We agreed on the scope of work and the approximate estimate ( based on my calculations) and booked the service date. They arrived on the agreed date and time. If you call them and ask them to come and take a look at the at the rugs and see what they can do they do not answer. If you text them, they do not reply. Do not trust them. Do not give them the job. Do not start with them. They are not at all trustworthy.
