All the staff at store are very nice and polite, make u feel comfortable. Ive got my nails done by Tony all the time. He is very skillful, polite and never says no to u even tho u bring new design that he has never tried before. He always try first before he says no. He works on ur nail very gently and he makes the best nail shape with even length. (Believe or not, a lot of nail techs dont give a damn about making even nail length. Whats so difficult about it tho?;;;) Im leaving Killeen next week... I was tempted to kidnap him...lol I will miss him. Let me preface by saying that the service I received was good. However, I originally came in to get a French dip manicure, I was told they don't do that because the colors blend. They can only do a French manicure on natural or acrylic nails. Like, if they don't know how to do a dip French, then say that, but whatever. I also got a gel pedicure, never in life have I been charged an extra $20 for gel polish, $5-10 maybe, but never $20. All in total I spent $140, I really do try and support local, but damn, they charged me the same amount as my usual place in Austin where I get EXACTLY what I'm asking for. Also, they don't have enough staff working, I came in on a Thursday evening.The almost 2.5(!) hours I was there, they had 4 people working and had to turn away about 4 people because the wait was well over an hour. I called before going in, I asked if they did gel full set and was told yes. They never said that they did gel polish full set so when I went it I was expecting them to do gel tips not a full set of acrylics. Well, the tips he put on didn't fit my natural nail so, you could absolutely tell they were fake nails. They were busy talking to each other in their language making me feel weird. The paint didn't fully cover the acrylic nails let alone hide the parts of my real nails showing on the sides. The acrylic was a thin single layer over my real nail onto the tip, so 3 of them broke within days of being done. Poorly touched up the paint where he touched to see if they were dry, so I had spots of the paint being really thin with major raised spots. His fingerprints in my polish down to the ridge detail of the fingerprint. Rushed through my set even though they weren't very busy kept his hand out waiting for a tip after I paid for them for the crappy rushed set. I just moved to town and came to this place to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax after reading some reviews. I can't say nice enough things! The woman doing my pedicure took her time and made sure I was relaxed and taken care of. Then, after getting my eyebrows waxed, I clumsily dropped my shoe on my toenail and messed up my polish. The woman immediately sat me back down with a smile on her face and reassured me it was okay and proceeded to take off my messed up nail polish and redo it completely! This has been my go to nail salon for a while now and typically they do good work but this last experience was not good. I went in October 23rd to get a full set with brownish orange tips. After speaking with the nail tech I realized the colors I chose were powder colors and not nail polish colors. I asked if they had polish colors similar to the one I chose and I was told yes. After having my acrylics placed on I was brought a book with gel polish colors and there was not a single one that was even remotely close to the powder I had chose, which was upsetting to find out at the last minute. I ended up just choosing a random color to get it over with. I left the shop disappointed in the lack of color choices and having to make a last minute decision however the work itself was good, or so I thought. By Thursday October 28th the nail on my left index finger was lifting up from the back and proceeded to get worse. I was finally able to go back to the shop on October 30th, exactly a week later when the pain of the lifting nail was unbearable and I finally had time off of work. I walked in the shop and was told the wait for a nail fix was an hour and a half. I wasn't even upset about the wait time since I hadn't called ahead, I was upset at the fact that the nail tech who spoke to me, would not even come over to look at the nail that needed to be fixed, instead he yelled the wait time across the shop and turned to walk away to the back. Not even 30 seconds of interaction. Due to the pain I ended up having to slide something under to removed the nail only to discover a split straight down the center of my nail. This is exactly ONE week after paying $80 for my nails to be done. There's no reason my nail should be lifting in the first place after only a week, and the customer service interaction left a bad taste in my mouth after already dealing with a poorly done nail job. I really liked this place but the prices compared to the quality of the service do not align. I will not be returning. read more

The place is very clean and smells good when you walk in. They acknowledge you right away and get you in without appointments. I got a pedi and a full set. I love that they are the only ones that offer nails that already have the full design on them for only $35 and they did an amazing job with the correct length and my nails aren't sore after getting them put on. My toes and feet feel amazing I got the #3 I belive, it was a mask and scrub and wax treatment. Felt very good and my feet look amazing. Love the customer service too and they always try to talk to you instead of across the room. Strongly recommend,the only thing I didn't like and I said soemthing about was the fact that they used what looked like a cheese grater on my heels and then proceeded to "clean" it off in my water that they still wanted me to use. this place is near my house...so that is a plus! it is clean and they acknowledge you when you come in...another plus! it's quiet and relaxing....another plus since you getting a mani, pedi or other stuff done! the only thing I have gotten done at this place is my nails....ive been here twice...not sure if I will go a third time! the person that done my nails twice was the same person...it's nice but the tips were not shaped straight and one side more rounded and other side was squared! never asked if I liked the job either times....both times had to go home and shape my nails myself. read more
