This is a VERY late review, (Sep Oct 2021) but let me start by saying that Alex is TOP NOTCH in all aspects. In particular Customer Service, being on time and bend over backwards to help you. Last summer, we finally were able to use our tickets we had booked well over a year before. It was a trip to Europe for 5 of us (to include 2 people over 70 and 1 4 year old) I needed to ensure we had a ride back to West Sac when we returned on our Budapest to SFO trip in Oct 2021. I looked online and was originally thinking I would need to get someone in Bay area to bring us up, but then looked and found that Sacramento River Limo's (Alex) could do this and he had very good reviews. We were so glad we did. He took all the stress out of it. Considering we were going to have a Long day coming back, I did not want to have to worry about getting a ride back to Sac area once we landed. Alex stayed in contact while we got all the details and checked in very close to the day we departed. He was there waiting for us when we landed and got our bags. For this same trip, we were departing out of SMF airport almost 3 weeks earlier, and was going to originally simply use Lyft or have someone drop us there, but decided this would be a good "test" of the company. And it was!!! All I can say was we were even MORE relaxed once we experienced Alex's service on our departure and knew we were in good hands both on the road AND every other aspect. My husband even commented as we got out of the car and was checking in to our flight out of SMF, "...now that is what real customer service is..." All I can say is Alex is now our "go to" for any trips we need a ride to the airport. As a matter of fact in the soon we will be using him for another large group trip. It happens to fly out of SFO and returns 10 days later in OAK, with an arrival close to midnight in OAK. There would be no way I would want to ask any family member to come down to OAK and drive us back but have all the confidence I need to it what Alex excel at. I was recently in the area for our wedding and needed transportation from a remote location to the Sacramento airport very early in the morning (4:30am pick up time). Unfortunately, I overslept my alarm and had my phone on silent. I needed to get 2 adults, a new born baby with a carseat, 6 large pieces of luggage, a full size stroller and miscellaneous carry ons from Elk Grove to San Francisco International Airport on a Friday night by 8PM. Even people getting paid well for their services don't want to drive into San Francisco on a Friday night. I found Sacramento River Limo on Yelp with a 5 Star Rating across 30+ reviews. All of them referenced Alex who I assume is the owner. I called Alex and told him my situation. I'll say again that no one wants to go to San Francisco airport on a Friday night but Alex was very accommodating. I told him we could work with him on the timing of the ride if he could accommodate the trip. Alex was very easy to communicate with via phone and txt. We agreed upon a price and waited for the day to arrive. On the day of departure Alex arrived 20 minutes early in a clean Chevy Suburban we loaded all the luggage, that would have taken 2 cars for us to fit it all, and sent the passengers on their way at exactly the agreed departure time. They let us know that Alex was polite, courteous and safe on their ride. Alex txted me when he dropped them off at the airport so I knew that they arrived safely. When my 88-year-old mother and I needed a ride to the airport, I checked Yelp reviews and was impressed with the great reviews for Alex. My mother uses a wheelchair and I was wearing a boot for a broken foot, so I needed assistance to the point where I could get the airport wheelchair assistance for my mother, and help bringing her and our luggage home. First, Alex was an excellent, responsive communicator who provided timely confirmations that assured me he would arrive as scheduled. He assisted me with luggage, wheelchair, and all the accessories. I had some difficulty getting the airport wheelchair assistance and he stayed with us until my mom was in an airport wheelchair and I was in line to check luggage. He was also very helpful on our return. I had many concerns about managing everything required to get on the plane and back home.
