I've been here several times now - my first impressions were very positive. The car washes were a great value, they offered the opportunity to scrub bugs off the front of your car before entering the car wash, the vacuums are new (and free!). But, my few visits weren't as positive. The bug washing station hasn't been around, the prices have increased (slightly). My car was pretty dirty, but when I exited the car wash and could see streaks from where the brushes did (and didn't) clean my driver's side window, it was a bit disappointing. This car wash is refusing to pay for major damage caused by the top roller that slammed into my Jeep's roof. The roller failed to raise up high enough and dented my roof as it continued to move me through the wash without immediately stopping. It then proceeded to rip my roof rack off AFTER the roller made contact and dented my roof. The roller made contact with my roof before it hit the roof rack. They are attempting to blame this on the rack but that is not the case. The car wash attendant should have stopped me from entering the wash IF the rack on my Jeep had a potential to cause an issue. Simply posting some notice at the site is not an effective method. The employees should be trained to avoid these potential situations. I have been to this location in the past with no issues and nothing has changed on my vehicle. The top roller of the car wash failed to raise up to a proper level and slammed into my roof. read more

I love drive thru car washes! Prices range from 5 to 15 dollars. I choose the $10 one today and it did a great job cleaning my car! Luckily there wasn't too long of a line and it moved quickly. Before you go into the car wash they give you a cloth to clean the inside of your car - nice touch! I also noticed they put a protective barrier back window wipers for cars that had those. The inside of the car wash is fun - the machines have lights (like LED rope lights) on them that change color, which make it fun and my daughter loved it. They have spots whee you park and can vacuum and clean the inside of your car. I did not do it this trip, but might in the future. read more

Nothing but problems with our wash passes in Fayetteville. We are never failed to be charged every month but most of the time our passes don't work. Then we are in line and the cars pile up behind us and the attendants don't come out because they are trying to run the car wash. We have emailed and supplied cars, pictures of stickers, credit card charge statements and more and they cannot seem to get it right. On top of that at the wash on Crossover they use a brush that they set on the floor between uses and they scratched my car with it. It should never be left on the floor and should instead be rinsed in a bucket every time. Oh yes--the vacuums suck also. The barely do anything. It's a shame that what started out as a good car wash has now deteriorated into another VERY poorly run business! read more

Horrible, horrible experience in this car wash this afternoon. Spent 40 minutes trapped in this middle of the car wash, when it broke down. There were two high school boys running the car wash - neither of them knew what to do, and at first, they couldn't get ahold of anyone. I sat in my car for 20 minutes before either of them let me know what was happening. I tried to call the office from my cell - no answer. Tried to reach them through Facebook - no response. After 40 minutes, they were able to get the wash going to let me and the two other cars that were trapped out. But the worst part was 15 minutes later, when I got a call from their "operations manager." When I explain what happened, he said that it was "a mechanical failure" and "there wasn't really anything they can do." No apology. Zero concern about what had happened. He said, "I suppose I can give you a free wash, if you wanted one." When I suggested that the kids working there needed better training, he got angry and started being rude and disrespectful. Obviously, this car wash won't have my family's business in the future - and I recommend that other steer clear as well. read more

I went to the car wash to get pollen and dust off of my car and paid for the $17 wash. My car came out still dirty. The back looked barely touched with marks on it, making it look obviously not clean. It's so embarrassing. What a waste of money. They wanted me to buy a membership! Why? You can't even get my car clean. I'm taking it to the dealer only or having the detailer do it from now on. Beware of this car wash! My passenger side mirror was practically ripped off while going through this car wash. I heard a loud pounding sound and when I got out I saw that the mirror was loose. I put in a report in the office and was told that the manager would give me a call back and I never heard anything even after I called several times. read more

Beautiful day outside so I get why the line was ridiculous. Everyone wants a clean car so they wait. I actually felt sorry for the folks waiting in the line as I was leaving knowing they were probably not going to get any better quality car wash than I just received. I paid $11 for a Premium wash.. So disappointed. I would suggest they call it a "quickie" or a "barely" maybe even "half and half" or "patchie". The word Premium in no way defines the car wash I just received. Sad to say my car looked better dirty. In essence I feel like I paid $11 for a free vacuum. The quality of the wash was horrible. The rims on my car are still dirty. Bugs all over the front and hood of my car still. And even the areas that should have been fairly easy to clean with the brushes like the doors and back of my car are still dirty. So I looked around to see if I could find someone to share my less than satisfactory experience with and had no luck. I considered going back through the line which would require me to pay again since the entrance is unmanned and only a kiosk in which you pay and a gate lifts. Overall there is no way speedy or otherwise when frequenting this establishment to ensure your vehicle will be clean when you leave. I will not be back. read more

I have been using this location since they built it. I like the leap in technology they have at this location, from the lazer guided tire/rim cleaner to the style of rotatory brushes that use foam material instead of the synthetic clothes the others use. They have free vacuum stalls with two different types of vacuums. Grant it, I have went through the a time or two and did not get my truck as clean as it usually does but things happen, a lot of vehicles are washed and mechanical issues occur. I will let you decide what you think of the wash. read more

We tried Speedy for the first time because was over due for a good wash after the recent road trips. We paid for the ultimate and additional bugs removal. During the wash, the windshield got a hands on scrub but still left smeared bugs. We pulled outside to vacuum. They have really powerful vacuums and complimentary wipe cloths with class cleaner. An employee, I would assume is the owner, came by and asked how the vacuums were. We said pretty good but was disappointed the windshield still had dead bugs on it. He apologized and said he'll run it back through. We went back through and he personally scrubbed our windshield and washed the car a second time. It got most of it out. We used the feet window cleaner and microfiber cloths and took care of the few stubborn ones. Loved our car wash experience and will be back again! Keep up the customer service read more

It's speedy but hardly a splash. I had to go home and wash it again by hand. There's was so little actual water used it's no wonder it couldn't remove anything. Don't be attracted by the neon lights and newness. It was a scam. I even paid for the highest service thinking I'd be wowed but instead I was scammed 15 bucks and had to do it all again by hand. This wash is next to my gym so I'm always like I'll pop in there real quick for a wash. My husband even got a membership here. (You can't share it btw) anyways not a big deal. Understandable but today the hoses were broken and the suction (for lack of words) sucked on multiple stations. We had two going on different "lines" and each had an issue. Lots of left over dirt and spots from the $14 car wash and I haven't reviewed it before thinking it might just be my suv but i noticed spots specially on the rear of other vehicles. Just went through and bought the $15 wash. Was surprised at how well my car came out after it being covered in bugs and dusty from gravel roads. Got a dash wipe as well so the inside got a quick clean up as well. Great job guys and gals. read more

Just wanna say this to anyone who might want to go here! Don't! This place looks good at first. Not at all. I admit the value was good but the car wash sucks. We decided to go here after going on a gravel road. We pulled in at 1:07. We had a commitment at 2:05 but thought we would have plenty of time. We waited in "line" (3 cars) and after 30 minutes had moved up one car! When we finally got to the front of the line we saw why the line wasn't moving. Almost every one of the employees there were sitting on there phones vaping. There was only one guy who was hand scrubbing our car down. Even he had a vape pen in his hand and used it multiple times while he was scrubbing. Vaping is legal but should probably not be done while working a job. Especially when you are holding up the line. We finally started moving and when we went past the employees on their phones, two of them were watching por* and rubbing themselves down there. We had 2 year olds in the car. Great new car wash in Bentonville! I had been looking for a new car wash and I enjoyed my experience so much that I'll keep coming back. There are 4 things that I found uniquely positive about Speedy Splash. 1. Before you enter the car wash, you have the opportunity to hop out and pretreat the front of your car with bug removing solution. (It would have been extra special if there was a someone to do that for you but I can see why that could be an inefficient station since traffic will vary) 2. The mid range car wash is $10 bad vs. $12 like the competitor down the road AND if you just need a quick wash, you can get one for $5. 3. When I arrived at the wash, the manager gave me a little wipe for my dash and steering wheel! (Nice touch!) 4. Each vacuum station has two hose options. There is one with the regularly shaped triangular end AND a skinny longer one for in between the seats and hard to reach areas. I'll be back! read more

I've been to this car wash on 3 occasions separated by months because I figured I would give them a chance to fix their issues, but the was has gotten progressively worse and to add insult to injury the price of a basic wash has increased from roughly $5 to $7. My last (ever) wash had 2 guys tending to the cars as they entered the wash. The dude on the right side was soaping and brushing the right side of the car and the dude on the left was pressure washing. At first, I thought the technique would cause an uneven clean until I realized that the motorized brush on the right side of the car was inoperative. All 3 times, the car came out only kind-of clean but the 2 free vaccum stations I tried had virtually no useful suction despite lots of noise from the motor. I've had a pass here for a couple of years, when they opened initially it was a great value, very convenient. Now I have to drive through twice to get my car clean because not all the brushes work and on a good day about half of the vacuums work. They no longer provide cleaning products or towels so I'm bringing those on my own. I wish they would just invest some money to make this place good again. read more

I was hesitant to try Speedy Splash again, but they're close by and I didn't feel like driving to Zips or Splash. I'm not sure why I even bother with their vacuums. They're terrible. I get that they are probably overworked and any time something is free they are likely abused beyond believe sucking up everything under someones seat like coins, straws, and who knows what, but I'd gladly throw a quarter or two in if it helped pay for some upgraded vacs. They just increased the price of their BASIC Wash by 40% !! I thought it was a decent wash and fair value before, and only used this car wash for all of our cars. I have the monthly membership pass on our SUV.... and if they jack up that monthly price I'll cancel it. Disappointing!!!! Seems they do not have a brush that will clean the front or rear bumper. I dove in from Dallas Texas and went through the automated system only to find none of the bugs came off during the wash process. Wings were f bugs still in place. Had to go up the street and use the self wand to properly clean off the bugs. Would not recommend this place unless they could advertise all brushes are working. read more

I went in to get a car wash this morning at 9am. I paid for the car wash and was told to move forward into the car wash drive thru. The car wash never started. There were no employees on the property. I have called three times today and left messages but have not received a call back. I also went back at 4:30pm this afternoon but there were still no employees on the property. This is ridiculous! Cleans the car like you would expect a car wash would. The kids are friendly and helpful. Free vacuums. But PLEASE people the bucket and brush at the entrance is for prepping the buggy spots on bumper and maybe the windshield... NOT your whole car. read more

I have been to this car wash multiple times and the last two times that I have been here I have filed two claims for scratches on my car. These scratches were on the same side of my car and the car washes were two weekends in a row. They have declined both of my claims. When I asked for the owners information and/or their insurance information I was told that they DID NOT have this information. I am now going to pursue legal action. This business has lost any and all of my business. My hope is that people read these comments and hope that it will help everyone from being put through this same issue. read more

FYI - I used the carwash this afternoon in Bentonville and received poor service. Arrived at roughly 5:30pm. Used the brushes to clean the front of my car then proceeded to the wash bay. Once i got in front of the wash bay I was met by a red cone. I stayed in my car for about 5 mins waiting for someone to appear.. I then left my car and went in the office. i was greeted by a uniformed employee talking with a young lady.. After I butted in the conversation - I was told I would be served soon. I went back to my car and waited for another 7 minutes before the young man appeared. I complained about the long wait and he informed me they were short staffed and had lost 3 employees recently. The service today was poor and the young man on duty showed a very low sense of urgency getting me through the wash. As a bonus on the way out of bay a hose was leaking and spraying water on the car just as the air dryers were trying to dry off the car. Poor operation! read more

I washed my vehicle twice here and both times the $15 wash. Super impressed with how clean it is and the dryers upon leaving actually leave it 97% dry. The free vacuums have good suction as well. This place was a good value in the beginning. For the last few months I've paid my subscription and the car wash has been broken. The first set of brushes does not work. I've called and left messages several times in the people working there tell me that they know it's broken and they don't know when it will be fixed however they continue to take the money out of my bank account every month. By most standards this is theft by deception. Today I went to get my car washed same old story I went through one still dirty went through the second time and I asked the kid to hit the areas where the brush does not work and he said just rinsed it off. Still was dirty so I pulled back around and I asked him to get someone on the phone I can talk to you and when I got someone on the phone they told me if I didn't leave they would call the police. Really is that what it's come to if you can't steal from people then you'll just call the police. I'm not the only one I know at least 15 other people who are very sick of being cheated at this place. Car looked worse after the wash I believe. Tires looked like a dog urinated on them as the so called tire shine sporadically spit out the tire shine. Asked the attendant about the issue and he looked at me like a cow staring at a new gate and didn't any idea what to do. Just left and will not be back. Be warned before you waste $18. read more

On November 4th I took my vehicle through this car wash. While in the car wash my car was damaged. My passenger side window was almost ripped completely off by one of the brushes coming out of no where and banging up against my car. After completing the car wash cycle the car wash attendant apologized and took me into the office to complete and accident report. I was ensured that the owner would be calling me to settle the matter. A week went by and I didn't receive any call from the owner. I called back and was told that "the owner has a lot on his plate" and that I could continue to try to call him back. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to reach anyone. I will be going through my insurance to get my vehicle fixed. Save your self the hassle and vehicle damage. Get your car washed somewhere else. read more

Definitely not the safest car wash for your car in town. Ask the body shops around town about the vehicles that come in with damage from this place. I wish I would have before my own car was damaged. I used to think I was getting a bargain to get my car wash as often as I wanted for $30 until I inspected my 6 month young car for surface scratches and now I'm convinced it's a shoddy rough wash.
