Great car wash. bit on the high side. Service seems excellent though I wish they wouldn't wipe off your windshiled with rags after you came out. It seems to just smear it up imo... Our car was chipped in two places. Both the size of a golf ball or larger. We had no damage before this and the chips were not present when we went in the wash. Once we consulted a manager about this issue, he was arrogant and irresponsible, saying it was our fault and a risk we have to take when getting a car wash. *Edited- popped in today after work to get a full exterior and interior detail, it was a little over $50. I went through the wash and while the interior was being detailed I relaxed in the little waiting room. I loved that they provide this service as well as free water inside. I was there less than 30-45 minutes, it was so convenient and inexpensive for what you get. Note for next time I will throw away trash-I didn't think about the cups in the cup holder and the cup holders didn't get cleaned. I think I will sign up for the membership next time! I was SO impressed with my car wash the other day, I literally can't wait to go back and get the full interior cleaning as well. We chose to get a membership and at first it was a barcode system and was changed to a phone system to check in. Staff was very friendly helping learn the new way. Always friendly and my car is clean. Big dryers at the end do a good job but they add an extra touch of towel drying at the end. Self vacuum and cleaning towels available for your use. Oh man, don't use this car wash. The brushes are certainly "powerful." One thing that's specific to me: my front, no-drill, license plate bracket and the plate were completely warped and ruined. Additionally, once I got home, I noticed new horizontal scratch lines in the paint. This car wash will ruin the cosmetics. Definitely avoid if you have a nice car with expensive paint. So I have a membership to this car wash which had been there 6 months or so. Today on a Saturday when the temperature is 68 degrees they were supposed to be open at 8am. We went by at 9am and they were closed. Went by again at 11:30 and still closed. No sign or notice. Not a way to take care of customers. I love getting my car cleaned and decided to check out this relatively new car wash. You can buy a one time wash or you can purchase one of their memberships. The washes are Silver, Gold and Platinum. The Silver is $12 for a single and $34 a month for a membership. It includes underbody blast, wheel cleaner, drying agent and hand dry. The Gold was is $17 for a single and $40 a month for a membership. It includes everything a silver has plus triple foam, clear coat protectant, and rain repel. The Platinum wash is $22 for a single and $45 a month for a membership. It includes Gold wash plus tire shine and hot wax. All of the memberships are unlimited. On my visit I purchased the Gold wash (single). Before I entered the wash, they sprayed down my car to give it some extra cleaning. Once you exit there are employees waiting to hand dry your car, which is nice because the dryers don't always get all the last drops. After you get hand dried, you can either leave or go to the vacuums. I always make sure to vacuum my car after. I love the high power vacuums they have, it seriously can get everything! I had the BEST experience here. I came early on a Saturday and I received the "early bird special" which was like $2-$3 (I don't remember which) off. I was very happy about that. Then before I got through the washing aspect of the car wash, one of the workers sprayed down my car to make sure that all the gunk got off my car in the wash. I really appreciate the extra service. Then I got my car washed and it smelt good, it wasn't too old for my 5 month old, and then when the wash finished, I got a quick towel dry from the workers which was unexpected but much appreciated. They have 3 wash options ranging from $12-22 and they each include a towel dry service upon exit which works great for getting those last drops. I did the $17 Gold Wash and it was totally worth it. You can even choose a 'touchless' (brush-free) wash and, from my experience, this cleaned my car almost perfectly. It even got the wheels clean! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My washes were good and I was a member for months, however when they moved to their new system, things went from a convenient bar code scan to having to wait in line to key in and scan your info. Then they charged me twice for one month. It took weeks to finally get someone who said they would remove the over charge only to come in and be told I would have to pay again when id already paid twice for the month. No apologies even after explaining and showing the texts showing our conversation. So I've moved to Club & even though they don't wipe it down, they give you a clean towel to wipe your vehicle and an air freshener. No biggie to wipe off a little water while you vacuum your car, I use it to wipe down the inside surfaces too and know it's clean versus reused towels at Diamond that they wipe down your car with. read more

Came to Bentonville for a dr apt and across the street was this car wash. Leary of drive thru car washes because our car was damaged in one. But it was hoppin so we took the chance on it. Very satisfied!! They spray your car down really good before it even goes through the wash. When you come out of the wash you have two guys with towels drying our car so it does not have spots. Wow! The wait was over an hour so I paid for the wash - they said "come back and you can just pay for the detail only". I did. I told them. They declined. I come to Arkansas to visit family and when driving, I always stop here for a wash and inside cleaning. I get the Diamond Wash which includes an inside detail. The current price is $44 for the top level Diamond wash and I have never been disappointed. This trip I added a leather cleaning and conditioning treatment for my leather seats, which was well worth the extra $20. Every trip I am impressed with the young people that work here as they are so polite and take the time to make the inside of my vehicle spotless. This was our first time at this car wash. I was looking for someone to clean the interior for a reasonable price. After our travels out west we had all kinds of sand, clay, and other forms of dirt in the carpets, door panels, etc. Found this place through Yelp and thought we would try it. We pulled up to the entrance and were immediately greeted by a cashier who explained the services and checked us out. She have very clear instructions on what to do next and what to expect. She also gave us a rain check for the next week with a code to get a simple wash since it was about to rain. We chose the Diamond package with the interior cleaning which came out to $44. And for that price, we sure experienced the white glove treatment. They pre-sprayed as we entered the wash and the wash itself did the best job of any automatics I have seen in the area. When we pulled out two workers were waiting on us to hand dry the vehicle and buff the wheels. Amazing! They then directed us to their co-workers down the way who were waiting to attack the interior. One worker greeted us and explained what they were doing to do. They even offered us a free air freshener scent but we declined due to our allergies. They pointed us to a lobby so we could wait comfortably while they went to work. The lobby had free water and a vending machine with snacks and do it yourself cleaning products for sale. There was also a private bathroom and a television. They also offered free WiFi for customers while waiting. About 15 minutes later and they were done. We came out to our six year old vehicle looking really close to the day we bought it new. Outstanding work!! We will definitely be back. Best service we have had in any capacity in a long time. Paid for the Premium with interior. $59!! Automatic machine was ok. My car was not very dirty, I just wanted to get the dirt and debris off from a rainy week. The automatic machine is ok. Hand dry was weak. They used a dirty towel I could see dirt on it and I'm lucky with my new truck. Didn't touch the rims and they have water marks left. The interior was not very well done either. They didn't even vacuum the seats. Or center console. There was legit garbage and crumbs left everywhere. I would NOT pay for interior ever again. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, my brand new truck got scratches all over it. They tried to deny that that could have happened. Matt took a report on it and had Don Higby come look at it next day. Don tried to use wax on the worst area and couldn't get the scratches out, he then said to get some estimates and we would go from there that was over 2 months ago and now he won't answer my phone calls. He claimed he would be turning into his insurance but I doubt that will happen. I have been in contact with the state of Arkansas insurance dept., I will proceed with the better business bureau and their ceo Daniel Patillo as to why they feel that can scratch up a vehicle and not fix it. read more

The car waah pulled the weather stripping off the top of my car. The guy that wiped down my car put it back on. However driving down the highway it came off again. When i pulled over on the side of the road i realized not only the weather strip was hanging off but that my antenna is gone. I called the place 20 plus times line is just busy.
