I will preface this review by saying, I try to only write reviews when the service, people and…read moreresults are exceptionally good and so, Unlimited Auto Wash on Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach has made my list of exceptional quality, service and with a smile companies who have EARNED my review. HAND WASH ... in a world of ridiculous preference for "touchless", automated, "sterile" (scared to shake a hand) car washes, the fact that they're a REAL carwash with real people, working really hard made me give them a try, I went for about 7 washes and felt so "at home" in a place that brought back memories of BETTER TIMES and a clean car I decided today to go for the ultimate detailing with these people ..... I have a 2005 Sebring that I adore. I LOVE MY CAR and it LOOKS new, even pretentious people who think "newer is better" have said, "What kind of car is that? Wow it's pretty" BUT, the interior wasn't as new looking as nice as the outside and the outside wasn't as shiny as I wanted... UNTIL TODAY. .... They had it for well over an hour, smoke, food, debris, dust, Etc. was all eliminated through their hard work and I was THRILLED to receive my car when they were done, pay the fee (most reasonable in a sickeningly, purposefully stunted economy but, I digress) ..... GREAT JOB!!!! The exterior shined more brightly than after I had it painted a year ago and the interior, wow! Even sticky residue on the back seat was GONE. No longer am I looking for new car seat covers ... THANK YOU, Dave AND ALL of the terrific, down to earth, hard working staff at Unlimited Auto Wash on Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach. I'll not be having my car washed anywhere else as long as you're there.

Eddie Dalton behavior during our phone conversation was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, but…read moreyour, Kevon Dalton, written response is even more disturbing. It sinks below ground level, revealing just how far you are willing to go to avoid responsibility. You falsely claimed that I brought you a "broken" car. That statement is a complete fabrication. My vehicle is an older model, but it is in impeccable condition, has low mileage, has never been involved in an accident, and has been exclusively serviced and maintained by Mercedes-Benz. The car is garage-kept and was fully functional when it was entrusted to your company. Attempting to rewrite the condition of my vehicle to protect yourself is dishonest and disgraceful. Instead of offering a basic apology, you chose to insult me and deflect blame onto your customer. This is not a misunderstanding -- it is a deliberate attempt to mislead and shift responsibility. Your response exposes a pattern of deception rather than accountability. The video you provided clearly proves that your employee did not know how to properly recline the seat and that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in his hands. Even more alarming, two your employees attempted to conceal the damage instead of informing me immediately. That conduct alone speaks volumes about the ethics of your operation. Without this video evidence, it is doubtful that my insurance company would have refunded the damage at all. What further confirms your dishonesty is your refusal to cooperate with my insurance company, State Farm. You deliberately avoided providing them with the requested information and failed to work with the insurer in good faith. This avoidance is not accidental -- it is a clear indication that you are attempting to hide the truth and evade responsibility for the damage caused by your employee. Your claims regarding your employee are equally misleading. I am not interested in your excuses regarding what your employee did after damaging multiple vehicles. The reality is that he fled the scene, was stopped only because of a red light, and then attempted to flee again. This reckless and dangerous behavior could easily have resulted in serious injury or death and reflects a shocking lack of responsibility. It is obvious that your employees are exhausted, underpaid, and overworked, and that frustration is taken out on customer vehicles. While that may explain the negligence, it does not excuse it -- and it ultimately reflects ownership that values money over integrity, accountability, and basic decency. It is a shame that a business operating in this manner continues to exist. A company that lies, avoids insurance cooperation, deflects blame, and insults its customers lacks morals, integrity, and respect for its profession. I strongly warn future customers to closely monitor their vehicles -- or better yet, take their business elsewhere. Businesses built on dishonesty deserve exposure, not trust.

I went in this morning to have a car stereo, front speakers and a backup camera installed and was…read morequoted $1,225.00 with an additional $25.00 tacked on because I didn't buy the equipment from Tint world. Keep in mind this was strictly for install - labor quoted by an employee who calls himself "wolf". When I respectfully declined he went into the garage where I could hear a conversation on how much to charge me. "Wolf" came back and said he'd meet me in the middle and charge me $900.00. I again politely explained that I was quoted by another local business at $550.00 all in. "Wolf" asked the name of the business and he then bashed them about the quality of their work and how one of their former employees left to work at Tint World which I thought was a cheap dig. He then went back into the garage to further discuss what I should be charged and then came back out and said we can do it for $600 plus tax. I then advised him that I would do it if they matched the price of the competitor. Before I could even finish my sentence he stormed out from behind his desk all angry. I told him there was no need for him to be short with me and he replied "you're being a dick". I replied, why because I won't play along with your game. I was now aggravated by the disrespect "wolf" displayed and advised him that he wouldn't be talking like that to me if he was outside. So brave "wolf" said let's go and pushed the door open. I laughed and told him he better come back inside. The manager had to restrain this 5'7 nothing while I collected my equipment. As I was walking out the door I realized that he didn't give me back a $600 stereo which another associate gave to me. I would gladly paid a fair price for just labor if he had only been fair from the jump. I was not there to play the negotiation game and once I observed what was happening I realized these guys were trying to take advantage of me. I'm not aware of Tint Worlds employee best practices but in any respectable business he'd be dismissed immediately. Lesson learned-buyers beware, these guys will try to run up ridiculous charges and when you don't play along they get nasty.

I paid for the Ultimate and they were here less than 2 hours. My car still had water spots on it, the carpets are still dirty, I took one of the mats out and cleaned it myself, and the water was filthy. The carpets are still dirty, dirty in the corners and sides of the seats, The seats still have stains on them. The headliner still has marks on it. Marks that could easily be removed. They claim it is permanently stained, but I could rub it clean with my hand. Very unhappy with the job but Pressa refused to clean any further. When I called Premier, as they say 100% Customer Satisfaction on their website, they stopped answering my calls. No response to my complaints at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I will be making an appointment for my wife's car next.
