    I love drive thru car washes! Prices range from 5 to 15 dollars. I choose the $10 one today and it did a great job cleaning my car! Luckily there wasn't too long of a line and it moved quickly. Before you go into the car wash they give you a cloth to clean the inside of your car - nice touch! I also noticed they put a protective barrier back window wipers for cars that had those. The inside of the car wash is fun - the machines have lights (like LED rope lights) on them that change color, which make it fun and my daughter loved it. They have spots whee you park and can vacuum and clean the inside of your car. I did not do it this trip, but might in the future.

    Spent 18.00 on a car wash here and left streaks along my car and didn't get several areas of dirt. The blue soap or what ever was supposed to go along the car only cover the left half of my

    Brush marks and the car is still dirty.

    I went to the car wash to get pollen and dust off of my car and paid for the $17 wash. My car came out still dirty. The back looked barely touched with marks on it, making it look obviously not clean. It's so embarrassing. What a waste of money. They wanted me to buy a membership! Why? You can't even get my car clean. I'm taking it to the dealer only or having the detailer do it from now on. Oh, and when I got gas afterward a guy walked up to me and handed me a flyer for his car detailing business. I was even more embarrassed then! Don't waste your time here.

    Beware of this car wash! My passenger side mirror was practically ripped off while going through this car wash. I heard a loud pounding sound and when I got out I saw that the mirror was loose. I put in a report in the office and was told that the manager would give me a call back and I never heard anything even after I called several times.

    Beautiful day outside so I get why the line was ridiculous. Everyone wants a clean car so they wait. I actually felt sorry for the folks waiting in the line as I was leaving knowing they were probably not going to get any better quality car wash than I just received. I paid $11 for a Premium wash.. So disappointed. I would suggest they call it a "quickie" or a "barely" maybe even "half and half" or "patchie". The word Premium in no way defines the car wash I just received. Sad to say my car looked better dirty. In essence I feel like I paid $11 for a free vacuum. The quality of the wash was horrible. The rims on my car are still dirty. Bugs all over the front and hood of my car still. And even the areas that should have been fairly easy to clean with the brushes like the doors and back of my car are still dirty. So I looked around to see if I could find someone to share my less than satisfactory experience with and had no luck. I considered going back through the line which would require me to pay again since the entrance is unmanned and only a kiosk in which you pay and a gate lifts. Overall there is no way speedy or otherwise when frequenting this establishment to ensure your vehicle will be clean when you leave. I will not be back.

    I have been using this location since they built it. I like the leap in technology they have at this location, from the lazer guided tire/rim cleaner to the style of rotatory brushes that use foam material instead of the synthetic clothes the others use. They have free vacuum stalls with two different types of vacuums. Grant it, I have went through the a time or two and did not get my truck as clean as it usually does but things happen, a lot of vehicles are washed and mechanical issues occur. I will let you decide what you think of the wash.

    It's speedy but hardly a splash. I had to go home and wash it again by hand. There's was so little actual water used it's no wonder it couldn't remove anything. Don't be attracted by the neon lights and newness. It was a scam. I even paid for the highest service thinking I'd be wowed but instead I was scammed 15 bucks and had to do it all again by hand. At least Castle Bay uses water pressure. At least I tried it. Won't get me twice. Buyer beware.

Unfortunately, in this situation, I do feel like sharing my experience is necessary. I have been a loyal customer at the Club Car Wash location on Walton in Bentonville for several years and have never had a single issue until October 8. In the middle of the wash, my car suddenly moved backward slightly, then forward, repeated the motion again, and then jolted hard and stopped. Immediately after that, everything in the wash shut down. My car was in neutral the entire time, hands off the wheel, foot off the brake, exactly as I always do. Because of how close the cars are in the tunnel, the truck behind me rolled forward and bumped into my vehicle. One of the attendants came to my window right after it happened and asked if I had touched anything or if my car was still in neutral. I told him no and showed him that it was. He confirmed it and told me he would restart the wash. When everything powered back on, I pulled forward to vacuum, and the driver behind me told me that he had hit my car. We did not exchange information, but he mentioned that his wife was currently going through a claims process with the same company at a different location for a separate issue with her vehicle. The attendants said their company had just switched to a brand new insurance or claims process that same day. They took my insurance information and the information from the other driver and said I would be receiving something from their insurance team soon. About an hour after I left, I received an email saying my incident was under review and that someone would follow up with me. A couple of days later, I received another email saying that I was at fault and that they would not be helping me. I responded and explained that I was absolutely not at fault and asked them to preserve the video and provide a better explanation. I never received a response. Later, I went ahead and called the car wash myself. The automated system routed me to a claims specialist. She told me she received permission to send me the footage and then suggested on the phone that maybe my tire went off track or that I did something to the vehicle. I did not touch anything, and the footage does not show any driver error. It shows my car trying to move forward but not being able to, almost like it could not make it through the brush area. The movement is forward then back then forward again, and then it abruptly stops. The truck behind me continues moving forward the entire time, which strongly points to a system or track issue, not something I caused. What makes this even more concerning is that the wife of the driver behind me later found my post online and told me that the car wash told them they could not help them either and that they needed to contact me directly, even though we never exchanged information that day. I understand the normal risks of cosmetic damage at a car wash, but this was a mechanical failure inside the tunnel that involved more than one vehicle. The way the situation was handled and the lack of communication afterward has been extremely disappointing. I have always followed their instructions exactly and expected the company to handle this professionally. I unfortunately canceled my membership, which is a bummer because the Walton location was very convenient for me. I switched to Glide Express Car Wash because they have actual spacing rules for how far apart cars must be when going through the tunnel. It was refreshing to see that, because at Club Car Wash they pack cars in almost bumper to bumper. I do not recommend this car wash anymore, not because the wash itself is bad, but because it is clear that if something happens that is not your fault, you will be held one hundred percent responsible for it. I am now taking action and will be fighting for this to be resolved. I am not letting this go.

    I have a monthly pass. I like this car wash overall. I believe this is because they want to force you to talk to a person so they can sell or upgrade memberships. This morning I had to wait about 10 minutes behind a vehicle while an attendant or manager signed him up for a new membership and was clearly answering a lot of questions. He helped the guy put a sticker inside his windshield. I use an app, not a sticker, but anyway?? I asked why the other two lanes were closed. They're often closed. He said they were both broken and waiting on parts. 1) If they're broken fix them ASAP. You're a state of the art modern car wash 2) If they're really not broken and you're just forcing cars to wait and talk to you stop!!! I often stop by shortly after 8 on the way to work. I do t have time to wait behind cars when the car wash is empty. And I never have the time or patience to wait in line while someone is sold a membership while there's no cars inside the wash. Bad! Very bad!
