helped a little. Its so thick at my cuticles. I was there with my girlfriend, and the guy that was doing her nails was extremely rude and was being very aggressive basically throwing her hands onto the table and wasn't being careful. He also did a horrible job, didn't get what she actually wanted. And all of that for the astonishing price of 70 dollars. Never going back and I do not recommend unless you want nails like Shrek. read more

Lousy pedicure. When she handed me a menu, I selected a $47 pedicure. She tried to convince me to get a $54 pedicure instead and argued with me when I said I wanted to stick with the original $47 pedicure I selected. She seemed bothered, as if a $47 pedicure wasn't expensive enough, and went onto give me a very poor pedicure. I went in for a basic pedicure. It took the gal over an hour. She messed up my toes trying to put my flip flops on. Instead of redoing doing the toes that got messed up, she just cover it with more polish. They looked horrible. I was to annoyed to say anything. Don't go here. The lady who did my toe nails did not sanitize a single thing she used on me. I watched her use the same tools on the lady next to me- infection central. They have Barbicide certifications hanging on the wall, so this was done out of pure laziness. The only cleaning done from me to the next customer was dipping the tools in my dirty foot water. My new go-to place in Temple for nails. I got a GREAT pedi here for $30- they do everything including massage and hot towel. Super clean, friendly and relaxing. Update 8-29-16 Came back for a pedi again. Got a different person and had another wonderful pedi. I definitely like the place better than other nail salons I've tried in town! read more

This is the second time we had been there and the first was not bad. This time was no good. The two people doing my wife and my pedicures just seem to be going through the motions. No real attention to detail at all. When you pay $88 for pedicures, you expect to have a wonderful experience and have pleasing results. Not the case here. My nails are not even straight after further inspection. My feet still are rough despite the "deluxe package." My wife said the guy was practically stabbing her feet trying to get her cuticles clean. It's no wonder this place is always empty. You would think they would treat you like royalty (like other reviewer said) when you walk in as you are the only people in there but not so much. Went in yesterday for a nail polish color change because the color apply had already been repair twice for chipping. The entire crew was busy so I was informed that it would be a 20 minute wait. That was fine due to the fact I need to pick out another color which takes me a long time to decide anyway. The guys that did the color change did a quick horrible job and charged me $20.00 dollars. He never wrote up a ticket nor, did he ring it up on the register, I believe he pocketed my $20.00 and later split it with the front desk dude. They have a hustle going on in this Diamond nail bar like i've never seen before in this place. I've only been here twice, once for a pedicure and most recently for nails. Went in around 630 on a weekday. Waited about 20 min or so. The staff was nice, but very unorganized. No complimentary beverage was offered and little talk at all about my service. The aee where polished are is very dusty. I have been been going here for the last year. I went by in person to make an appointment yesterday for this afternoon as my nail tech was extremely busy (I normally do schedule an appt). When I went to my appointment today 20 minutes early I was advised my nail tech who I made an appointment with is off today. I am very dissatisfied as my time is valuable and I had rearranged my entire day for this appointment. Saying you are sorry and not offering me compensation for your error is unacceptable to me.
