The worst zips location in the area - twice I had this tall, younger guy wave me onto the belt and not instruct me to adjust an inch or two. This results in 'curbing' the wheel, because if you're even a bit to one side it scrapes your wheel to get you to the middle. Every car wash in existence, including other zips locations, make sure to adjust you (instructing you by hand motions) so that you don't scrape the side of the belt! Worse than this though, I payed for the best option on a monthly subscription and this location doesn't bother to give you the correct wash cycle. Whatever the folks before you had - that's likely what you're getting too. Highly recommend driving the extra distance to the rogers location on W Walnut st. where they have competent employees. read more

Well... 25 bucks for a wash! Had to take my car through multiple times because it wasn't clean. The vacuum hose came off and an attendant was quick to come help. Yet... when he reattached it he noticed the vacuum wasn't sucking properly and cleaned it out immediately. Yet in the process the the dust from the vacuum got all over my car... I have a membership so I can wash my car frequently without paying the individual wash fee on each visit. This is a great savings and one of the best values in town!! If you aren't a member look into this option. The windshield scan bar is read as you enter and you just drive through. I typically wash and then pull in by the vacuum to tidy up the inside. Today, $15 to get wheels clean and tires shine. Someone drove over and broke one side of the tire shine. Found this out after the wash while drying the car and noticed dirty wheels and no tire shine. One would think they would put a sign out at the pay station saying that the $15 dollar option is broke......but noooooooo. I want my $5 back. Can't blame the two young girls working it's not their fault. Would love to be contacted about a refund from management or owner. read more

I've come here multiple times to get my car wash. It is a drive thru and then there is an area where you can clean/vacuum the inside of your car. I've only done the drive through part, since I vacuum my car at home. There are 4 different options to choose from for the car wash. 15, 12, 9 and 6 dollars. I've done the $9 and $12 options. Both did a good job. The only difference between those two is the tire wash. So this is how it works, you drive up to the machine, type in what you want, pay and move forward. When you are about to enter the wash there is an attendant there that guides you and makes you your car is good to go and you are on the track correctly. Then you are pulled through the wash on the track. When you drive out you can stop at the parking area to clean the inside of your car. Overall, my experience has been really good and my car gets nice and clean. For a drive through car wash it is great. read more

Waste of $11. I pretty much "zipped" my car through and paid for splashing water. The brushes did not remove anything. It just left a smear of soap, grime and mud on my car. read more

This is for the Zips in Bentonville AR. Have a membership for vehicles. It is nearest my home, so it is the most convenient. And why we go there. The presoap....they NEVER go all the way around the car. Whether or not the presoap has soap in it is 50%/50%. Sometimes there is no presoap at all. I can't think of a single time in the last 6 - 8 months that everything worked. Some of the tips of the roof wash are gone, like today. The spinners for the car sides aren't always working. The free vacuums are great if you pull in one that isn't plugged up or is working full force. The back of one of our cars is black. It is never clean. Have to wipe it down when we get home. Ready to go down the road. There wlll be a new automatic car wash right across the street soon. read more

Bentonville location on Walton. First time shame on them. Was charged for a monthly account that I never agreed to. Took a couple months to get money back and account canceled. Second time shame on me, back of the car and left side of car completely missed. I would have given a minus stars if I could. On April 2, pay station out of printer paper, wash line inside the building stopped twice, and most of the vacuums were not working. But the biggest issue was the scratches left all over the side of new truck by worker leaning over empty bed to look at empty bed. Everyone who reads the review knows that. Pretty great service for a car wash! The automated check in system works great and allows you to pick from multiple levels of washes. Even when there are a few cars in line it moves pretty fast. The guys who guide your car into the wash are terrific! Not only do they check the car to make sure windows are closed, antennas are secure, etc. They also give out lollipops to kids in the car...really nice touch especially if you have anxious kids. The wash itself is a pretty standard process, but the soap they use is rainbow colored. Not sure if that actually helps with the cleaning but it does add to the entertainment level. Don't forget to use the FREE vacuums when you exit. It's a nice value that they offer regardless of level of wash or even if you got a wash at all. read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever had. I spent $20 and paid to get the bugs removed from my F150. After going through the wash, it looked like nothing had changed so they sent me through again. This time, the girl working the sprayer told me her sprayer was not strong enough to remove the bugs and I would have to scrub them off! Why go to a car wash if I have to scrub my truck after. Find someplace else to go if you have more than road dust on your car. At least the vacuums sucked!!! read more

Paid $19 for a wash to get bug pre treatment. When the bugs didn't come off my windshield I asked for a re wash or treatment to remove the bugs. I've had the membership for two years now, it used to be super convenient. You could pull up, it would scan your sticker and you'd be on your way. Now that they've "upgraded" the location the stickers don't ready. Super inconvenient. At first I thought it was just me but every time I have gone since this "upgrade" there are other people who are having the same issues. Then of course you try to call and cancel but there is nobody available on-site or using the number listed on the website for membership services. Theur wash broke the gas door on my truck and they refused to fix it because they didnt not have camera footage showing my gas door open as I was exiting the bay (not an option, no camera pointing at vehicle after vehicle is fully exited). I realize all levels of management were likely doing their job to save the company money, but logic or humanity NEVER PLAYED A ROLE in this sitiation. Why would I waste my time pulling around to the front immediately to report the incident and fill out a claim if it didnt happen. This is a sad way to do business and hope they see that people and their word still matter. SMH read more

If you own a Jeep or larger SUV this is not the car wash for you. The turn the side spinning brushes off at you door mirrorsso you are only getting half the wash we're paying for. The car wash itself is good, same as it was when these were Boomerangs. I have to knock a star off because the vacuums are terrible. Every time I've gone through I've had to get someone to turn up the suction on the vacuums, my Dyson at home is better than theirs. I do like the monthly membership, $15 a month for unlimited basics washes is fine with me. read more

This car was damaged my truck and has refused to repair. They admitted that the damage was not visible on their 4k video cameras but refuse to repair my truck. I commenrednon their Facebook and they marked me as spam. This is a horrible company that treats there customers like crud. I will never return and plan to put a banner on my truck indicating the integrity of this company. How do you openly admit that the damage is not on the truck entering the car wash but refuse to pay for the damages. Crazy. I don't get it. read more

On Sept 1 I used the Bentonville location. Bought the $16 car wash. There was so much tire dressing put on the tires that it slung it all down both sides of the truck from the front to the rear bumper. I spoke with Chris and James this past Sunday and showed them the mess and they agreed that this was not right. Chris, works, at another location stated that he had seen this before and knew how to remove the spots from the side of the truck. I advised them that I could not do this until Tuesday and Chris and James agreed. They wanted to run the truck through the $10 wash, no tire dressing, to remove dust etc. from the truck in order to see how mush tire dressing was slung down the sides of the truck. I agreed. Guess what happened? The truck came out with an extra helping of tire dressing. They wiped as much off a they could. I arrived today to speak with the manager and get the tire dressing cleaned off the truck and he was not there. He and the asst. James had swapped shifts because they had to work on equipment tonight. Probably to repair the reason for excess tire dressing. I was told that they could not use the road tar and film remover that Chris was going to use because it was against corporate rules but that they would give me as many car washes that it took to get the tire dressing off, car washes WILL NOT REMOVE TIRE DRESSING. Or they would give a $35 car wash gift certificate so that I could buy the materials and remove the stains myself. Not acceptable. I did not put the tire dressing on the truck why should I have to spend my time removing it. They need to pay for some one to remove the tire dressing as I do not want their gift certificates as I can not trust their equipment to work right. The cheap car wash put tire dressing on the tires when it is not supposed to. All I ask is that they accept the responsibility and do the right thing and have my truck repaired and they pay the expense. Others have had tis same experience of excess tire dressing being slung down the sides of their vehicle. There was a customer there drying off his car and noticed the spots when I told him what happened to my truck. They have had at least one from their pleasant grove location with the same issue. Will not tell how I know this but got it from a reliable source. Some tire dressing products stain the paint to the point that the vehicle has to be repainted. Quite expensive and greatly decreases value of the vehicle. Zip Car Wash stand up and do the right thing instead of trying to buy off a customer with free car washes.
