We have used other transportation services in the past, but NorCal Limo is our new Luxury transport service provider. Great pricing for this type of service. I booked a party bus for my birthday in September of 2024, and put down half the deposit. Unfortunately, I had to cancel last minute. The person I emailed back and forth during this was very communicative and helpful, and I was able to come back a year later and rebook with them with my deposit still applying. The party bus was nice, although it says it can accommodate up to 16 people, I had 14 people and a large dog, and it was a little cramped. I do appreciate them allowing my dog to come as well! The driver was timely, the bus was clean, and we got to our destinations without being late. I have used NorCal in the past for several trips and can not say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. I say this because I had a concern with a recent trip from the airport where these qualities shined through once again. My flight from Seattle arrived approximately 45 minutes early and I assumed I would have to wait for my driver as my scheduled pick up time was booked for the original flight arrival time. To my surprise, once my flight touched down I received a text message from Tatum (my scheduled driver for this trip) stating she was at the airport and standing by. When I met up with Tatum a few minutes later, She informed me that she had been monitoring the status of my flight and adjusted the pick up time accordingly. She did not have to do this, as my contractual agreement was for 45 minutes later. I have had Tatum as a driver in the past (as well as other drivers), and can say from experience, these qualities seem to be common place with Nor Cal Limousine. As I am sitting here at the lounge at the Sacramento Airport, I had time to reflect on my experience with NorCal Limo. First off I want to say the quality of their service was top tier. I received an email from NorCal approximately an hour prior to my scheduled pick up time stating my driver was on the way. Then I later received a text message from the driver that she was almost at my home. This is perfect in my book as it eliminates some of the stress associated with traveling. Upon arrival (she was 15 minutes early) I was greeted by Tatum who was professional, courteous and above all very genuine. The vehicle was immaculate; clean inside and out with chilled water. And the ride to the airport was flawless. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this experience. And hats off to Tatum for her professionalism, courtesy, and friendly demeanor. We used NorCal Limousine Services to secure a vehicle & driver for a day trip to Amador County for wine tasting. They were easy to work with both through the Yelp app and on the phone. The vehicle provided was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the chauffeur, Rocky, was a consummate professional. He arrived early, was dressed in a suit, and did not find ways to insert himself into our conversations. He helped carry our cases of wine to/from the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. We hire a car and driver for wine tasting approximately every 12-16 months and this is hands down the best experience that we have ever had. We had a reservation made for pickup at two locations at the early hours of the morning for transport to the airport. Being we are across town, we received a confirmation via email the night before to ensure our trip was in order. At the requested time of 4am in the morning, the driver did not show - We not only needed to be at the airport promptly but also had another pickup near the airport before our flight. We reached out to the main hub and the listed driver with no answer - we received a call ten minutes after the pickup time informing us the driver was already dropping off someone at the airport across town and we should get a rideshare/uber. We let them know we would not be needing their services as we would have to drive ourselves, pick up the rest of our party, and then park in economy for the entirety of our trip. They offered a refund and a pickup if needed when we would return. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company due to the experience we had. I have used them in the past with occasional bumps in scheduling but they usually can deliver- this instance will keep me from forwarding future business to them. read more

We booked the Christmas lights tour. Which was 2.5 hours we went to the Fab 40s and Natomas. Our driver Amber was fantastic and made the trip so much fun. Our driver was waiting at the airport baggage claim and greeted us then immediately began to help with loading bags and was very nice to our kids. The limo itself no bueno very dissatisfied, super old and things falling off, and the AC wasn't good at all. We rolled windows down. In late May 2023, NorCal Limo took my family in a Sprinter Van to Amador County for wine tasting. Steve, our driver, arrived right on time and was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The van was clean, elegant, and thanks to Steve and NorCal limo the wine tasting trip was extremely fun for all of us! My daughter surprised me with a wonderful treat for my 80th birthday. With two of my friends included, I was beyond surprised when our first stop was at the Auburn Courthouse where a limo was parked!! I booked a limo for my moms surprise birthday party to bring us to some wineries. Not even 24 hours after I paid the deposit/booked this bus, she was notified of a funeral that she has to attend that same date. I emailed the manager, Brooke Lee, to inform her that sadly I have to cancel and asked for a refund since it wasn't even 24 hours since booking. She refused to give back the deposit. A great company would understand the tragedy and give the refund back in a case like this. Brooke showed no sympathy and would not make an exception in our case. They did offer a credit for another day but we wouldn't need it for any other day or event as this was a very special occasion. For this year's holiday season, we decided that we were going to surprise our kids/their grandparents with their first limousine ride by touring the Fab 40s in downtown Sacramento. After much research and many phone calls, we ultimately decided to book with NorCal Limousine. Sunday (12/17) was the day of our trip. Our driver texted when he was in the area and arrived on time. Our kids opened the door and were shocked/surprised when they saw our driver and the limousine. Without delay, we went outside, and the driver opened the passenger door(s) allowing us inside the car. Part of the booking included sparkling cider and water. With that, the bottle required an opener. We asked the driver if he could help, and he indicated the bar was supposed to be stalked with everything we needed. We were forced use our keyrings into a makeshift device to pry open the cap. We then asked the driver about using the Bluetooth so we could listen to holiday music. The driver said he did not know how to use the system-but would text us the instructions. This amounted to name of the network/password. Three of us tried to get onto the network without success. Finally, we gave up and asked the driver if he could turn on his radio to a local station playing holiday tunes. He said he did not know how to do that. We reached our destination in the Fab 40's. Traffic was moderate and there was a light rain. We traversed several of the residential streets. As we turned onto one of them, our car's right rear tire struck and went over the curb (caused us to shift around in rear). We then went down several additional streets looking at the lights. After again making a left turn down one of the residential streets, we were heading straight when the right side of our car struck an object(s) on the west side of the street. The driver immediately made a verbal comment, but continued forward. In the back, we were all uncomfortable as we continued past the accident scene and went on with our tour. Our thought was maybe the driver was looking for a safe place to pull over. We continued for two additional blocks when we commented to the driver, 'we know you hit something and suggested that he check for damage.' He pulled over and got out. Several of us also exited the car. I saw (and photo'd) heavy scratches/dent damage that began at the 2nd door on the passenger's side and continued to the rear door. So much so, the rear door was now bound and would not open. The driver looked at the same damage. He unsuccessfully tried to open the rear door. He made some brief comments and got back into the car. We continued down two additional blocks and the driver asked where else we wanted to go. At this point, he made no effort to see what we hit on that street. I asked the driver to pull over so we could talk. I told him we were uncomfortable continuing as all of in the back knew we hit something(s). At NO point did he ever ask us if we were okay or injured. Considering if we were the homeowners were the damage occurred, we would be upset discovering it without someone contacting us. I asked the driver to end our ride (we were about 1 hour into our tour) and take us home. I also suggested that he call his supervisor and police to let them know what had occurred. He got on his phone and I walked away as I was appalled at what was going on. I told my kids and parents that we were done. Of course, they were all incredibly disappointed, but understood. The driver took us straight back to our pickup location. I reiterated him calling his supervisor and the police. He said he was going to go back into the area and see if he could find what he had hit. He also said this was the first time he had driven this vehicle. I purposely waited over an hour after getting dropped by the driver to reach out to the company. I was hoping if the driver called in, that we would have received a call from the company to check on us. That DID NOT occur. I called and spoke to a female supervisor (intentionally not including names) who said she received a call from her driver and was waiting to talk with him in person. I explained in detail our experience and what happened. She was apologetic and of course indicated it was not within the standards of their company. We ended the conversation agreeing that after she talked to the driver, she would call me back that evening or the next day. I also asked her to give me a case number of the police call (to confirm the company followed through). A refund for our money was posted the next day. 5- days later-nothing from them. I can assure you that nothing in this review is embellished or an exaggeration of the truth. Very disappointing. read more

But the really great experience was that my wife and 5 teenage girls had a special night on the town and loved the Limo ride in the stretch-SUV.
